It's been a year since the disappearance of Josh Washington, and the confirmation of the Washington twins death. Ginger Washington the family's late cousin wanted answers herself, so she spoke to Josh's friends who had been there the night of his disappearance. They claimed he was taken by something in the mines and it was suicide if anyone went in there alone trying to find the boy.

The lodge itself had burned down but the Washington family declared it still safe to rebuilt, only after they rebuilt it they were sent to court and unfortunately lost the property altogether. The mines and lodge were shut off to the public and declared unsafe and dangerous, anyone who was brave enough to return ended up going missing.

Ginger being the brave soul that she is thinks the legends and stories of what happened there are fake. Surely there wasn't anything in the mines let alone the land itself, so she formed a group of eager teenagers who were dying to go themselves.

The task was simple, they'd stay for a week and she'd finally get the answers she needed about her cousins so called deaths and disappearance. Sneaking inside the abandoned lodge was easy, but as the days passed people began to notice strange differences in each other. The first person to change was Ginger, and she could feel herself changing into something deadly.

Into something not human, and she craved human flesh far more than she thought she would. Something was inside her body and it had corrupted her soul.

personality: ginger is a laid back type of person who isn't afraid to speak the truth. She's very friendly and well spoken once you meet her and almost immediately she'll become your best friend because she likes everyone even if they're bitchy and rude. She has a lot of guilt due to her cousins deaths and disappearances, she blames it on herself a lot which is only flaw really. She's really loud and bright and is almost always surrounding herself by other people so she can make them all happy and not so depressed. She's not afraid of strangers and half the time she doesn't believe anything anyone tells her unless she sees prove herself which is why she went to the lodge in the first place so she could prove everyone wrong.

background: ginger grew up as an only child, her parents are pretty rich because of her mother. Her father took her mother's last name and she's then claimed it as her own ever since she's turned twelve. She used to go by pines her father's last name but after he cheated on her mother she refused to be associated by his name. She used to spend most of her childhood at boarding schools and for winter breaks she wasn't allowed to attend the lodge with her cousins. She only ever got to see the twins and Josh on holidays and during summer time. The year the twins went missing she was put in a mental institution due to her mental health issues. The year Josh had invited his friends back to the lodge she was invited but her mother wouldn't allow her to attend due to her cousin being mental unstable. She felt extremely guilty when she learned he went missing on that same trip and ever since then she's become obsessed with figuring out what happened to him and her cousins. It became so bad she made a fake ad online claiming she needed a group of people to help her do an article on the lodge of course it wasn't a completely fake ad it still held some value. She's the only person who knows about the ad being fake aside from Sam Giddings who discovers it too late.
