" 𝘸𝘦 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘧𝘢𝘮𝘪𝘭𝘺，𝘪 𝘨𝘰𝘵 𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘮𝘺 𝘴𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘴 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘮𝘦．𝘸𝘦 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘧𝘢𝘮𝘪𝘭𝘺，𝘨𝘦𝘵 𝘶𝘱 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺𝘣𝘰𝘥𝘺 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘨．"

STEPPING FOOT INSIDE THE SPARROW ACADEMY DIDN'T FEEL THE SAME. Both Cleo and Gemini could feel the effects of their missing siblings, that and the fact that Grace was now missing an eyeball.

Taking a seat on the couch, Grace offered them some cookies, Gemini kindly declined and Cleo took 3.

Gemini gave her sister a look.

"What? You know I never pass up on free food." Cleo dismissed.

Shaking her head while laughing, Gemini laughed at her sister's daily antics.

Right after all the umbrella's gathered together in the living room.

Looking around Cleo noticed Luther trying to come up with an explanation as to what happened to Grace's eyeball.

The only logical thing Luther could come up with was that Grace stabbed herself in the eye, but Cleo knew that was the wrong answer.

So she rolled her eyes at the conversation and moved on.

Making her grand entrance with her black ravens, Fei entered the room accompanied by Ben and his brooding nature.

"Welcome, please make yourselves at home." She greeted.

"Bitch, this is our home." Allison spat.

"Looks like someone is having a tough time adjusting to the timeline." Cleo said, targeting Allison clearly.

"Excuse me?" Fei asked, referring to Allison's debacle.

"Uh, jellybean?" Luther asked, trying to diverge from the situation.

Glancing around the room Diego noticed that there were some people missing from the group discussion.

"Where the hell is Viktor and Klaus?"

"With our luck probably kugelblitzed by now." Five answered, honestly.

"Heavy on the Viktor portion." Gemini added."

Squinting in their direction, Diego took a slight step back.

"You guys are very dark sometimes."

Noticing his current state, Fei noticed Diego's injury.

"Ooh, what happened to your hand?" She purred.

Cutting all the side talk, Ben clapped his hands together.

"We don't have time for idle chitchat. Everyone, sit down." He ordered.

Cleo looked at her current position which was sitting on the arm of the couch, then looked back up to Ben.

He saw her gaze and rolled his eyes.

"A "Please" would be nice." Diego proposed. Making Lila chuckle to herself.

"No." Ben simply stated.

Luther then started to walk over to the umbrella's side then back tracked and started walking to the sparrow's, feeling a bit overwhelmed he decided to just stand.

"So, uh...this is nice, right? All of us here together. One big happy family." He stated trying to clear the tension in the air.

"Sure, sure. We are family, I got all my sister's with me." Cleo said, as she started to slightly sing, remembering a song she heard a while ago.

Gemini nudged her with a quiet laugh of her own.

Breaking under the pressure of the clan's gaze, Luther turned to Sloane.

"I feel like I'm sweating. Am I sweating?" He asked.

"No, you're fine." She reassured him.

"Look I know there's been bad blood between us. Whatever. Bygones, right?" Ben spoke up to say.

"Not really, I just don't like people all that much. But that isn't a them problem, that's a me problem, so continue." Cleo shared.

Diego then raised his hand, catching Ben's attention.

"Question?" He asked.

"Yeah, if I kill you, do we get our Ben back?"

Cleo thought about the subject for a short while then spoke up. "I actually don't know about that theory, but I'd be willing to test it." She joked.

Fei laughed, but Ben was straight faced.

"Hypothetically." Diego added, as Five looked at him like he lost a brain cell.

Agitatedly Ben answered back. "Keep talking, and your hand won't be the only thing bleeding."

Ben's comment made Cleo laugh.

"Okay, if the testosterone twins are done, I'd like to get back to a plan." Five stated.

"You're all work and no play, Five. Live a little. God knows the kugelblitz is just waiting for an opportunity to grab your ass." Cleo huffed.

Just then Viktor stormed into the sparrow's living room.

"Where is he?"

Hearing his voice, Gemini's hand started to glow, but Cleo quickly grabbed it. It was no secret that Gemini didn't want to be anywhere near Viktor at the moment, but right now wasn't the time to try and kill him again.

"Viktor." Allison greeted blandly.

"What did you do to Harlan?" Viktor accused, looking towards the direction of the sparrow's.

"They didn't do anything." Allison answered.

"Yet." Gemini chimed in.

Ben smirked knowing something she didn't know.

"I did." Allison finished her last statement.

Gemini now looked at Allison with a bit of fondness.

"I killed Harlan."

"As you should have, though I do wish I would've gotten to him first." Gemini agreed.

Cleo looked at her sister with a bit of disbelief.

The rest of the members from the different academy's also looked in her direction.

To them Gemini was the nicer double, never would they have thought she would actually want someone dead.

But sadly things change.

Tears started to form in Viktor's eyes.

"What...I..I don't...I don't understand. Why?" He questioned softly.

"Because he didn't deserve to live." Allison said blatantly.

"What? Because they said so? You don't have to listen to them." Viktor asked, targeting the sparrow's.

Ben then walked over to the table and grabbed the container full of cheese balls and took a seat on the couch.

"20 bucks on the little one." He bet.

"I'll take that action." Five agreed.

"At the moment I don't like Viktor, so 30 on Allison." Gemini bet.

Ben lifted a brow, then reached a hand out of her to shake. Which she accepted.

"You could have talked to me. We could've figured out something else." Viktor said, trying to get Allison to understand.

"So, what, you could lie to is again and take his side?"

"That's not what happened."

"I beg to differ, if I can remember correctly you said "He didn't mean to hurt anyone." and yet 2 siblings are dead, not injured, dead." Gemini seethed.

"She's right, that's exactly what happened. I know Harlan killed all of our mothers." Allison said, leaning forward in her chair.

"What?"

"Whoa."

"What?"

"Shit."

The umbrella's muttered to themselves finding out the new information.

"Well, why am I not surprised." Gemini whispered to herself.

"Bloody plot twist." Lila joked, and took a bit of her twizzler.

Cleo laughed at her comment as well.

"Who told you that?" Viktor asked, not knowing when Allison had learned that fact.

"Harlan. After you lied about it to my face." Allison seethed.

"Is that true, Viktor? Harlan started all this?" Diego asked his brother.

"Yeah, but he didn't mean to hurt anyone. He–" Viktor started today.

"There you go with that same excuse." Gemini scuffed.

"How do you know?" Five asked.

"Because I knew him. And he was sweet and kind until I made him like us. Okay? So, I screwed him up. And if you need someone to blame, I'm right here–"

"What makes you think I don't?" Allison interrupted.

There was a beat of silence before Viktor spoke up again.

"This wasn't about saving the world. This was about hurting me. Payback for–" Viktor started to say, but Allison quickly got up.

"Go on." Allison insinuated, as she walked over to him.

"Say her name."

Seeing a fight about to brew, Luther decided to interject.

"You know what? Maybe we should all just take a minute–" He started to suggest but saw Allison's hand signaling him to be quiet.

"Okay." He said, understanding the situation and sat back down in his chair.

"Did killing Harlan bring Claire back?"

"Did protecting him bring Sissy back? It was just as personal for you–"

"I didn't kill anyone!" Viktor yelled.

"But you risked everyone! Do you know what it felt like? Watching you fight harder to protect the man who helped destroy my daughter than you ever did to bring her back?" Allison elaborated on her pain.

"I don't know how to bring Claire back. Okay? No one does. But I was there for you. I tried. I was–"

"To what? Help me grieve. God, this whole family is so quick to tell me to suck up my pain and so worried about fixing yours! Somebody had to pay because you never seem to. Destroy the world, kill Pogo, almost kill me, and for what. So we can all run around and clean up your mess? I'm sick of it."

"Take it easy, Allison." Five tried stating, but Ben ended up shushing him.

"Okay, I–" Viktor began to say.

But Allison had already had enough of his excuses.

"Shut your mouth!" She yelled out of pure anger.

The argument had already escalated beyond its point of return.

And still Luther tried to interject again.

"Allison." He warned seeing that she was now using her powers on her brother.

Gemini and Cleo both watched as Allison's powers started to take a hold of Viktor.

"Every time I build a new life for myself, you end the world and take it from me!"

"How are you doing this without saying, "I heard a rumor"?" Five asked, curiously as he watched his sister's powers advance.

"Just a little residual gift from Harlan." She shared.

"All right, that's it. Knock off the power shit, Allison. It's not okay." Luther demanded.

And she did.

Viktor then started coughing and gasping for air.

They all watched as Allison bent down to Viktor level.

"We should have left you in the basement."

Cleo turned to Gemini. "They lock each other in basements?" she asked.

"I have no clue." Gemini answered honestly.

But whatever happened in their timeline it was enough to get Diego to say something.

"Whoa! Allison, all right!"

Then Viktor back hand punched Allison.

Looking at his sister one last time, Viktor walked out of the living room.

"You okay?" Five asked, checking up on his sister.

"I'm fine. Let's continue." She answered.

"Sweet you guys fight just like us." Ben said, as he had watched the whole scene unfold while munching on some cheese balls.

"Nah, man. We don't fight like this." Diego disagreed.

After Allison and Viktor's fight, the two clan's decided to go down stairs to see the kugelblitz.

So that's where they were now.

"It's beautiful isn't it?" Fei stated.

"Oh, wow." Diego commented.

"That's what took Stanley?" Lila asked in disbelief.

"And apparently what took Marcus." Cleo added.

"Along with a few other billion people."

""Yeah, who I don't know and don't care about." Lila stated blatantly.

"Right. So it's all about you." Fei said, rhetorically.

"All of us are irrelevant." Five corrected.

"Speak for yourself  knockoff Draco Malfoy. I'm very much relevant." Cleo scuffed.

"What I mean to say is, this thing's gonna take the whole damn universe." Five said, looking in Cleo's direction.

"What is it made of?" He asked.

"Micro black holes collapsing at increasingly short intervals." Sloane explained.

"Then why aren't we getting sucked inside?" Five asked, unsure of her explanation.

"Have you never gotten rejected before, maybe it just doesn't want you." Cleo said, matter–of–factly with a slight smirk.

"Actually, we don't know." Sloane added.

"You shouldn't exist here, and neither should this."

"An impossibility for an impossibility. The universe is a sucker for balance." Five muttered.

"Grace has been tracking the waves. Next one is due in three hours." Fei informed.

"All right, sp what do we do?" Diego wondered.

"We trap it." Sloane stated.

"Dyson sphere?" Five suggested.

"Yeah." Slone agreed.

Five clicked his tongue. "Okay. Confinement factor?"

"0.98 at peak energy flux."

"Tensile strength?"

"UTS of 10,000 gigapascals." Sloane answered.

"Should I be finding this hot?" Lila asked aloud.

"No!"

"What do you think Five." Allison asked, standing furthest away from the group.

"Could work. Or we could all die horribly." He stated.

"Well, I have no qualms with death so let's get a move on." Cleo shared.

"I'm in." Five agreed.

"You're not the one we need." Ben said, a bit aggressively.

"Excuse you?"

"For this to work, we need Sloane, Lila, Christopher, Gemini and–"

"Viktor, of course."

Everybody took time to gather themselves and work out all possible problems and solutions for dealing with the kugelblitz, after finally agreeing on an approach every meet back up in the boiler room. Including Viktor.

"Okay, how do we start?" Viktor asked Sloane.

"Have you ever moved a nest of bees?" She wondered.

"No, because that's weird." Lila stated.

"You can't just pick it up. You have to keep the nest calm while you build a box around it, and then you trap it." Sloane explained, further.

Christopher then spoke. And Sloane understood it was now time to start.

Floating in the air, Sloane focused her power on the kugelblitz and that was Gemini's cue to start.

Sitting on the floor facing away from the power users, Gemini closed her eyes and let herself connect with Sloane.

"One of those black holes inside is vibrating at a different rate." Fei stated.

"I can feel them." Viktor admitted.

"Good. Whatever happens, don't let them speed up or change, or everything will blow." She explained.

"Don't shake the bees. Got it." Viktor assured, as he powered up.

Feeling a new energy source Gemini latched on to it, as she connected with it she also connected theirs with Sloane so it was more balanced.

"Lila, when you're ready, do exactly like Viktor."

In the right moment, Lila mimicked Viktor's powers.

Gemini then added Lila into the link.

After getting all of their energy and auras together, Gemini opened her eyes as she levitated in the air.

Eyes glowing a bright orange, she concentrated on everybody's chi–energy.

When she was sure everybody's energies were stable enough, Gemini focused her energy on the kugelblitz and added an energy protected layer outside of Viktor and Lila's energy shield.

So focused on her task at hand, Gemini didn't hear Grace come in.

But Cleo did, so made a protective stance in front of all the current power users who were trying to contain the kugelblitz.

"You didn't tell me you were building a prison for God."

"Mom?" Diego asked, watching her act suspiciously.

"We're a little busy here, Grace." Luther tried to explain.

"The day of vengeance was in my heart..."

"What are you talking about?"

"...and my year of redemption hath come." Grace said, as she held up a flame thrower and aimed it at everyone.

"Shit!"

Seeing the fiery flames burst through the room, Cleo acted quickly and put up a solid shield of illusion.

It would protect Gemini from getting into any harm since she couldn't stop concentrating on all the energy's.

Feeling Lila's energy become faint, Gemini reached into hers and tugged it back while adding some of her own energy for strength.

Orange wisps of energy flowed around Sloane, Viktor, and Lila's bodies, as orange balls of energy shined bright in Gemini's hands.

"Lila, I need you." Sloane said, catching the platinum blonde's attention.

As the flames flew through the air Cleo knew to widen her shield to protect the others from any harm as well.

Five then got a handle on the demented Grace and blipped her away from the others.

Causing Cleo to relax and let her shield fade away.

"Christopher now." Sloane ordered as the moment of truth had come.

Disbursing, Christopher gathered himself around the kugelblitz.

When the kugelblitz got smaller, Gemini carefully removed her links from the others and focused solely on Christopher and the kugel.

Closing himself around it Christopher trapped the kugel inside him, and Gemini's chi–energy faded away.

As she reigned her energy back in Gemini softly landed on the floor again, and stood up with the help of Cleo to take a look at their work.

Blinking back in, Five came to see everyone gathered around Christopher with the kugel nowhere insight.

"Did it work?" He asked.

"Next kugel wave in three, two, one." Sloane counted down.

Everyone waited in anticipation for the next wave to hit, but instead they got Christopher's fart.

He then excused himself.

Everybody was now celebrating their great success in accomplishing the greatest moment of their life and living another day.

For the first time in forever or since the two academy's had met each other they celebrated together with smiles.

To them at that moment everything was spectacular.

While she was dancing, Gemini was going to reach for Jayme but she realized she wasn't there.

Seeing the sudden smile disappear from her sister's lips, Cleo could tell something was wrong.

So she dragged her out of the dance party, to go to the one place that might make her feel better – Jayme's room.

Entering their deceased sister's room didn't feel the same anymore.

Somehow it just felt empty, there was no home-y presence, it just felt unfamiliar.

Taking a seat on Jayme's black bean bag chairs, Cleo and Gemini sat in the quietness.

The movie posters and vinyl covers were still hanging on her wall, everything was still the same and yet it wasn't.

Taking in every single piece of the room she could, Gemini noticed her sister's 2 standing figure in the doorway of her closet.

Jayme and Alphonso were different from the others, they weren't burnt or missing eye's.

No, they were both regular, with their maroon blazers down to their maroon and  black marten's.

Jayme and Alphonso's ghost wore a smile on their faces as they looked at their two sisters as they nodded their heads and faded away.

In some way that gave Gemini so peace.

She wasn't there when they died but she was there now and she helped her family save the world.

Standing up from the beanbag Gemini remembered one necklace that Cleo liked that was on Jayme's dresser.

Walking over to the dresser she picked it up.

"I think Jayme would have wanted you to have this." She said, holding up the necklace in front of her sister's eyes.

Looking up Cleo recognized the necklace it was one of Jayme's favorites but she didn't really wear it a lot and she always wondered why.

"Really? I don't think so, she never let anyone touch it." Cleo disagreed.

"That's because she believed she wasn't the right person to wear it at the time, but I think we can both agree right now is the best time for someone to wear it and who other than you sister, I  mean it was your favorite one out of all." Gemini pushed.

Cleo thought about it for a minute but then she slowly accepted it, her sister was gone but she was not going to be forgotten. So she was going to wear the necklace everyday to remember her.

After she accepted the necklace, both she and Gemini felt  the whole building shake.

"That better not be what I think it is." Cleo warned.

"I think it is."

"Come one, let's get out of here before we die under this rubble." Gemini motioned for Cleo to get back into her headspace.

Making sure Cleo was alright, Gemini walked over to Jayme's dresses and grabbed a bag of her ringers. That was going to be her remembrance since there would no longer be an academy standing after tonight.

"We had our tough times house, made a lot of memories, now it's time to say goodbye." Gemini spoke aloud to the shaking house as she opened a window.

Gathering the energy around herself she focused it to make her lift up in the air and fly.

There was only one place for them to go, so Gemini flew her and Cleo to Hotel Obsidian.

Gemini has come to some peace with her guilt for Jayme and Alphonso.

This is also a picture of the necklace that Cleo kept that was Jayme's it's going to come back in this story.
