ENTERING GEMINI'S HEAD CLEO KNEW THAT THEIR POWERS WOULD MERGE TOGETHER. It would drastically affect everyone's mind who was staying in the hotel causing them even more duress than they were already in, but in order to save their lives they had to endure.

She couldn't see it but she could feel her powers draining from her and mix with Gemini's since her creator was expelling negative energy and taking the energy from living things around her.

On the outside of Gemini's body there were bright orange and red hues spreading around the hotel.

Instead everyone hallucinated something they wished for or even enjoyed, they all got their worst nightmares.

Time was definitely of the essence for Cleo, or doing all of this was for nothing and lives would be lost.

Finally getting back into Gemini's headspace, she noticed her clothes had changed instead of wearing a black jean skirt, leather jacket and black t-shirt. She was wearing a deep red silk button–up shirt tucked into a pair of black jeans and her regular black doc martens.

Her hair was also not partly braided at the top of her head, instead her vibrant red hair fell into soft curls.

"At least she put me in something I would actually wear." Cleo muttered more so to herself, as she began walking through what looked like the sparrow academy's hallway.

Looking around the headspace, Cleo noticed it wasn't up to date. It actually reminded her of the year 2010.

And she was right once she looked up at the calendar hanging on the wall, it was the month of April.

There was only one thing that happened in the month of April in 2010 and it was a day that changed both Cleo and Gemini's life forever.

April 18th, 2010 was the day that Cleo Hargreeves got a human body.

It was a day Cleo could never forget. That day was when she got her own taste for the human experience.

Remembering the day vividly, Cleo ran to the room it happened in.

Cleo knew from the very first day she became a voice in Gemini's head, that she wasn't an actual human person, she knew she was a part of Gemini's powers and she was completely fine with that.

While Cleo ran to the room at the end of the long hall, she remembered the first time Gemini heard her voice from her headspace.

She remembered that it scared the living daylights out of Gemini, but after she explained what she was and why she was there the two quickly bonded and became sisters.

At first Gemini kept Cleo a secret not wanting any of the other kids to think she was weird or crazy, but that didn't really work out too well because in the most inappropriate times Cleo would chime in and say something to make Gemini laugh.

Which raised a lot of questions around the house, so she ended up telling Reginald and the rest of her siblings that she had another power who was like a sister to her since she had an entirely different personality.

Soon after that Reginald started testing Gemini to see if she could bring the other person in her head out.

And sure enough he succeeded, but the way he succeeded could have been better.

As he ran Gemini through a series of tests he noticed when she felt an intense emotion or was close to being hurt her hair would turn a deep fiery red and her eyes would glow the same color.

When Reginald ran one particular test, which involved locking Gemini in a dark room he watched on his surveillance system as the room changed into a beach.

Cleo knew Gemini was scared of the dark and she didn't want to make her sister any more upset than she already was so she thought of the things that Gemini likes and she remembered Gem telling her that she would want to go to the beach someday.

And with the quick thought the room changed and turned into the beach. Cleo had no idea what she had done, but she saw that Gemini wasn't scared anymore instead she had a bright smile on her face.

So with that she was content.

Seeing the surveillance footage Reginald saw the room quickly change. He thought it was extraordinary. Gemini's new power had a power of its own.

As both the girls grew up it became easier for them to shift and let one another take over, especially since they went on missions for Reginald.

All the while it was fun sharing the same body, it also had its ups and downs such as Cleo would be doing something horrible to another sibling but Gemini would ultimately end up getting punished for it.

Gemini knew that Cleo didn't want her to get in trouble when she was the one who actually did the deed but that didn't stop Reginald from blaming Gemini.

But nevertheless, as Gemini continued practicing with her powers she thought that if she could read other people's auras and absorb them, then why couldn't she create a body out of one.

So she got to thinking and once she knew she was ready she called upon her sister.

To say Cleo was confused would be an understatement, but that didn't stop her from trusting her best friend.

Through Gemini's eyes she saw her orange balls of energy pull something from within her.

At first to Cleo it felt like she was disappearing from within her headspace so she tried to fight off whatever it was trying to get rid of her, but she lost the battle.

The next thing she knew she was laying flat on the floor and someone who looked exactly like Gemini was standing above her.

Blinking her eyes rapidly to clear the haziness feeling she quickly saw that the person standing above her was Gemini.

"Welcome to the land of the living." Gemini greeted her now human sister.

"What– how did.." Cleo trailed off.

"How did I do it? Simple, I just felt around my body for your aura since ours are completely different then I dragged it out of my system and created a human body with your aura. So now you're a s human as I am." Gemini explained with a smile prominent on her face.

"But I don't want you to feel alone." Cleo said, not thinking that she could ever enter back into her headspace.

"Don't worry about it, when you want to go back into your headspace all I have to do is absorb your aura again or you can simply just attach yourself to me and my body will absorb you."

"So I have my own body now? I'm a human like you?" Cleo asked.

"Yep, you're human like me." Gemini assured.

And that day was the first time Cleo ever hugged Gemini.

That day was the best day of Cleo's life.

Entering the exact room everything happened in Cleo saw the current Gemini sitting on her old bed watching the creation of younger Cleo.

Walking over to the bed she sat beside her sister.

"I shouldn't have left to go with Five, knowing that you were grieving."

Hearing her sister beside her, Gemini jumped a little not seeing that her sister had entered into their headspace.

"It's fine, you had to find out more about the kugelblitz."Gemini deflected.

"No it's not fine. My sister was grieving and yes there may be a universal ending kugelblitz going on but if we really are going to die then we should be together when it happens."

Gemini simply nodded.

Cleo by all means was not a hugger though she had hugged Gemini a few times, she could see that her sister clearly needed a hug at the moment.

So she got over her foreignness and she hugged her sister like there was no tomorrow, because who knew there might not be.

That was all it took for Gemini to start crying again. But throughout all of the pain and guilt Cleo was there now.

And as Cleo heard her sister cry, she rocked her back and forth. And after a few minutes she heard Gemini stop crying and sat her up off of her shoulder.

She watched as Gemini turned back to a younger version of themselves. She then watched a smile come upon her face.

"You know that was probably the best day of my life." Gemini stated.

"Out of all days why this one?" Cleo asked curiously, sure it was her favorite day because she had finally gotten her own human body but why would it be Gemini's.

"Because even though I knew you when you were in my head, this was the day I finally knew what it felt like to have a real blood relative that would never abandon me."

Cleo knew it was a lot for Gemini to hear when they found out the umbrella's were searching for their parents, because she always knew that Gemini wondered why she was given up, why her parents abandoned her and sent her to hell's playground.

Though she would never want to leave her brothers and sisters now, she always wondered why she wasn't special.

"I can't make any excuses for our parents and I can't tell you why we aren't with them right now, but what I can tell you is that it's you and me forever. It's just us against the world. And I know actions speak louder than words so everyday I'm going to prove that to you."

"Promises?" Gemini asked.

"I promise." Cleo said, holding out her pinky.

And Gemini accepted her sister's finger as she connected it with her own.

"Now that all this is done, I know you are feeling rather guilty about Jayme and Alphonso's death, but you have to know it wasn't your fault."

Gemini was about to speak but Cleo quickly interrupted her knowing what she was about to say.

"And I know you're going to say that they won't leave you alone and their voices are haunting you because I can hear them too just not as clearly, but sister you have to know that's just your subconsciousness making you feel even worse than you're supposed to feel. You are quite literally self–imploding because right now in the real world your powers are sucking the life out of people and I know you don't want to kill them."

Gemini nodded in agreement.

"When we go back I help you deal with them but right now we have to get you back into your right mind so we don't kill everybody here, is that alright with you." Cleo questioned.

"Yes, I'm okay with that." Gemini agreed.

"Alright, I'm right here with you every step of the way." Cleo said as she watched Gemini close her eyes and concentrate on taking her body back and giving everyone back their energy.

Upon seeing Gemini's body fade out of the headspace, Cleo followed along and faded out as well.

Time in the Gemini's headspace worked differently than the real world's time. As it felt like an hour had passed in the headspace when Gemini and Cleo both left they noticed that only a minute had passed.

The bright and vibrant orange and red hues of energy and illusions seized.

Out in the hallway, Five Hargreeves felt his life coming back to him and saw that he was no longer all alone trapped in his first apocalypse instead his memories were all at peace.

In the bathroom, Lila Pitts was no longer reliving the memories of hearing her parents being slaughtered instead she was getting herself off the floor of the bathroom and regaining her stance.

With Diego Hargreaves, in the white buffalo suite. He wasn't seeing his mother being crushed by a falling building and not being able to save her, now he was looking up at the ceiling in the room he was in before.

All the guests around the hotel were now coming to and they weren't seeing the horrors of the life they had once lived, everything was now in that past.

Everyone's mind was now at ease.

Seeing that there was no longer any potential danger ahead, Five sat foot off to Gemini and Cleo's hotel room.

Opening the door he saw, Cleo hugging Gemini.

"Well this is nice, you've managed not to kill us all. But if this happens again I won't hesitate to kill you next time." He threatened, making Cleo turn to face him.

"I'm sorry Mr.my powers are so easy to control, but unlike you we have lost 3 siblings. So excuse my dear sister for grieving and accidentally letting her powers get out of control. Not everybody has it easy, so cut her some slack."

Just as Five was about to speak up again Gemini interrupted him.

"Cleo take it easy, I understand what he means. And Five it won't happen again you have my word." Gemini said to both of them, seizing the instant bickering.

Five and Cleo simultaneously nodded their heads in agreement.

After the big incident the three frenemies heard what sounded like Diego's voice yelling for a "Stanley".

Looking at each other they all shrugged their shoulders and followed the voice all the way down the hall to a big pink suite.

"What in the bloody carnations is going on, why are yelling, does an amber alert need to be put out or something." Cleo asked

"Actually yes, an amber alert does need to be put out, because Stanley has been snatched up by the cuckoo." Diego said matter–of–factly.

"The what?" Cleo questioned, squinting her eyes at the man as he continued to move around the room.

"What my idiotic brother means to say is, Stan has been taken by the kugelblitz." Five corrected.

"Ohhhh" Cleo and Gemini both said at the same time.

"Yeah, we went through that passageway over there and it led us to a hotel called "Oblivion" that looked exactly like this one but it's ass backwards. Which led to me getting severely injured." Diego continued to say, as he started to lift up the mattress on the bed.

"Oblivion, you say?" Five questioned, walking over to the jukebox that was a hidden passageway.

"Yep." Diego assured.

"Looks like we are now one step closer to finding out just what Oblivion was." Cleo stated, as Five nodded along with her statement.

Entering the room, the group was now greeted with a loud Lila.

"What the hell are you doing? Stanley is gone! We need to face this!" She yelled clearly talking to Diego as he was still looking under the mattress.

"Just check the chimney, alright." He suggested.

"I know he did not just seriously say check the chimney for a child." Cleo asked, talking to Gemini who was standing right beside her.

"I believe he did, dear sister."

"He's not in the bloody chimney! He's be kugelblitzed!" Lila said, prolonging the word kugelblitz.

"And who's fault is that, huh? You're the one that brought him here." Diego said, trying to blame Lila.

"Nice to see that this couple hasn't changed one bit." Cleo commented as she went to sit on the couch urging Gemini to follow.

"Congratulations. You're both mildly terrible parents." Five said, breaking up their bickering.

Cleo laughed at the comment he made.

"Can we focus? Come on, How did this thing open before?" He asked, pointing in the direction of the jukebox.

"I don't know. It was already kinda open." Diego said, walking to the other side of the room.

"Already kinda open." You know, Diego, you should have been an engineer.It's a lost opportunity." Five sarcastically said.

"Why'd you wanna go in there anyway? It's just sushi and death." Lila shared.

"I don't know, that sounds kinda fun." Cleo disagreed.

"Don't you think, Gem?" Cleo asked her sister.

"I think I've had enough death for one day, especially with the incident early." Gemini stated.

"Wait, that orange energy was you." Lila asked.

"Yeah, but the illusions were Cleo's." Gemini added.

"Wow, you definitely have a cooler power than Mr.Knives over here." Lila said, pointing to a wandering Diego.

"I heard that." He commented.

Making Gemini snicker.

"It's definitely something, and sorry for almost killing you all." Gemini stated, noticing that she had yet to apologize.

"Since I've tried killing the umbrella's on purpose, I forgive. You are clearly going through things." Lila said, accepting the brunette's apology.

"Getting back on track here, when I meet future me in the Commission bunker, I warned myself about Oblivion. Now Pogo told us–"

"Wait, whoa, whoa! Pogo's alive." Diego introjected.

"Different Pogo, but yes." Five corrected.

"Yeah, this one is in a biker gang and he's a tattoo artist." Cleo informed.

"The monkey said Dad spent years training the sparrows for some kind of super secret mission into...."

"Oblivion." Lila finished Five's sentence.

"So, we come back here to find you two sentient STDs have actually been in there. Everything's leading to Oblivion. So we have to go in there." Five stated

"Hell no! Not happening."

"No way! We barely got out alive."

Lila and Diego both said at the same time.

"Yeah, so what? This is about more than just you two."

"Says the guy with all his fingers. I didn't get this by giving a mummy a hand job, all right? I went in there, and lost my fingers to this thing with...with a knife on a chain." Diego stated, showing his injured hand.

"Giving a mummy a hand job out of all things." Cleo said, as she tried to move on from Diego's previous comment.

"Hey look, Diego might be 90% moron and 10% pelvic thrusts, but he's right about Oblivion, okay?" Lila shared, agreeing with Diego for once.

"The analogies are really something." Gemini commented quietly to Cleo.

"We're not just gonna waltz back in there just because you say so." Lila said, finishing her last sentence.

Just then Luther and Sloane entered the room hand in hand.

"Good, because you're coming with us." Luther said, more as an order than a suggestion.

Both Cleo and Gemini waved to their sister, having not seen her since the sparrows came to town.

Sloane waved back to her sisters with a smile on her face.

"This should be interesting." Five commented now looking at his other brother.

"Where to?" He asked, curiously.

"Sparrow Academy." Sloane stated.

"The world's ending, so I think it's time we put our petty bullshit aside and work together on the kugelblitz." Luther continued to say.

"Yeah! Or what?" Diego challenged.

"Or Stanley won't be the last of us to disappear." Lila said, catching Diego's attention.

Cleo and Gemini both got off the couch and started walking towards the door's exit.

"Let's go see our other siblings, shall we?" Cleo suggested.

"We shall!" Gemini agreed, as both the sisters linked arms.

Even though Cleo is technically a power of Gemini's it doesn't make any less of a sister, and to Gemini she is her blood sister.
