"something wrong?" yamaguchi asks all of a sudden, smiling towards his friend.

"been feeling unlucky nowadays. wonder why." tsukishima answers in a monotonous tone.

"like a while ago, when you bumped into too many poles?" yamaguchi giggles, reminiscing the embarrassing moments the blonde had experienced.

"urusai, yamaguchi. tch." tsukishima clicks his tounge, trying so hard not to curse.

"gomen, tsukki. don't worry about it, though! a lucky charm may come down from heaven just for you! we never know." yamaguchi says, winking towards the blonde.

"a lucky charm, huh? i think not." tsukishima mumbles under his breath.

"ow." the blonde emotionlessly says as he felt something fall over his head, catching it with his hands as soon as he had a vision of the object.

"are you okay, tsukki?" yamaguchi asks worriedly, looking over the blonde's hands.

"a pen?" both of them asks in confusion, staring at each other before shrugging it off.

"i'm keeping it. It may come in handy." tsukishima says, putting the pen on the pocket of his pants.

"okay, then. see you tomorrow, tsukki!" yamaguchi smiles towards the latter, waving his hand goodbye as he took the separate way.

tsukishima attached his headphones onto his ears as soon as yamaguchu is out of his vision, listening to some ballads on his own way home.

tsukishima kept his mind clear throughout the long walk home, not wondering why there's a pen that fell on his head nor taking it suspicious or not. instead, he was calm.

little did he know, a little pinch of fantasy awaits.
