TSUKISHIMA KEI

"k-kei, i'm scared." i hear her mumble beside me, causing me to giggle and ruffle her hair.

"don't worry about it. they're not gonna eat you." i assure, planting a kiss on her forehead to make her calm down.

the thought of introducing a female to my family didn't cross my mind even just for once. well, not until she came.

frankly speaking, i did want to introduce her to my mother and my brother the moment she showed up in my room. The moment where it all started, but i figured that i'll do fine without telling them.

"can we do this another day, please?" she asks, intertwining her hand with mine while looking directly onto my eyes, causing me to sigh and stare at her in disbelief.

"you're the one who suggested this, we'rent you?" i ask, glaring towards her.

of course, even though our relationship has evolved, i'm still me. i don't have to change myself to satisfy herself, do i? but i do admit, i have to at least consider on giving out positive remarks for her to feel better.

but if she's an idiot, she's an idiot.

i sigh.

"you should've at least opposed! i make stupid decisions when it comes to love and you know it!" she yells, puffing her cheeks.

with a scoff, i pinched one of her cheeks with my free hand before patting her head.

"if that's the case, you shouldn't have suggested it, idiot." i say, caressing her hand intertwined with mine.

"you know, your mouth blabbers badly but you act so sweet. make up your mind, my man!" she says, changing the topic, causing me to glare at her once more.

"i adore you so much. please be mine forever." i reply, still glaring at her.

"you're so cheesy. i like it." she chuckles.

just as we continue on talking in front of the main door, the door opened, catching us off guard.

"just get in already." nii-san says, sighing.

i roll my eyes towards him, feeling how aiko's hand felt cold in a split second, which caused me to tighten my grip on it.

"just chill, okay?" i ask, ruffling her hair, which she responded to with a nod.

with a sigh, i entered our home with her by my back.

"you don't need to be shy. you're part of the family now." nii-san says to aiko with a smile, causing me to smile and give my mother a glance.

"now, how about we get settled down with some tea and talk about you, aiko?" she asks with the widest smile she has.

with a sigh, we all made our way towards the living room.
