stopped infront of a big white house with a very nice front yard. “Next time I'm driving. Don't get used to it”, Logan told Charles who sat behind the steering wheel. Elenor felt a little sick as she quickly climbed out of the car followed by Logan who walked towards the door and knocked a couple of times.
After a short moment a brunette women opened the door for them. And immediately a worried expression made it's way onto her face as she exhaled deeply. “What's he done now? I will just write you a check for whatever he took.”
“Um— We just need to talk to him”, Elenor assured her smiling friendly.
The women turned around as she let them in, “Peter the cops are here! again!”
They all stepped into the house and walked past a little girl who had a crown on her head and a teddy bear in her arms as she eyed Logan. “I'm a princess. What are you?”
Logan looked at the girl seriously as he took of his sunglasses, “I'm the Wolverine.”
“Where's your brother?” The little girl pointted at the stairs that let down towards the basement.
As they all got downstairs they saw a teenager with silver hair playing pingpong with himself and jeez, that boy was fast.
“What do you guys want? I didn't do anything. I've been here all day.” He now laid on his couch watching them.
“Just relax, Peter. We're not Cops”, Logan assured him as he held out his hands. The boy shurgged at them, “Of course your not, if you were cops you wouldn't be driving a rental car.”
Charles who still wore his sunglasses looked at the boy confused, “How did you know we've got a rental car?”
“I checked your registration when you were walking to the door. I also had some time to kill so I went through your rental agreement. Saw you were from out of town. Are you FBI?”, the boy quickly explained to them as he still laid on his couch.
He suddenly speeded past Charles as he stole his wallet and looked indside it. “No, you're not cops. Hey, what's with this gifted Youngstars place?”
He let the wallet fall onto the pingpong table as he speeded away. “That's an old card”, Charles muttered as he grabbed the card and put it back into his wallet.
“He's fascinating!”, Hank excalimed at the same time Elenor muttered, “He's wicked!”
“He's a pian in the arse!”, Charles told the two immediately as he stuffed his wallet back into his pocket.
“What, a teleporter?”, Hank questioned Logan interested. “No he is just fast. And when I knew him he wasn't so— young.”
“Young?”, Peter suddenly spoke up from behind them. “You're just old.”
They all turned around to the boy who now sat there eating his ice. “So you are not afraid to show your powers?”, Hank asked him curious.
“What powers? What are you talking about?”, the silver haired boy questioned them still speaking extremely fast. “Do you see something strange here? Nothing anybody would believe if you told them.”
They all eyed him before he speeded past them again and was now playing on his gigantic game boy. “So who are you? What do you want?”
“We need your help Peter”, Logan told him seriously. “For what?”, the young boy asked them without turning around.
“Breaking into a highly secured facility and get someone out”, Elenor spoke up from besides Logan as she watched the teenagers back.
“Prisom break? That's illegal, you know.”
“Um—”, they all looked around and eyed the room where hundrets of stolen TV's and snacks stood.
“Well, only if you get cought”, El answered him smirking. “So what's in it for me?”, the boy asked them curious still not turning around.
“You, you kleptomaniac, get to break into the Pentagon”, Charles told him as he took of his glasses and rubbed his eyes. The boy immediately stopped playing his game and turned around to them abruptly.
“How do I know I can trust you?”, the boy raised his eyebrows as Logan looked at him and smirked, “Because we're just like you.”
“Show him”, was all Charles said to Elenor and Logan before the two showed him their powers.
Elenor let the red mist twirel around her fingers as Logan slowly extended his claws.
The young boy looked at them with wide eyes as he pointed at Elenor, “That's cool!” After that his gaze wandered of to Logan, “But that's disgusting.”

“Built in 1943, the Pentagon is the world's largest office building housing more than 25,000 military employees streches over six million square feet.”
Hank, Charles, Logan and Elenor just followed after a groups of visitors inside the Pentagon before Elenor, Logan and Charles splitted of from the group and quickly made their way down to the kitchen where the food for the prisoners was cooked.
Peter was already inside, probably preoccupied with breaking Erik out of his cell.
As the three had finally arrived inside the kitchen the sprinklers were already turned on and the people were confused about what was happening as they hurried past each other.
“Ladies and Gentlemen, boys and girls, this is a Code Red situation. We are evacuating the entried floor so that we my— associates an I — can, uh— secure the prison”, Charles said as they entered the room.
“Who are you?”, one of the guards aksed them in a strict tone, his hand placed on his gun.
“We're special operations CB — FB- CID”, Charles tried to improvise but they didn't believed him.
“Look, perhaps you didn't hear me when first I spoke— but it is imperative that you understand we're in complete lockdown situation. We have to get into the their floor—”, Charles still tried to convince the guards as Logan suddenly attacked them knocking both out.
After that he looked at Charles, “Oh, I'm sorry. We're you finished?”
Charles remained silent before he bend down and searched for the key inside if the guards pocket. After a short moment he had finally found the card and opened the door as he looked over at Logan. “I'm sorry, I'm just not very good with Violance.”
Elenor who stood besides Logan chuckled as she watched the Professor but then the doors quickly opened revealing Erik and Peter.
“Charles?”, the man questioned confused but Charles just looked at him for a moment before he punched him hardly into the face.
Erik fell to the ground, holding his jaw as Charles walked through the little room holding his hand as he cursed under his breath.
“Good to see you too, old friend. —And walking”, Erik stated as he still laid on the floor.
“No thank's to you”, Charles eyed him, hate in his eyes as Elenor stepped next towards him, eyeing Erik closely.
“It's been a while”, she smiled lightly as she helped the brunette man up. “Yeah, but you look as fantastic as ever, Elenor”, Erik answered her as he grabbed her hand to stand up.
His gaze wandered of to Charles again, “You're the last person in the world I expected to see today.”
“Belive me— I wouldn't be here if I didn't have to. If we get you out of here we do it my way. No killing!”, Charles demanded angryly.
“No helmet. I couldn't disobey you two even if I wanted”, Erik smiled at Charles and Elenor sarcastical.
Charles took a step forward so that they faces were only centimeters apart, “I'm never getting inside I'd that head again! I need your word Erik.”
The man nodded slighty at him as suddenly the doors opened again making them all turn towards the men who entered the room, their guns pointed at them.
"Nobody move!"
The mutants all stood in a row as one of the man shouted, "Hold it right there!"
"Charles", Erik addressed the man besides him in a worried tone but Charles just shook his head.
"Hands up or we will shoot you!"
"Freeze them Charles!", Erik gave him a disbelieving look. "I can't", he muttered as he starred at the guards.
"Hands up!"
Erik stared straight ahead as suddenly the kitchen devices began to rummble. The man aimed their guns at them and shot as Charles placed a hand on Eriks chest and screamed, "No!"
Elenor immediately let the red mist twirel around her fingers as she moved her hand, creating a shield for them but suddenly all the guard flew through the air or punched themselves into the face.
The bullets fell to the floor as they collided with Elenor's red energy shield and they all looked impressed at Peter who stood now on the other side of the room taking off his head phones.
Charles was the first who left the kitchen, slowly followed by Erik, Elenor, Logan and Peter.
The group them quickly made their way towards the airport where Elenor used her telepathically powers to get them a private jet.
Logan and Elenor sat on each other's opposite as Erik walked past them, he looked at Eleneor and wanted to grab the newspaper from the table, but Logan quickly digged his claws into the paper as he gave Erik a dark look.
"Imagine if they were metal", Erik sighed as he walked past the two. The man sat down as well and looked at Logan, "Where did they dig you up?"
Logan leaned onto the table as he eyed the man, "You gonna find this hard to believe but, uh— you sent me. You and Charles. From the future."
Erik gave him as disbelieving look as he furrowed his eyebrows at the man.
"I know it sounds crazy", El told him.as she shrugged with her shoulder.
An hour later they were already in the air and a very uncomfortable silence had spread over the group as Charles contiued to stare at Erik while Logan stared at the two.
Elenor tried to avoid any weird eye conatct and looked out of the window until Erik suddenly spoke up, "How did you lose them?"
Charles didn't looked away from him as he answered, "The treatment for my spine affects my DNA."
Erik's head snapped towards him, "You sacrificed your powers so you could walk?"
"I sacrificed my powers so that I could sleep—", Charles voice cracked as tears whelmed up in his eyes. He closed his eyes and shook his head, "What do you know about it?"
"I've lost my fair share."
Charles smirked sarcastical, "Hah! Dry your eyes, Erik. Doesn't justify what you've done."
"You have no idea what I've done."
"I know that you took the things that mean the most to me", Charles told the man, anger rising inside of him.
Erik scoffed at his old friend, "Well, maybe you should have fought harder for them!"
Charles immediately stood up from his seat, "If you want to fight, Erik, then I will give you a fight!"
Erik stood up as well as Logan spoke up for the first time, "Sit down!"
Elenor had stood up as well and looked at Charles, "Hey, calm yourself."
Erik raised his hand at the two, "Let him come."
Charles grabbed Erik by the shirt, "You abandoned me! You took her away, and you abandoned me!"
Erik stared at the furious man infront of him as he started to list of a couple of names, "Angel. Azazel. Emma." The plane began to shook, making Elenor hold onto her seat as she fell down on it. "Banshee. Mutant brothers and sisters, all dead!"
Elenor's heart sunk by the Sean's name, but she was to scarred to thinklre about it. The plane's controls started to freeze up and making it dive. "Erik!", Elenor shouted as every thing fell onto the floor.
"Countless others, experimented on, butchered!" Hank turned towards them a scared look on his face, "Erik!"
Erik just ignored them as he looked at Charles who laid on a couch falling back and forth, "Where were you, Charles? We were supposed to protect them! Where were you when your own people needed you? Hiding! You and Hank! Pretending to be something you're not!"
Elenor repeated once more, "Erik!" The plane slowly steadied and Erik got calmer, "You abandoned us all!"
Charles eyed him with hate before he stood up and joined Hank in the front. "Just perfect", was all Elenor let out as she grabbed a book from the floor and started reading again as she leaned back into her seat.
"So, you were always and asshole", Logan stated as he lit a cigar. Erik scoffed as he turned towards the man, "I take it we're best buddies in the future."
Logan chuckled amused as he smirked, "Oh, I spent a lot of years trying to bring you down, bub." Erik narrowed his eyes, "How does that work out for you?"
"You're like me. You're a survivor", Logan told him as he looked out of the window. "— But your paying a high price for it", he nodded his head at Elenor who looked up from her book, a confused and worried look on her face.
He breathed out the smoke as he looked back at Erik, "Do you wanna pick all that shit up?"
— Hours past by and it was already dark outside as Erik sat down next to Elenor who still had her book in her hand. The ginger looked up at him questiongly as she raised an eyebrow.
"It's been a while", the brunette man stated as he eyed the women besides him who nodded shortly. "Yeah. True."
"Did you miss me?", he questioned after a moment of silence. Elenor waited a moment before she slowly replied, "I spent a lot of time thinking about what could've happened if everything was different."
The man sighed as he folded his hands, "I thought about you a lot."
There was the silence again as Elenor's gaze fell into the man besides her. They held eye contact and for a split second the woman just wanted to kiss him.
The two stared into each other's eyes before she awkwardly cleared her throat. "Maybe you should ask him if he would fancy a game", Elenor whispered, holding eye contact with him as she nodded her head at Charles who had a drink in his hand and stared out of the window.
Erik didn't looked convinced but stood up anyway as he grabbed the checkerboard and approached Charles.
"Fancy a game? It's been a while."
Charles stared out of the window again, "I'm not in the mood for games, thank you."
Erik nodded as he grabbed a glass and a bottle of Whiskey, "I haven't had a real sip in ten years." He took a sip as he sat down on the edge of the seat, "I didn't kill the President."
Charles didn't looked at him as he spoke up, "The bullet curved, Erik."
"Because I was trying to save him. They took me out before I could." Charles gaze fell onto Erik, "Why would you try and save him?"
"Because he was one of us." Charles let out a deep breath as he smiled a bit, "You must think me so foolish. We've always said they would come after us."
Erik's gaze wandered to his glass, "I never imagined they'd use Raven's DNA to do it."
"When did you last see her?", Charles asked him quietly and Erik slowly sat down on his opposite, "The day I left for Dallas."
"And how was she?" Erik clicked with his tongue as he eyed Charles, "Strong."
"How— how was she?", Charles repeated his question annoyed.
Erik eyed his friend as he placed the glass back onto the table, "You should be proud of her, Charles. She's out there fighting for our cause."
"Your cause", Charles interrupted him immediately with rage in his voice, "The girl I raised, she was not capable of killing."
"You didn't raise her. You grew up with her. She couldn't stay a little girl forever. That's why she left." Charles raised his eyebrows as he leaned towards the man, "She left because you got inside her head."
Erik scoffed as he chuckled and shook his head, "That's not my power."
"She made a choice."
"But know we know where that choice leads, don't we?", Elenore suddenly interrupted their conversation as she sat down besides them making the two men look at her.
"She's going to murder Trask, they're going to capture her and then they're going to wipe us out", Charles contiued as he stared at Erik.
"Not if we get to her first", Erik argued with them calmly. "Not if we change history tomorrow."
"I'm sorry Charles for what happened. I truly am", Erik slowly told him a honest look on his face. Elenor was surprised it wasn't that often that you could see Erik apologize for anything.
Charles leaned back in his seat before he down his drink and placed his glass back onto the table, "It's been a while since I played."
A smile made it's way on Elenor's face as Erik eyed his friend, "I'll go easy on you." He grabbed his drink as Charles gave him a look, "Might finally be a fair fight."
Charles smirked at him, "You have the first move." Suddenly one of the figures moved on the board making Elenor smirk to herself as she put her feet onto the seat on her opposite and crossed her arms over her chest watching the two play.
