on the day of jaeeun and dohee's wedding, kyunghee spent most of it with seonghwa. these days, she spent more time with him because she hated the thought of him being alone all day at home.

she got ready for the big ceremony at his house, doing her makeup, hair, and everything. seonghwa was already ready after putting on his suit and freshening up.

after seonghwa got dressed, he went to where kyunghee was doing her hair. with a smile, he asked her, "how do i look?"

kyunghee was almost drooling over him. he looked stunning in a tuxedo. she nodded, "g-good. great even. amazing!"

"but you always look better." he winked, propping himself on the doorframe.

she shook her head at him, "i'm not done with my hair or anything yet,"

seonghwa retorted, "but you're still beautiful."

she just smiled back with a shade of pink tinting her cheeks. "thank you, seongie."

"we have to leave in an hour. you'll be ready by then, right?"

she nodded, "yup."

later, seonghwa called an uber for the two - since he didn't want her bridesmaid dress to get wrinkled on the motorcycle. and they made their way to the church excitedly.

once they arrived, yeosang met up with them. he greeted, "hey, guys. you both look all fancy."

"you too, yeosang." kyunghee smiled. "excited for the wedding?"

yeosang shrugged, "i'm excited for the food."

seonghwa chuckled and added, "hey where's your date?"

"it would've been eun, but she's busy tonight." yeosang sighed, looking away with a sad gleam in his eyes. seonghwa had hit a sore subject.

kyunghee shrugged, "you can still hang out with seonghwa and i."

"gross. i'd rather drink a pair of jeans through a straw than watch you two flirt all night." yeosang laughed. "let's just grab our seats."

the wedding was short, but beautiful. they ate lunch, danced, and talked - keeping the wedding pretty simple. dohee and jaeeun wanted it that way, and they were extremely happy.

seonghwa, yeosang, and kyunghee sat at their own little table. kyunghee then asked, "so... when am i meeting eun?"

"in two days, she's free. have you forgotten anything we taught you?" yeosang asked her worriedly.

she shook her head as a no, "i'm all good! hopefully she'll like me."

seonghwa smiled, telling her, "of course she's gonna like you. especially because i'm gonna drop you off. if she knows we're dating, she'll instantly respect you."

"how are you so sure?" kyunghee wondered.

"i'm well known when it comes to girl gangs." seonghwa told her proudly. "so don't embarrass me."

"you're so annoying," yeosang scoffed at his friend. "he's cocky now because they all have crushes on him."

"crushes?" kyunghee's face dulled. "you're mine though."

"they don't have crushes on me... i'm just undeniably hot." seonghwa smiled brightly, pinching his girlfriend's cheek. "isn't that right?"

before she could even answer, yeosang reacted, "you're a good-looking jerk."

the next day was a horrible monday. kyunghee arrived to school in a bad mood, dreading studying and schoolwork and feeling super sluggish. when she walked into her first class of the day, she instantly went to seonghwa's desk as if she was magnetized to him.

not caring who saw, kyunghee wrapped her arms around him and hugged him tight. "hi." she peeped.

seonghwa hugged her back with a smile, "hi, baby."

"i wish it was saturday again." she sighed. "i'm tired."

"well, wanna skip school with me?" seonghwa offered. "i was probably gonna skip anyway with san and yunho."

kyunghee thought about it for a while, "wait, will i get in trouble?"

"if you're with me, then no."

"then... i guess so." she said. "i trust you."

"alright. grab your stuff and meet me at my motorcycle." he winked at her before grabbing yunho and san.

after they all got ready to leave, they got onto their bikes. yunho asked first, "where are we going?"

"i'm fine with just going to someone's house and chilling there." san said. "anyone else want to?"

seonghwa nodded, along with kyunghee and yunho. "yeah. my place, then. we'll go there."

"got it."

everyone drove through the peaceful city to seonghwa's large house. once there, they made their way inside and settled down in his bedroom.

everyone sat down to get comfortable. kyunghee was sitting between yunho and san, and seonghwa didn't let that slide.

he sighed, picking her up easily and carrying over to where he was sitting. seonghwa then let her sit in his lap. he was feeling extra overprotective today. kyunghee was blushing, not knowing how to deal with her embarrassment and nervousness.

"you guys are a cute couple." san chuckled. "you know, i didn't really like kyunghee at first. no offense, but i thought you were annoying. but now... you're pretty cool, i guess"

kyunghee smiled, "thanks. i'm glad you like me now!"

seonghwa rolled his eyes, "it was you who told yeosang to trip her that time at lunch, right?"

everyone was laughing together, remembering memories. the past few months flew by, but they had already gotten so close, life changing so much with each day.

"and that one time san wanted to take credit for breaking her bike, but seonghwa was going to beat him up." yunho added, laughing harder and harder.

kyunghee rolled her eyes at san and laughed, "jeez, i'm glad you warmed up to me. you were kinda evil, san."

san giggled like a baby, "sorry, sorry. i won't be mean anymore. you're like our little sister."

yunho nodded, "exactly."

she was smiling happily, feeling so accomplished. then seonghwa said dreamily. "isn't she amazing? she's my favorite person in the whole wide world..."
