Ski Trip Sabotage
Genre: &TEAM Chaos Comedy | Slapstick | Fluff & Bruises
Cast: Jo (the crash), Yuma (the witness), Taki (the enabler), Fuma (filming), and Nicholas (laughing too hard to help)
❄️ The Setup
It's day one of the group ski trip.
Jo insists he's fine.
"I watched three tutorials. I've got this."
Yuma tries to help him adjust the skis.
"Maybe just take the beginner slope?"
Jo: "Beginner is a mindset."
Narrator: It was, in fact, not a mindset.
🎿 The Descent Into Disaster
Jo makes it 15 meters.
Fuma's recording. Taki's egging him on.
Nicholas yells, "Use your core!"
Jo yells, "I don't know what that means!"
Then—
chaos.
Jo veers slightly left.
Then slightly more.
"Why is it gaining SPEED??"
Yuma starts running. Taki cheers. The camera shakes from laughter.
Jo doesn't fall.
He keeps going. Straight into the lodge area. Past the snack table.
And directly into the vending machine.
BOOM.
Skis tangled. Chips everywhere.
The machine dings. A soda can drops as if to reward him for surviving.
🧊 The Aftermath
Jo's okay. Mostly bruised pride.
He lies on his back in the snow, blinking at the sky.
"I saw my life flash before my eyes. It was mostly ramen."
Yuma kneels beside him, face torn between worry and trying not to laugh.
"Why didn't you stop?"
Jo croaks, "The machine looked like it owed me something."
Nicholas falls over from laughing.
Later, Taki edits Fuma's footage. Adds dramatic music. Slow motion. Explosion effects.
The video is titled:
"Jo vs. The Machine (And Gravity)"
Uploaded privately...
Then mysteriously leaked to the entire dorm.
Jo never skis again.
But the vending machine still gives him free soda.
Every. Time.
Snowball War: "Operation Frostbite"
The rules?
No rules.
Just honor, betrayal, and very bad aim.
The Teams:
Team Icefire: Nicholas (strategist), Taki (maniac), Fuma (dual-wielding snowballs)
Team Avalanche: Jo (feral), Yuma (the real threat), EJ (accidentally terrifying)
The Battlefield:
Snow is flying. Alliances are temporary. Taki has built a fort out of snowboards. Fuma's wearing ski goggles for aesthetic.
Jo?
Jo is crouched behind the vending machine he once slammed into.
"They'll never expect the same move twice."
Yuma: "You're literally using a soda machine as a shield."
Jo (dead serious): "It's personal now."
Nicholas yells, "Flank left!"
Jo screams, "NOT TODAY, SNOW DEMON," and launches a snowball so hard it ricochets off the machine and hits EJ.
Dead silence.
EJ brushes snow off his shoulder.
Smiles.
Everyone runs.
The Climax:
Yuma and Jo tag-team a sneak attack, sliding downhill on cafeteria trays.
Taki screams, "THEY'RE FLANKING—"
Too late.
Nicholas gets snow down his jacket. Taki falls into his own trap hole. Fuma gets tackled.
Victory.
Team Avalanche builds a tiny snow throne. Jo sits on it like a gremlin king.
Jo pats the vending machine lovingly.
"We win again, old friend."
A can drops out.
Yuma: "I hate that it likes you now."
Revenge Trip: "The Board Awakens"
New day. New slope.
Jo stands tall in rental snowboarding gear.
"No skis. No problem. I'm evolved now."
Nicholas: "You're going to die."
Taki: "And I'll be filming it."
The Descent... Again
He starts strong.
For five seconds.
Then:
Misses a turn
Spins
Screams "WHY IS IT WORSE THAN SKIING"
Does a full cartoon-level somersault
He lands flat on his back in the exact spot he hit the vending machine last trip.
It dings.
A bottle rolls out.
Yuma arrives breathless.
"Are you okay?!"
Jo blinks at the sky, snow in his hood.
"The vending machine is my soulmate."
Final Line:
The group agrees: Jo is banned from all winter sports.
But he still wins the snowball war every year.
Because somehow...
the vending machine always chooses him.
"&TEAM: Cold Blooded — The Post-Ski Trip Documentary"
Runtime: 22 chaotic minutes
Format: Fake serious interviews, reenactments, and too much slow motion
Music: Dramatic orchestral covers of holiday jingles
Interview Highlights:
Jo:
(Wearing sunglasses indoors)
"They said I couldn't lead a snowball army. They were right. That's why I led a revolution."
Yuma:
"I didn't plan to win. I just happened to be better than all of them. Especially Nicholas. Please include that."
Nicholas:
(Holding an ice pack)
"I was betrayed by physics. And by Taki."
Taki:
(Too close to the camera, intense whisper)
"I dug the trap hole with my bare hands. It was supposed to be a masterpiece."
[cut to reenactment where Taki immediately falls into said hole]
Fuma:
"I tried to keep the peace. Until Jo hit me with a frozen banana from a slingshot made of ski poles. I snapped after that."
EJ:
(Simply looks into camera, expression blank)
"Jo hit me once. He apologized. With a soda can. From the machine. I haven't touched one since."
