Chapter 2 summary

Jungkook is a young boy who studies the brain. He wanted to become a neurologist. He became close friends with Jimin as he is also from Busan. His family moved because he wanted to study further to become what he wanted to be. He lived with his father and mother. He's just cute and a bunny. He is a senior and started his studies at Bighit University. He befriends Yoongi but can't figure out what happened to him. He wants to heal Yoongi. He's a very smart child who cares for everyone.

He and Jimin are good friends even though He's a teacher.

Jungkook POV

Hello, everyone. I'm Jeon Jungkook, and I'm a 22-year-old student at Bighit University. Yes, I study the brain. Well, what's that word again? Oh, a neurologist. Well, let me tell you what that means.

A neurologist is a person who studies the brain. Yes, I'm always interested in science since that is my favorite subject. I kinda don't like maths but get good grades for all. Anyway, I'm busy with my homework, and I come across the word "amygdala".

I just left my homework and went to meet my mother and father in the dining room. As I was going, I smelled the amazing food my mother made.

I went downstairs and greeted my parents.

Good evening bunny she said with a smile on her face.

Evening, Mom. What's for supper? I said

I made your favorite butter chicken and mochi for dessert she winked at me.

Butter chicken ( my favorite)

Mochi ( never tried it. )

I took a bite and smiled.

Mom, it's super delicious. I want more after.

Bunny don't eat too much or else your stomach will pain. It's butter chicken, you babu she scolded me.

Ok, I'm sorry, Mom. I chuckled.

Not long my dad came with something to say.

Kookie, I got something to say. Please don't get upset.

What is dad I said.

I know you want to be a neurologist and you want to follow your dreams. He said

I looked at my dad, speechless, but what does he mean?

Dad  what do you mean I asked

Well you see we going to have a new neighborhood and I'm thinking let's give them a warm welcome so what do you think kookie he smiled

Dad, I didn't know about the neighbors, but let's give them a warm welcome. I said, getting the cookies my mother had made yesterday. 

We went to the house and knocked on their door, and a short man, probably Dad's height, entered. His face was pale and looked sad.

Good evening he said with a small smile. I guess you,, my neighbors. Besides, I'm Min Geum-jae. You can just call me Mr min he said.

Good evening sir. I'm Jeon Jungkook and I'm 22. I said

Oh, you are 1 year younger than my son Yoongi. He chuckled

Yoongi I looked confused.

Oh, come inside, son. I bet you are feeling cold. Would you love to come in? Jungkook.

No sir I was about to complete but he interrupted

Call me Dad I bet you don't mind so he said

I don't mind. Well, I would love a cup of banana milk if you have.

He chuckled and went to get a glass of banana milk. I gave him the cookies my mother made yesterday and he was grateful.

Thank you. I haven't had cookies since I moved from Daegu.

Daegu I raised my eyebrows

Yes, I was from Daegu with Yoongi, and we moved to Seoul as the hospital was near.

Hospital I said

Well, I got liver cancer, and it was costly to get treatment. He said with a sad tone

I'm so sorry, Dad, but you are strong. I gave him a hug.

Anyway, tomorrow is Yoongi 's first day at university. He is starting at Bighit University tomorrow. He said

I go to bighit university I said

Oh well, you should be friends he said happily.

Anyway, thank you for the cookies, and I feel welcome he said.

We chatted until I had to go home and get ready for bed.

I greeted Mr  Min good night and went to bed. I keep thinking about his son. How he looks.

I fell asleep and my mother came and closed my door. She said good night and I felt happy to meet new neighbors. I feel like what happened to his wife.

Meanwhile, in  Yoongi's room.

Yoongi was in his room listening to his father's conversation with Jungkook. He wanted to meet him but he just didn't want to be a burden to his father. The voice in him was still giving him nightmares about his accident, but before he got rid of it. He saw his father sleeping and he took a blanket and covered him.

His thoughts were disturbed by the voice asking to set him free.

I don't know your name
Hurry up and save me

It shouted. He couldn't take it and went immediately to the bathroom.

Poor Yoongi the demons inside his head Keep haunting him. Also, Jungkook finally meets his father. Jungkook Stan's finally introduced your man. Well, I'm so sorry if this chapter isn't good, but it's ok. I hope you all love it.

What would Yoongi do? Don't worry. I put a quick warning, so don't worry. Also, it's based on the MV of the amygdala. The only difference is that it's a Yoonkook. Well, let's go on the journey to Bighit University with Jungkook and Yoongi. Will they become best friends?
