GRATITUDE

It has been yet another short journey with all you readers, and I hope this story didn't disappoint. Thank you to all my regular readers for helping me complete this book so fast, unlike one of my previous books.

Well this book sure was one of a kind. I do get that it's received more criticism than needed from judges and reviewers alike - comments ranging from how the body was disproportionate in the cover to how vintage-y the writing style was... Which have done nothing much than to have me frowning. 

To be honest, this cover is the best one can do, and I have absolutely nothing but gratitude for Santana. And about the writing style... Well, if you don't like it, it's not exactly my fault. If everyone had the same writing style what would be different about reading Harry Potter or City of Bones, apart from the plot, of course.

If the comments are as weird as that, or you wanting to know more about the 9 year old girl who had no relation with the plot whatsoever, to be honest; so please do not start an argument with me regarding that. The 9 year old was simply used as a leverage to describe Jungkook's occupation/career as a mortician. Clearly, I've mentioned a word 'embalming' somewhere around the initial chapters. So, I don't think it's somewhere I fell short.

But it has also received stuff in the good light. I consider it the second of my best books. And I can say the same for the amazing characters that rose within me. I had the inspiration from the recent journal I had read about the different types of 'Mortis', which definitely made its way in here.

Iseul came out to be an unexpected mystery! At first the author tricked me into thinking she was a normal girl who was scared of curses. The plot is interesting and mystical with some gore. We usually get boring curse stories, but this one is different from them all.
