𒀭 ! 𝐉ust like another 𝐖attpad community, we have published this h͟i͟r͟i͟n͟g͟ book for hiring new members. 𝗔lbeit, this hiring book also serves as a guide book to the w͟o͟r͟k͟i͟n͟g͟ of our community.

𝗔s you may have acknowledged, Meridia Coven only accepts designers. 𝐁e it a graphics designer, a theme designer or a bio designer. 𝐇owever, there are certain roles which do not r͟e͟q͟u͟i͟r͟e͟ you to be a designer to join us. 𝐘ou will get to know about those further. ⠀٫⠀ᨒ⠀⸼⠀

！⋆ 𝐀s for the roles we provide, 𝐑aven and 𝓘 have s͟c͟r͟o͟l͟l͟e͟d͟ through the basic roles any 𝓦attpad community offers and have selected hardly seven to eight roles from them which 𝓘 think would suffice and serve the management team.

ζִֶָ 𝐎ur management team involves us, the founders, admins, gds, tds, bds, m͟o͟d͟s͟, 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄𝗲𝗿𝘀, p͟r͟o͟m͟o͟t͟e͟r͟s͟, and judges. 𝐍ow here's a little twist. 𝐀s I have mentioned above, you need to be a designer to join us. 𝐖ell that is the case, except when it comes to promoters & server moderators & even interviewers now. ⸝ ੭

𔓕 𝐘ou can be a promoter in our community without being a designer, obviously, you don't need designing s͟k͟i͟l͟l͟s͟ to reach out to the masses for promotion purposes.

𝓨ou can also be a moderator & an interviewer in our community without being related to graphics designing at all. 𝄿 𝆞
𝓐.nd yes, you have to be a designer if you want to join as a judge (who will be j͟u͟d͟g͟i͟n͟g͟ in any sort of contests we will hold furthermore).

𝐍ow, 𝗪𝗛𝗬 𝗦𝗢, some may ask. 𝓘.t is quite self explanatory but the thing is, according to us both, only an e͟x͟p͟e͟r͟i͟e͟n͟c͟e͟d͟ designer can judge with r͟e͟s͟p͟e͟c͟t͟ to their 𐂂 understanding of basics of designing and 𝐂𝐎𝐋𝐎𝐑 𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐎𝐑𝐘, usage of various symbols in bio designing & 𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐌𝐄 𝐒𝐓𝐘𝐋𝐄𝐒.

𝓘 deem one can also be an admin w͟i͟t͟h͟o͟u͟t͟ having designing skills of course, but 𝓘 want to make this community just not "exclusive for designers only" but more than that. We will update this part soon. ᨦ

𝓜aybe by giving an o͟p͟p͟o͟r͟t͟u͟n͟i͟t͟y͟ to the interested designers to work as an admin? 𝓘.t is like letting the designers manage our community on their own with our assistance, of c͟o͟u͟rs͟e͟. 𖤜

！ ⿻ 𝐀fter all, we too, are 𝐃𝐄𝐒𝐈𝐆𝐍𝐄𝐑𝐒 (I bet I have worked more as any other role in a community BUT the designer role. 𝐖hy? 𝐁ecause it's tiring to just keep making orders on demand rather than just letting your mind explore and make different orders).

𓈈 ✧ 𝐀s for the 𝐇𝐈𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐂𝐄𝐒𝐒, it is just the traditional way. 𝓨ou fill the form for the roles you are interested in, us or our staff members will accept your form and provide you with a l͟i͟n͟k͟ to the screening server. 𝓣.here an interviewer will take your one on one interview in a desired time slot. 𝓣.he conclusion will be drawn by the i͟n͟t͟e͟r͟v͟i͟e͟w͟e͟r͟s͟ and the ⸙ members of the role you have applied for. 𝗬ou will be given your result and it will let you know if you are hired or not.

𝗡ow the actual f͟u͟n͟ part begins after you have been hired. 𝗛ow, you may ask. 𝐖ell, you see, Meridia Coven provides its members with a bunch of benefits, you should definitely not miss on it. 𝕷et us get into detail about the b͟e͟n͟e͟f͟i͟t͟s͟ of joining us. ﹏ ⁝

𝐓he very first benefit is, of course, you will receive a follow from the community account as long as you are a p͟a͟r͟t͟ of the community. 𖥸 𖥔

𝓐.ny one of your books will be added to our "By Our Members" reading list. 𖧡

𝕬nd if you are applying for the designer p͟o͟s͟i͟t͟i͟o͟n͟ (bio, gfx, td), your portfolio, ♡̶ shop or any book related to designing will be added to a s͟e͟p͟a͟r͟a͟t͟e͟ reading list focusing on just the designing aspect.

𔘗 𝕬s for the people who have applied as d͟e͟s͟i͟g͟n͟e͟r͟s͟, the benefit above this one applies as well. 𝕾o you will have two books added to our reading lists.

⧎ 𝐉𝐔𝐒𝐓 like any other community does, we will ensure that you are provided with a good environment on our server. 𝐖𝐄 would try our best to keep the server a͟c͟t͟i͟v͟e͟ and blooming with various events or maybe some crazy late night / early morning / mid-afternoon chats.
