💠Co Admins will be there in the absence of Admins, any recent upcoming members notification will be send by Co- admins to the admins . They will check the event planers and graphic designer works and inform to the Admins after completion.

💠Graphic Designer will be designing all the events pics , banners , covers other books like wedding books , birthday books and will be there as partner of event planers!

💠Event planers will be helping by planning every way out of events like wedding or other celebrations so that it goes successful and becomes a memorable . They can take the help of the members .

💠Track recorders will be there to keep a track record of all the members whether they are attending all events or not ! If a member doesn't attend more than two events then the track recorders will inform the admins!
