"All right. Listen up guys." Chase announced, as he stood in the training room with Emilia and Bree, with the students gathered around the three mentors. "We're introducing a new element to trainingโ€” the bionic battle."

"Each week, two of you will be pitted against each other in a physical challenge." Emilia explained to the students.

"To the death?" Spin asked, narrowing his eyes with a glare.

The young boy received strange looks, before Leo turned to him. "Yes, Big D built this multi-million-dollar facility to train and house you, just so we could pick you off one by one." He sarcastically remarked.

Spin briefly shook his head, rolling his eyes at him before they all turned to look back at the mentors, allowing Chase to continue. "So, each week's winner will earn points toward advancing to the next bionic skill level. And the loser gets... well, humiliated."

Bree briefly shook her head at her brother before directing her next words to Spin. "Spin, since you're the youngest, you get to choose an opponent first."

"Yes." Spin said in excitement, stepping forward to look around at the other students, trying to make himself look intimidating. "Scared? Ya should be."

"No, no." Chase was quick to interject, stepping towards Spin. "This isn't about scaring people. No one's going to get hurt."

At that, a basketball came flying into the room and hit Chase in the back who yelled out in pain, turning around to look in the direction where it came from.

Chase turned to look at his girlfriend with a frown, practically pouting like a toddler. "Lia, why didn't you stop it?"

"I predict death. Not when someone throws a basketball at your back." Emilia deadpanned, earning a snicker from Bree.

Chase huffed out a breath before walking into the common room with the girls following him to see Adam playing basketball with his students.

"What are you doing?" Chase asked.

Bob held up the basketball in his hands, going to answer for Adam. "We're throwing this thing at that thing. I'm an athlete."

"Adam, you're a mentor now. You have to start acting like one." Bree scolded, making Emilia nod in agreement.

Adam held his arms out while defending himself through his answer. "I am. We're supposed to teach them how to use their abilities. So, we're havin' a bionic slam dunk contest."

"Incoming!" The young blonde yelled, running towards the basketball hoop before jumping to take the shot, however not coming back down as he found himself dangling from the hoop, having a tight grip on the ring.

"Bob, get down from there!" Emilia yelled in worry, stepping forward with the trio following behind her.

"Sorry, Emilia. No can do." Bob responded, his voice rather shakily.

"Why not?" Bree asked.

Bob wore a look of fear as he spoke. "Because I'm afraid of heights!"

Chase shrugged his shoulders, staring up at the blonde in confusion. "But, you can levitate."

"Oh, I'm good going up. It's the going down part that never ends well." Bob panicked.

Chase sighed, turning to the other mentors. "I'll have to use my molecular kinesis to get him down."

"Or you could just use a ladder." Emilia and Bree deadpanned, before watching as Chase walked over to Bob on the basketball hoop. However before Chase could even try to help him, Bob screamed as his hands slipped from the basketball hoop and fell down, landing on Chase who groaned in pain.

Adam smirked in amusement. "I don't know what you're talking about, Bob. That ended very well." Emilia sighed, shaking her head before going over to help the boys off the floor.

"Okay, Tasha. I got it, honey. Okay, now you're just growling." Donald sighed to his wife on the phone as he walked into the training area.

Emilia and the trio approached the man who just hung up the phone before Bree was the first one to speak up. "Trouble in Paradise?"

Donald sighed. "I've just been so busy with the academy, I haven't been able to spend any time with Tasha."

Adam chuckled. "And she's complaining about that?"

Emilia whacked him on the arm, giving him a quick scolding look before turning her head back as Chase was quick to suggest. "Hey, Mr Davenport, why don't you go back to Mission Creek for a couple of days? We can handle things here."

Bree nodded, gesturing to Emilia. "Yeah, plus Emilia is practically our mom. She knows how it's done."

The Hunter turned her head to Bree, narrowing her eyes slightly, although amused. Donald smiled politely before letting out a sigh, shaking his head at Chase's suggestion. "Thanks, but there's too much going on here. Tasha will just have to wait."

"Are you sure about that?" Emilia rhetorically asked, raising a brow at him knowing he forgot what day it was.

The others looked at her in question, but before they could ask what she meant, Leo walked into the room, grabbing Donald's attention as he spoke. "Hey, Big D. What are you and Mom doing for your anniversary tonight?"

"Anniversary." Donald chuckled, watching as Leo walked past them before finally realising what Leo had said with a gasp. "I'll call you from the mainland!"

โ”€โ”€โ”€ ๏ฝฅ ๏ฝก๏พŸโ˜†: *.โ˜ฝ .* :โ˜†๏พŸ. โ”€โ”€โ”€

Ever since Donald left the island, Emilia, Bree and Chase have been trying to be responsible, excluding Adam who decided it was best to teach his students life lessons on what they can't do when Donald isn't there and that included a belly flop contest. And there was Leo, who decided to take it upon himself to invite Janelle over to the island, which could only end up one way or another.

Emilia was sat at a table in the common room with Chase, Bree and a few other students when Adam approached them, wearing a worried expression as he asked. "Hey, has anyone seen Bob? Short, blonde, looks like a Bob."

Bree laughed slightly. "I thought you were mentoring him in the fine art of belly flopping."

"I was, but I haven't seen him since he took out that swordfish." Adam informed, making Emilia stand up with a worried expression.

"You lost him in the ocean?" The Hunter asked, scared that they would have lost a child the first time Donald left them alone.

"No, in the cafeteria. It's Seafood Sunday." Adam corrected the brunette who instantly sighed in relief, holding her hand over her heart.

"Don't do that to me!" Emilia scolded, whacking Adam on the arm.

Chase pulled her away from Adam, and turned to see Sebastian holding his fingers to his temple with a frown. "That's strange. I'm not getting any trace of Bob on my bionic beacon."

"So, what are we gonna do?" Bree sighed, getting up to her feet and stepped towards Emilia and her brothers.

"I don't know. But I'm not about to lose a man on my watch." Chase declared, looking between the other mentors.

"Forget about the man on your watch. We have to find Bob!" Adam yelled, earning strange looks before Emilia rushed him out the room, the group rushing around the island to search for the young blonde.

"Did you find Bob?" Sebastian asked Adam after walking out of the hydraloop. The group have been looking for Bob everywhere but they saw no sight of him anywhere.

"No, but I was thinking. What if we're the ones who are lost and Bob is looking for us?" Adam wondered as the rest of them approached. While ignoring the strange looks he was receiving, he sighed to himself. "This is getting weird. It is not like Bob to just disappear. And I should know, we've been best friends for two days."

"Hello? Is this Pizza Planet?" A familiar voice rang through their ears, coming from the big screen.

"Bob?" Chase asked, once everyone turned to see the young blonde on the screen.

The group followed Chase to stand closer to the monitor as Bob smiled upon realising it was them. "Oh, hey guys. I must've dialed the wrong number. But while I got ya, wanna go halfsies on a pepperoni?"

"Are you on a plane?" Chase asked.

Emilia pinched her brows together, examining the screen until she noticed how familiar it was when she realised. "Is that Davenport's jet?!"

"I hope so. His picture's all over it." The blonde informed, moving the camera to show them a huge photo of Donald printed on the door, making Emilia push her hands slightly forward with a grimace in disgust.

"Bob, what made you think you could take Mr Davenport's plane?" Sebastian asked, raising his voice slightly, expressing his worry for his brother.

"Cause Adam said we were supposed to do all the stuff we can't do when Mr Davenport is there."

Adam pulled a nervous expression seeing them all turn to him. "I did say that, but in my defence, I only meant to think it."

"I was going to surprise you with your favourite pizza from Mission Creek. So... surprise." Bob admitted to Adam.

"Aw." Adam smiled before turning to Emilia and his siblings. "Hey, when he gets back, act surprised."

"How is he even flying that thing?" Bree asked, looking towards the couple.

Chase sighed, being the first one to explain. "It's a self-flying jet. As long as he doesn't disengage the auto pilot, he'll be totallyโ€”"

Chase was cut off when Bob asked. "What does this button do?" The group couldn't stop him before he pressed the button, letting out a scream making the group panic.

"Waiโ€” what just happened?" Bree asked, wearing a worried expression as she looked towards the couple.

"He disengaged the auto pilot! The plane is in a free fall!" Chase confirmed for the group.

Adam chuckled, not understanding what was actually happening. "Classic Bob."

Taking a quick glance at Emilia, Bree widened her eyes and turned to Adam with a glare. "Adam that's not funny. Bob is in danger and Emilia's eyes are blue!"

"Yeah, she has blue eyes. I know that." Adam said, once again misunderstanding what Bree meant.

Bree sighed, stepped out the way as she gestured to Emilia. "No! Her eyes are glowing blue!"

Emilia blinked her eyes a few times before they changed back to her human blue eyes, stepping closer to the monitor as she instructed the blonde on the screen. "Okay, Bob. I need you to rotate the stick to level out the plane."

"Okay." Bob nodded at the banshee before going to do what she said.

Chase walked up beside Emilia to continue for her as he spoke. "Now we want you to deactivate the auto pilot by pushing the two red buttons on the panel next to you."

Bob began to panic as he looked around for the buttons in the cock-pit. "I don't see any red buttons. Only green ones."

"Green? There are no green buttons, Bob." The Hunter said, her face showing pure confusion along with the others apart from Sebastian.

The only student in the room winced, going to point out. "Would now be a bad time to tell you Bob is colour blind?"

Chase groaned in frustration, going over to approach Adam. "This is all your fault."

Adam pinched his eyebrows together, looking at Chase in confusion. "How is it my fault Bob is colour blind?"

Chase ignored what he said, keeping the glare on his face as he reminded him. "This is what happens when you're not a responsible mentor."

"I'm very responsible." Adam defended, only for Chase to disagree, as the two brothers went into another arguement.

Emilia shrieked non-banshee like, to grab the boys' attention. "Both of you! Shut up and stop fighting."

Bree nodded, giving the boys a scolding look as she spoke. "Emilia's right. We have to figure out a plan to save Bob before it's too late."

"He's our responsibility." Emilia added.

Sebastian gestured to the two girls, agreeing with them. "They're right."

Bree turned around to smile at him. "Well, thanks for backing us up."

Sebastian grinned. "Thanks for having such lovely hair."

Bree's eyes lit up, smiling at Sebastian as she began to play with her hair making Emilia, Chase and Adam share a look of confusion. Sebastian looked down at the cyber desk with an idea as he suggested. "Maybe I can hack into Mr Davenport's mainframe and try to override the auto pilot from here."

"That's an awesome idea." Bree said, smiling at the student.

"Thanks." Sebastian smiled flirtatiously, leaning his arms on the cyberdesk as Bree giggled.

Chase scoffed. "Great. Now we're dealing with two disasters."

Emilia nodded, going over to stand in front of the cyberdesk before she snapped her fingers in front of their faces. "Hey giggles. Now's not the time to be flirting, we need to save Bob."

"Oh, right. Yeah." Sebastian muttered as him and Bree snapped out of it.

Chase approached the cyberdesk, standing next to Sebastian to join him with typing into the cyberdesk. He looked towards the monitor with a sigh. "Hang on, Bob. We're trying to deactivate the auto pilot from here."

"The altitude thing is flashing 'danger'. What does that mean?" Bob asked, looking at the group of teens in panic.

"It means you're in danger!" Emilia exclaimed, reminding the blonde.

Still not understanding the full concept of what Emilia had told him, Bob then asked. "Are we talking good danger or bad danger?"

Both girls sighed in defeat, rolling their eyes and turned to the boys with Adam panicking. "Guys, we don't have a lot of time."

"Don't worry. I hacked into the jet." Sebastian said, reassuring Adam before turning his head to look at Bree, his lips tugging up into a flirtatious grin as he leaned closer. "All I have to do is press this button, the auto pilot will be back up in no time."

Not taking his eyes off Bree, he pressed a button on the console only for the monitor to turn off so they couldn't see Bob any longer. Bree noticed this, her eyes widening in panic as she questioned. "Uh, where did he go?"

"Oh no." Sebastian panicked upon seeing the blank screen, realising what he had done. "I must've hit the wrong button."

Chase didn't hesitate to catch Sebastian out as he yelled. "Maybe because you're staring at my sister!" Bree narrowed her eyes at Chase, crossing her arms over her chest as her brother continued. "You just disabled communications with the jet."

Adam shook his head with a chuckle. "Classic Sebastian."

Chase and Sebastian started to type into the console again to try and fix the problem and save Bob, when Adam caught their attention who stared at the screen in pure confusion. "Bob, what happened? You look awful."

They looked towards the monitor, only to see that it was Donald instead of the short blonde making them panic even more. The man furrowed his brows at Adam who just received a small whack on the arm by Emilia before Chase was quick to interrupt, not wanting to act suspicious as he greeted. "Uh, hey there, Mr Davenport."

"Any kids missing yet?" Donald asked, smiling at the kids as he was trying to make a joke out of it but they didn't notice. Seeing how they all reacted, widening their eyes and sharing a look with each other, Donald added. "I'm kidding."

Nervous laughter was heard from the five bionic teens, mentally sighing in relief that Donald didn't know when Bree was the first one to speak up. "Oh, this one with the jokes."

"Look, I just wanted to check in and make sure everything is running smoothly. It is running smoothly, isn't it?" Donald questioned, moving closer to the screen to look around behind the bionic teenagers.

"Yep, real smooth. Uh, hope your anniversary's going well." Emilia said politely.

Donald smiled, letting out a hum. "It's great. I just made this rosemary chickenโ€”"

Chase nodded. "Yeah, yeah, yeah, chicken. Have a nice dinner." He said, quick to cut Donald off and hung up on him before the man could speak any further.

โ”€โ”€โ”€ ๏ฝฅ ๏ฝก๏พŸโ˜†: *.โ˜ฝ .* :โ˜†๏พŸ. โ”€โ”€โ”€

Adam had come up with a plan to get Bob out of the sky and sort of successfully got him back home safely. Bob was alive, but the two had ended up crashing back at the Mission Creek house, interrupting Donald and Tasha's anniversary dinner before it had even started.

This left the bionic mentors along with Bob back at the academy safe and sound as Donald stood in front of them with a scolding look. "I am never leaving you guys in charge again."

To their shock, Adam was the first one to speak up, defending the other three. "Mr Davenport, it's not their fault. It's mine. I was goofin' off, and the students thought it was okay to goof off too. I... I should've been a better mentor."

Before Donald could respond to his confession, Bob was quick to correct Adam, defending the boy. "Actually, Adam was a good mentor."

"He was?" Donald and Chase asked.

"I was?" Adam questioned, confused by Bob's comment himself.

"Yeah. When I was up in the jet, I didn't wanna jump, but Adam boosted my confidence and helped me conquer my fear of heights." Bob admitted, making Adam smile as he patted the short blonde on the back.

Donald nodded. "Wow, I'm impressed Adam."

"Never thought I'd hear those three words together." Bree interjected, earning a laugh from Emilia.

Donald then pinched his eyebrows together in confusion as he went to point out. "But, what I don't understand is why you had to jump in the first place."

Adam hummed, the bionic teens looking at the man in confusion as he elaborated. "It's a smart plane. Even without the auto pilot, it has an emergency homing beacon that allows it to land automatically."

Donald received looks of shock before Bob spoke up with his mouth agape. "So, we jumped for nothing?"

"Wait. Does your jet wing land itself too?" Adam asked.

Donald gritted his teeth, angry about this new information as he responded. "No."

Bob chuckled, crossing his arms over his chest as he spoke. "Classic Adam."
