Hello! Today I'd like to show you some fonts that are great for designs. They should all be avaiable on dafont.com.

It is really important to pick the right font for your graphics. Because not all fonts are good for every genre. For example a calligraphy font looks good on romance but it's not for science fiction. A decorated Font is really good for Fantasy but for not for school textbooks. So always remember to check if your Font is good for your genre.

You will find fonts for a few genres here. Have fun!

Hallo! Heute möchte ich euch einige Schriftarten vorstellen, die super für Designs sind. Alle sollten auf dafont.com verfügbar sein.

Es ist sehr wichtig, die richtige Schriftart auszusuchen. Denn nicht alle Schriftarten passen zu jedem Genre. Zum Beispiel sieht eine Kalligraphie Schriftart auf Liebesgeschichten gut aus, aber zu Science Fiction passt es gar nicht. Eine aufwendige, geschmückte Schriftart passt zu Fantasy, aber nicht zu Schulbüchern. Also pass immer auf, dass deine ausgewählte Schriftart zu deinem Genre passt.

Hier ein paar Schriftarten zu bestimmten Genres. Viel Spaß!

1. FANTASY

As you can see Fonts for Fantasy often decorated and elaborate. They remind you of the days of knights or dragons. But it shouldn't be too much. You should always be able to read the text well.

Wie ihr sieht, verwendet man für Fantasy oft verzierte, aufwändige Schriftarten. Meistens erinnern sie an die Zeit, wo es noch Ritter gab und man an Drachen geglaubt hat. Allerdings sollte es nicht zu viel des Guten sein. Man muss den Text immer noch gut lesen können.

2. SCIENCE FICTION

Fonts for Science Fiction are normally geometric, remind you of the future and are modern. Sometimes, they can remind you a little of video games.

Typische Schriftarten für Science Fiction sind meistens geometrisch, sie erinnern dich an die Zukunft und sind modern. Manchmal erinnern sie dich an Videospiele.

3. ROMANCE/ROMANTIK

For romance books you can use elegant and cute fonts but calligraphy is great too. They remind you of handwritten love letters.

Für Romantikbücher sind elegante und süße Schriften gerne gesehen, aber auch Kalligraphie ist sehr passend. Oft erinnern sie dich an handgeschriebene Liebesbriefe.

4. HORROR

Eroded and bloody fonts are perfect for horror. They scare you a little and make you want to run away.

Erodierte und scheinbar blutende Schriftarten passen perfekt für Horror. Sie machen dir schon etwas Angst und man will oft weglaufen.

5. CRIME/KRIMI

You can use many different fonts for crime. Typewriterfonts can look good, pointed serifs also are great. And if you want, you can also take a few fonts from the horror fonts above. They should remind of something a bit creepy or they should make you think.

Für Krimis kann man viele Schriftarten verwenden. Typewriter sieht oft super aus, aber auch Schriftarten mit spitzen Serifen passen manchmal. Wenn du willst, kannst du auch einige Schriftarten von Horror weiter oben nehmen. Jedenfalls sollten dich diese Schriftarten an etwas ein bisschen Gruseliges erinnern und sie sollen zum Nachdenken erregen.

6. MY FAVOURITES

These are my absolute favourite Fonts. As you can see, most are Fantasy Fonts. That's because Fantasy is my favourite Genre. And of course Harry Potter has to be there too ;)

Das hier sind meine absoluten Lieblingsschriftarten. Wie ihr sieht, sind die meisten für Fantasy. Das ist, da Fantasy mein Lieblingsgenre ist. Und Harry Potter durfte natürlich auch nicht fehlen ;)
