"Yukio, be at my house at 7 a.m. sharp tomorrow morning. You won't regret it!" You said and added "bring make up!" Before hanging up on your best friend, leaving her dumbfounded.

Early the next morning, Kenji was at your house, a nervous look on his face. Your grandma also seemed surprised. "Don't worry, he's not looking for any trouble." You assured her and let him into the house. Kageyama arrived soon after, followed by Yukio.

No one had figured out what exactly you planned to do to Kenji, but you wouldn't be too cruel. Or so they thought.

Kenji was banking on any pity points he could earn from you but when you told him what he had to do, he asked to be beaten up instead. You only laughed, saying a deal was a deal.

What was the price he had to pay, you ask? He had to parade around school in a dress and makeup, but no wig because you didn't get want anyone mistaking him for a real girl.

The dress shouldn't bother him, since he preferred to show off his barely there muscles a lot, and the makeup would only add to the enjoyment. "Now, now." You smirked, cornering Kenji. "Let's get working on your makeup shall we?"

You and Yukio sat back, pleased with your work. You tossed a dress at him and pushed him into the bathroom, holding a pair of scissors in your hand. "If you come out of this bathroom and you're not in that dress say goodbye to your hair that care about oh so much."

Seeing no way out, Kenji dropped to his knees in front of you, apologising profusely. You softened a little but not enough to change your mind. "Sorry Kenji, but there's some things I can't back down from."

He sighed and sulked but made his way into the bathroom. In a way, he understood what you meant. He couldn't back down from certain things either. You were similar in that sense. But in that sense only.

Your face brightened when he stepped out of the bathroom, wearing a sweetheart neckline dress that stopped just above his knees. Not even provocative, in fact, he looked cute.

"Hey, Kenji. Maybe if you were a girl I'd have been gay." You said thoughtfully.

He stared at you. "if you can't accept me as a man don't accept me as a woman!"

You only laughed. "Oh you're hardly a man, Kenji. Now let's get going shall we? Today will be interesting~" You sang and grabbed your bag.

Before you all left the house, you threw your grandma a 'what do you think?' look.

"I'm proud of you, (f/n). Don't let anyone get you down." She said, smiling widely at you. And that was all the encouragement you needed.

When you were on your way to school, your grandma opened up the album of your childhood and couldn't help grinning. "(F/n) is just like her mother." She chuckled happily to herself. "No wonder her father fell so hard for her mother. And her boyfriend better watch out, because he'll be more in love with her than he can imagine."

"Is that..?"

"No it couldn't be-"

"It sort of looks like..!"

"What the hell happened?"

"Kenji is that you?"

The poor boy looked incredibly embarrassed but it was about time he made up for harassing you and your best friend. Not to mention, hurting Kageyama.

To your surprise though, he did seem genuinely sorry. Somehow, he seemed to have changed into a whole different person over night.

By the end of the school day, Kenji was done trying to hide and somewhat owned the whole makeover look. You couldn't help but laugh when he strutted around in those heels while swaying his hip from side to side to give off what he thought was 'a feminine vibe'.

He was cornered by his friends and teased and it was only after a few minutes that you realised they had turned on him. They were full on insulting him at this point, and you weren't about to have it.

Walking up to Kenji, you slung your arm around his shoulder, pulling him down to your height. "Anyone who wants to mess with my boy Kenji here, goes through me first." You stated.

"Uh, (l/n)? Aren't you the one who made him do this?" They asked.

"And? He deserved a little payback after what he's done to me and my friends, but you're supposed to be his friends. Y'know, the ones who support him."

"Ha, his reputation is completely over. If we stick around him, he'll soil our name too." One snorted.

You clenched your fists but stopped yourself.

Don't hit them first.

Instead of starting a physical fight, you climbed onto a table. "Everyone! I have something to say!" You called, grabbing the attention of a few people.

"Takeya Kenji from class 1-4 is a friend of mine. I am (l/n) (f/n) from class 1-3 and anyone who wants to mess with him goes through me first! The reason I'm saying this is because he had shitty friends until today." You glared at the group who claimed to be Kenji's friends until recently.
"Just because his previous friends are assholes who abandoned him does not mean he's alone. Kenji and I had our ups and downs but we're okay now. If I hear any one of you hurt my friend, you're going down. Thank you very much." And with that, you got off the table.

"Let's go Kenji." You said and turned on your heel, flipping your hair as you turned for dramatic effect.

"W-wait! (F/n), what was that back there?" He asked.

"My way of saying I forgive you. I caused your to lose your friends, and this is technically all my fault although you kinda had horrible friends if they're that quick to leave. But I'm not mad at you. Not anymore. I think you've learnt your lesson, and if you want, we can be friends again." You replied.

You weren't expecting what was coming next but you were pulled into a tight hug by your ex boyfriend and you'd have expected it to be weird and uncomfortable, but it didn't bother you like you thought it would.

You patted his back gently until he let go. "I won't let you down this time (f/n)!" He said confidently. You smiled in return.

"I'm counting on you, Kenji."
