IT WAS THE MORNING AFTER BILLY LOOMIS WAS ACCUSED OF MURDER BY HIS GIRLFRIEND. Now at the Riley house it was breakfast time and 2 out of the 3 girls were sitting at the table.
Rose was in the bathroom getting ready for school, while Tatum and Sidney were listening to the current breaking news while eating their morning meal.
"Sidney Prescott, who escaped a vicious attack last night, is the daughter of Maureen Prescott, who was brutally killed last year. When convicted murder Cotton Weary, broke in there home a savagely raped and tortured the deceased. Cotton Weary is currently awaiting appeal for the death sentence handed down after the young Sidney testified against him. She was they key witness in the states prosecutionβ". A reporter announced on the tv, before it was cut off.
"It's never going a stop is it?" Sidney asked, looking down at her food.
Dewey then joined the table, "Billy was released his cellular bill was clean. He didn't make those calls. We're checking every cellular account in the county any calls made to you or Casey Becker are being cross referenced. It's gonna take some time but we'll find him."Β Dewey informed the girl, with sympathy laced in his voice.
Tatum lightly tapped Sidney's arm, "You okay?" She wondered. And the short haired brunette girl just nodded her head.

Sidney and Tatum were now getting ready to leave for school.
"Come on Rose, we're about to leave!" Tatum shouted, alarming the long haired brunette in the bathroom.
"I know Tate, I'll be out in a minute besides I'm taking my car." She replied back through the bathroom door.
"You sure, Dewey's willing to give all of us a ride?"
"I'm positive, you guys go ahead."
"Alright." Tatum agreed going to her room and getting her backpack.
Sidney was in the hall, waiting on the blonde girl when the telephone rang, spooking her in the process.
Hesitantly, she picked it up and put the phone to her ear.
"Hello," she answered, shakily.
A deep chuckle rang out in the other end, making a chill go down the girls' spine.
"Hello Sidney."
The girl was about to call out when the caller decided to intervene, before she could even get a squeak out.
"I wouldn't do that if I were you, I'm only calling to tell you the truth."
A beat of silence stilled over the phone before Sidney answered.
"And what's that?" She asked with a shaky breath, tear ready to roll down her cheeks.
"The truth is, you think mother is still an innocent lamb in the heard, when really she was the one leading them into the slaughter." The caller taunted.
"Is that all you wanted, just to call and tell me my mother's a whore? I've already heard that from several people what makes you think me hearing it from you will be any different."Β Sidney scolded through the phone, having hearing enough trash talk about her now deceased mom.
"The difference is that I have actual evidence, you think your poor mommy is such a nice lady, such an innocent woman. When really she nothing, but a town groupie."
Sidney didn't say anything else, but the person on the other line could still hear her whimpers over the phone.
"I'm gonna leave you with this information, believe what you want, but just know Cotton Weary is not the guy that killed her. Till next scream, Sidney." and the call ended, leaving a distraught girl on the other end.
Hearing Tatum coming, Sidney quickly wiped her tears and look at the hallway mirror fixing herself, before anyone could see that an unknown caller got to her, making her rethink her decision on putting Cotton in jail.
'Did he really do it? Was my mother really not as innocent as she seemed.' she wondered, Tatum soon came out of her room followed by Rose coming out of the bathroom with her bags in hand.
"Ready to go?" She asked, both of the girls, and they nodded their heads in confirmation.
Rose saw what looked like fresh tear streaks going down Sidney's face, but didn't question it thinking the girl was just having a rough morning.
Exiting the Riley residence, she told the girls that she would meet them at school since she was driving her own car.

Arriving at the shit show, she called a school. Rose parked in the back because she didn't feel like dealing with nosy reporters today. And if she had too then it would end with someone getting a broken nose and it wouldn't be her.
Walking along the school hallways, Rose was going to her lockers that was beside Sidney's.
All of sudden she heard shouting, looking down the hall she saw some goofball student making a scene wearing the ghostface costume.
Running along the boy got all up in Sidney's face, but before he flee the scene, Rose snatched his robe and put him up against the wall.
The whole hallway went silent, watching the scene unfold before them. Anyone who knew Rose knew she could be the scariest person on the planet when she was ticked off.
"Nice costume, where did you get it." She asked calmly, but everyone knows its always the calm before the storm.
The boy didn't say anything, and Rose hummed lowly, tilting her head to the side.
"I think it's mine now." She stated, holding out her hand, for him to take off the mask and hand it to her.
Slowly but surely he took of the mask, giving it to her gently. Rose smiled slightly, but it wasn't a warm smile, it was cold and detached.
"One more thing." She said, holding up a finger. The guy nodded his head listening.
She looked him in his eye, he felt that she was staring into his soul.
"Run," she whispered, and without a second glance as soon as she let go of him he took of down the hall.
"Bye, bye now." She shouted, having with a now joyful smile, looking at the boys fleeting direction.
Turning back around in her friends direction, she saw that everyone in the hallway was still staring at her.
"Don't you have somewhere to be?" She asked, looking in everyone's direction.
And just like that the hallway was busy with students again, going to to class or meeting up with friends.
She huffed out a laugh, walking over to the group at the lockers and saw Stu laughing at the sudden incident making her smile.
Stu was watching the scene with attentive eye only thinking how much more hot Rose was, and Billy who was down the hall watched the scene as well, knowing if anyone put fear into peoples heart it was Rose and that made her even more attractive to him.
"Why are they doing this?" Sidney questioned, talking about the rouge ghostface that terrorized the hallways moments before Rose stopped it.
"This shits like Halloween and Christmas wrapped into a blunt, everyone's high on the thrill." Rose stated, leaning against the lockers.
"She right, it's like Christmas Day."Stu agreed.
"Stupidity leak." Tatum scolded hitting him with a cherry lollipop, she knew how Rose was and that was the exception but not for Stu.
Sidney then took off down the hall, while Tatum called after her.
Seeing as the fleeting girl wasn't gonna come back, Tatum and Stu headed to class while Rose was still at her locker, looking at Sidney and now Billy's direction shaking her head.
'More lies Billy boy, more lies.' She said in her head, now smirking.
Hearing how conversation went, Rose let out a cackle.
Billy really needed to work on his acting, the facial expression were there but the emotion didn't reach his eyes. Rose thought, she knew Billy lie the back of her hand so if he was the killer it didn't surprise her.
Especially since she knew, Sidney's mom and Billy's dad were knocking boots.
She found that out along time ago when her and Rico used to sneak around and get hotel rooms. Coming out her one day she saw Mr.Loomis and Ms.Prescott leaving the same room.
Though they didn't spot her she spotted them, so it would make since for Billy to hold a grudge if he knew maybe go as far to killing her.
But then again that was a theory Rose had in her mind, but it was fermenting into cold hearted facts now, seeing how Billy was acting.
Hearing her amused chuckle, Billy walked over to Rose.
"What are you laughing at." He asked with a sadistic smirk, threatening to show on his face.
"You and your bullshit acting." She stated simply.
"And why's my acting bullshit?" he asked enlightened.
Turning to face him, she looked at him as a whole, "Pro tip, make sure your emotions reach your eyes. Everybody else might believe your emotions are true, but I on the other hand know you Billy."
He hummed, "And why are you telling me this, for all you know I could be the killer?"
"Even if you were, I wouldn't care because that's your business not mine." She replied, closing her locker.
Then she smirked, "Have fun thrilling and killing, Billy boy." walking away to her next class, whistling.
Leaving behind a smirking brown eyed boy, who knew Rose was just like him.

Passing the girl restroom, Rose heard those snobby cheerleaders talking about Sidney, but it was only a matter of time till karma caught up with them.
So she decided to continue walking, whistling 'take me out to the ball game.' with a crazed smile on her face.
β’β’β’
Making throughout half of the day, principal Himbry, cancelled classes due to the recent events.
Rose was pumped to say the least, she didn't like school one bit, besides she had business to hand tonight.
Meeting up with her fellow friends, Rose over heard Stu mentioning a party.
"A party I hear?" She called out, now walking beside the band of misfits.
"You know it, intimate gathering, intimate friends'. Are you gonna be there?" He asked, putting down Tatum, who had just been thrown over his shoulder.
"Everyone nows I'm the life of the party Stu, of course I'll be there." She paraded, with a smile glossing her face.
"I don't know guys?" Sidney seemed to disagree.
"Come on Sid, everybody's going. It'll be a night o remember." Rose begged, while Tatum nodded along.
"Okay, whatever." She finally agreed.
"Nice, you guys bring food alright." Stu asked, Tatum and Sidney nodded.
"I'll catch you guys later, Stu I'll see you at the video store?" Rose asked, and the tall boy nodded.
Waving she said goodbye to her friends.

The sheriff stopped by his house, to grab some left over lasagna his wife made for dinner last night.
Putting his car keys on the island, he walked to the kitchen and opened the refrigerator.
He was in the house alone, and his wife was at her daytime job β working as an accountant and wouldn't be home till 6.
Digging in the fridge he fished out the lasagna pan and put it on the counter.
Closing the door, he turned around and unraveled the aluminum foil on top of the lasagna pan.
Turning to face the oven, he set it to 350Β° and opened the door to set the lasagna inside to cook.
Happy with his progress, he turned around but but was meet with a butcher knife to the abdomen.
He tried reaching the his gun, but remembered he put it away as soon as he entered the house on his lunch break.
A ghostface mask stared down at him as he fell onto the floor, but this mask was different instead of being the traditional white, it was sliver platted.
The Sheriff could see his own dying reflection in it.
The new ghostface, took the butcher knife and dragged the it up his chest gutting the man, but before he faded away the sheriff reached up and took off the mask, revealing the killer.
He never would have thought in a million years that his life would be taken from them, before he let out his last dying breath ghostface had one more thing to say.
"You lost, better luck next time β or not." They laughed and watched as life faded from his eyes.
Ghostface wasn't done with the scene of the crime though, taking a gloved finger they dipped their hand in the puddle of blood, that was spilling out from the sheriff and wrote one the wall in capital letters.
"HE DIDN'T SCREAM FOR ME, MAYBE SIDNEY WILL"
After finishing their grand statement ghostface walked over to the oven and took out the lasagna setting it on the stove.
They didn't want the house to smoke or burn down, no they wanted the wife to see the perfect set up of her dead husband on the floor and their message written loud and clear on the wall.
Exiting the house through the back door, they set off through the woods taking off their costume and putting it in a bag and continued walking till they got to another neighborhood.
Now looking like a regular pedestrian.
And at the same time this ghostface was killing the sheriff another ghostface was killing the high school principal Mr.Himbry.

Making it to the video store, Rose entered seeing Stu and Randy chatting and Billy being his humble self flirting with two girls.
Walking over to the horror section, Rose picked out "The Shinning" to watch at Stu's party.
"EVERYBODY'S A SUSPECT!" Rose heard Randy shout, causing everyone including her to look at him.
She then saw Randy get snatched up by Billy with Stu keeping him in place.
"How do we know your not the killer, huh?" He asked, and Randy looked like he was about to shit his pants.
"Hi Billy." He gulped.
"Maybe your movie freaked mind lost it's reality button, you ever think of that?" the crazy eyed boy accused.
"You're absolutely right. I'm the first to admit it, if this were a scary movie I'm the prime suspect." Randy agreed.
"That's right."
"What would be your motive?" Stu questioned.
"I's the millennium, motives are incidental." He answered, looking to the right, out of the corner of his eye he saw Rose.
"Rose, help me!" Randy pleaded knowing if anyone could get rid of Billy and Stu it would be her.
Rose smirked and walked over to them, "You know I have to say, it looks like you've got a lot going on over here. You sure you want me to intrude?" She teased.
"I'm positive." The geek, agreed.
"Hey Stu, a little advice." She commented, catching the boys' attention.
"Yeah, and what's that?"
"If you really want to keep him in place, I would advise you to put him in a head lock." She quoted with a smirk, still looking at Randy.
"Ah, really Rose. You're not gonna help a friend out?" Randy argued.
She chuckled, "I just did." She said turning around, leaving a twenty beside the register.
"Keep the change." She said, exiting the building and before leaving looked back with a wink.
"If she were the killer, I honestly wouldn't be mad. At least I'd know my killer was hot." Randy stated, watching the leaving girl.
Soon after, Stu and Billy let go of the lanky boy and followed after Rose out the front door.
"Hey Rosie, wait up!" Randy heard them shout.
