Y/n's POV

We were in the hospital

"Have your wounds healed, Avdol?" Kakyoin asks

"Yes, thanks to Miss Y/n, but I'm much happier that you'll be all right, Kakyoin" Avdol says

"So I will. He didn't cut my pupils, so I've been told it will heal soon" Kakyoin says. I pull out my stand

"Let me heal your eyes up" I say

"No, we need everyone to be at their best. You've saved me multiple times. I'm not in any danger, let me heal on my own. If it comes down to it you might need to heal someone else" Kakyoin says. I sigh and put my stand away

"In a few days, I can take off my bandages. I'll catch up with you then. We're less than 800 kilometers (497 miles) from Dio's lair in Cairo. Everyone, please continue on, and be careful" Kakyoin says. We all went downstairs and to the front

"Hmm, the numbers on this recirot from the hospital. Are they Arabic numbers? It's so confusing. This 0 us actually 5, right? And this dot is actually 0, and this 7 is a 6? And this wormy-looking one is" Polnareff says

"A 4. So, the amount we owe is-" Avdol was cut off

"46,350 Egyptian pounds(2,944.62 USD) ?! That's expensive!" Polnareff says. Suddenly a girl squeals

"How cute!"

"What's with this puppy?"

"It's so unique"

"What in the world? He's chewing gum. Is he waiting for someone?"

"He's so well-behaved"

"And here I thought he was just waiting outside" Avdol says

"Good grief" Jotaro says

"He's a hit with chicks!" Polnareff says walking over there. We watched Iggy attack Polnareff and we walked out

"We're heading in, you lovebirds" Joseph says

"M-Mister Joestar?! Hey, hang on! Y-Y-You. You stupid little dog!" Polnareff yells

~Time Skip~

We were on a boat

"They say the ancient Egyptians always buried their dead beyond the Nile's boundary, where the sun sets. That's why the whole city is on the east side of the Nile. All structures built on the west side involve graves and the dead. But our enemies don't care about east or west. They'll attack from every direction" Joseph says

~Time Skip~

We were now on land

"Kom Ombo? Do we really have time to stop here?" Polnareff asks

"Stop griping" Joseph says

"As long as they let us ride the ferry, we can't complain" Avdol says

"Man, I'm starving! Let's get something to eat" Polnareff says. My stomach rumbles

"I agree!" I say

"You two are so loud. Here. For now, that'll have to do" Joseph says pulling out coffee-flavored gum

"I'd rather starve" I mutter

"That's for Iggy!" Polnareff says

"Well, don't worry about it. Just take it" Joseph says. My stomach rumbles again

"Give me one too" I say in defeat. We both take one and I quickly begin chewing mine.

It's not the best thing I've ever eaten, that's for sure

"By the way, where's the restroom?" Joseph asks

"Let's go look for one" Avdol says. Me, Jotaro, Joseph and Avdol began looking for a bathroom

"I can't believe we'll find Dio soon" I say

"It's been a long month" Joseph says

"I feel like I've known you all for years but that's probably because we've all almost died a whole bunch" I say

"Yeah" Jotaro says

"When we defeat Dio, I'm treating everyone" I say

"Miss Y/n you don't have to do such thi-" Avdol began

"I'm rich, it won't put a dent in my bank account" I say with a wink. Avdol sighs

"I'm rich too y'know" Joseph says

"Yes we all know old man" Jotaro says rolling his eyes

"So you're taking Y/n's side, I see" Joseph says

"What side? You got upset because I could possibly have more money than you" I say

"Young people these days" Joseph grumbles.

~Time Skip~

We did find a bathroom for Joseph. Now we're watching Polnareff stare at a sword. Iggy began to bark

"Hey, Polnareff. There you are" Jotaro says

"You went odd by yourself, so we were worried. What if the enemy attacked you?" Joseph asked. Iggy began to bark once more. Polnareff grabbed at his head

"Polnareff?" Joseph asks

"Huh? O-Oh. It's you, Mister Joestar" Polnareff says

"There's a giant gash on your chest. Let me heal that" I say pulling out my stand. I walk over and heal Polnareff.

"What? You've got a sword" Avdol says

"Yeah, a stupid guy decided to attack me" Polnareff says

"What? The enemy?!" Joseph asks

"It's over now. He said he was the stand Anubis' user. He was an expert swordsman, able to phase through objects and cut them. He was a powerful enemy. He attacked me with this swor-" He cut himself off as he couldn't feel the sword

"Huh? It's gone?! Mice! Mice are trying to take the sword! Hey! Talk about creepy. So thieving mice living down here?" Polnareff asks as he picks up the sword

"If you're gonna steal, steal some cheese!" Polnareff says. He then tries to unsheathe the sword but cannot

"How strange. Now the sword is in so tight, I can't get it out" Polnareff says

"Polnareff! I'm glad you're safe, but we should travel in pairs. Be careful!" Joseph says

"Our enemy won't hesitate to attack anyone who's found alone" Avdol says. Suddenly we hear a ship whistle

"Oh, no! That's our ship's whistle. Let's hurry back. We're going to Edfu today" Joseph says as we all began to walk away

"Wait. Hey!" Polnareff says chasing after us

~Time Skip~

We were now in a hotel

"Polnareff. What are you going to do with that sword?" Jotaro asks

"I'm going to hand it over to the police, since it's clearly a dangerous weapon" Polnareff says. I jump on the bed

"Yes, that would be best. If you left it in those ruins, you don't know who might pick it up" Joseph says

"It looks valuable, too" Avdol says. Iggy kept growling at the sword

"Hey, Iggy! Quiet!" Avdol says angrily

"What if we get thrown out?" Joseph asks. Iggy continued to growl and bark

"What is with you today? Well, the dog won't shut up. I guess I should take care of it now" Polnareff says

"Polnareff! I thought we told you not to go off on your own!" Avdol says

"I just told you! Jotaro, Y/n, go with him" Joseph says

"Right" Jotaro says. Me, Polnareff, and Jotaro walk out.

~Time Skip~

We were now in a barbershop. Polnareff decided he was going to have his hair trimmed. Me and Jotaro sat down and waited for him to finish. Surprisingly both of our stands came out and began to talk with eachother. Of course neither of us understood what was being said.

Maybe they're being friendly since we're friends

That thought was thrown out the window when Star suddenly kissed my stand's cheek. My eyes went wide as I looked at Jotaro

"You seeing what I'm seeing?" I whisper. He nods unsure of what's happening. We watched the two continue to be playful with eachother. Unaware of why they wouldn't come back

"Hey. Shouldn't we get to the police station?" Jotaro asks Polnareff

"Oh, come on!" Polnareff says

"A man's got to look his best, right?" The barber asks

"Oh, right. Hey, Pops, would you put this sword over there?" Polnareff asks holding the sword out for him to grab. The barber grabs it

"Sure" he says

"No matter how you look at it, it's clearly a dangerous weapon. I was rolling around so much yesterday that this handsome nice guy got all dirty" Polnareff says

Keep telling yourself that

"Make me shine, Pops" Polnareff says

"Sure" The barber says

"Ow! Ow! Hey, Pops! That razor's dull. Sharpen that thing! This ought to he the best part of a haircut!" Polnareff says. The barber was trembling

That poor guy

"Good grief. You're such a whiner" Jotaro says

"Seriously! Be nicer!" I say scolding him. The barber begins sharing the razor

"Really? Sorry about that" The man says. I notice Jotaro falling asleep next to me

Getting some sleep would be nice

I fell asleep right next to him

Jotaro's POV

I woke up to see Y/n now sleeping on my arm and Polnareff in the middle of a battle

"C-Could it be that sword. The sword is actually the stand, and it controls the wielder. So the guy in Kom Ombo wasn't the user?" Polnareff asks

"Polnareff" the man goes to strike Polnareff but he pulls out Silver Chariot and blocks it

"No matter how many times you try, you're still no match for me!" Polnareff says. Suddenly the sword goes forward and cuts Polnareff

"Th-The power in this sword" Polnareff says struggling

"After last time, I memorized your Chariot's moves and powers! I'll never lose to someone I've fought before!" The man says. I stand up

"Polnareff, what's... Who is that?" I ask

"Stay back, Jotaro! Th-This sword is a stand. It'd be pretty dangerous for your Star Platinum to fight it with his bare hands and the guy's not the user! He's just a puppet. N-Not to mention, this stand's gotten stronger!" Polnareff says. Chariot kicks the man and he htis the walk

"You scum!" Polnareff yells attacking

"Whoa, there" The man says. Suddenly Polnareff's hand was shaking

"Does that sting? Now I've learned just how much punishment you can take, too. I wonder if you'll be able to withstand this next attack, Polnareff" the man says. He then attacks. Chariot blocks but the force it too strong which causes Polnareff to fly into the glass mirror. I look at Y/n to see her still sleeping

How can she-

I wake Y/n up

Y/n's POV

"Why'd you wake me up?" I ask yawning

"Enemy stand user" Jotaro says. My eyes go wide as I stand up. Polnareff was on the ground

"Polnareff!" Jotaro yelled. A man came at him with a sword. Polnareff blocked and continued to block as the man strikes

"I-It's getting stronger with every strike! I-I can't take this. I-I can't hold him back!" Polnareff says. He then grabs a blanket and uses it as a diversion. He then shoots his sword and it bounces at an angle. It aims for the man's neck but he dodges it

"What?!" Polnareff asks

"I've learned all of your attack patterns. Once I've fought an opponent, even if my wielder has changed no matter what, no matter what, no matter what, no matter what, I won't lose!" The man says. He walks closer towards Polnareff

"I-It's no use. I don't have a weapon anymore. C-Crap! Help me out, Jotaro!" Polnareff says

"Star Platinum!" Jotaro says as Star comes out. The man starts rushing towards Jotaro so I take the time to head over to Polnareff

"Let me help you out" I say as I pull out my stand and began to heal him. Star Platinum punches the man out of the window. I finish up Polnareff and we both head to said window

"D-Did it work?" Polnareff asks

"No, not even close. It took everything I had just to land that punch. This thing is strong. This is the first combat stand we've seen in a while that doesn't rely on schemes or spells" Jotaro says. The man sits up

"Just as I'd expect from Star Platinum. You're as fast as I've heard. But now I've learned all of those moves" the man says. He then stands up

"Wh-What's wrong, Khan?" A person asks

"Stay back! He's being controlled! If you don't want to be cut down, get indoors and hide!" Polnareff says as he goes outside. Jotaro follows after. I hop out of the window and stand behind the two, ready to assist

"Th-This isn't good, Jotaro. The more we fight it, the faster it gets. Th-The next attack will be the fastest, strongest, and most intense attack yet!" Polnareff says. The man jumps into the air

"Out of the way, Polnareff. He's trying to cut me down" Jotaro says pushing Polnareff

"Run, Jotaro!" Polnareff exclaims

"Die!" The man yells. Star Platinum catches the sword in between his palms

"H-He caught it?!" The man asks. Star then snapped the blade in half

"I can't believe you caught my blade. I see. Star Platinum's strength doesn't come from its speed and precision alone. It's also Jotaro's ability to stay cool under fire. Yes. I know that now" the man says. He then collapses

"Is he dead?" Jotaro asks

"No, he's just unconscious. Jotaro, don't touch that sword! Even now, the stand's evil powers could still be active. Anyone who touches the drawn blade falls under its spell. Let's sheathe it with without touching it" Polnareff says

"I have a handkerchief" I say walking over and pulling it out.

"Good come over here and do it" Polnareff says. I kneeled and began sheathing the blade with the handkerchief blocking my skin from actually touching anything. I successfully sheathe it. I then pick it up

"What should we do? If it gets drawn again, we'll be in trouble. This thing's learned about our powers. We may not be able to beat it again" Polnareff says. Jotaro turns his head and looks off into the distance

"How about we toss it in the Nile to lay at the bottom forever?" Jotaro says

Great idea

"Forever, huh? That's a good idea!" Polnareff says

"Hold it! This is the police!" A man says. We turn to see him

"Nice timing. Could you get this guy to a hospital? I came when someone reported a fight, and I find this!" Polnareff says. The man looks at me

"Why do you have a sword?!" The man asks. He then grabs it

"Don't put your hands on my stuff" I say stubbornly

"Hand it over!" He yells as he begins trying to pull it from me

"No!" I say pulling it towards me

"Hey, stop! Don't pull it out!" Polnareff says. The sword gets unsheathe and of course I'm holding the blade. I felt this evil aura radiate from the blade. My body shook as I tried to fight off the stand but ultimately I lost the ability to control my body

"Y/n! It can't be" Jotaro says as my arms fall to my sides

"Hey! You drew the sword!" The man says. My body begins walking towards the man

"I drew the sword? Hey, now. Don't you dare lie. Aren't you an officer of the law?" I ask

I didn't say that

My hand points the sword out

"H-Hey, what are you doing? You're the one who drew it, aren't you?!" I ask as I swing at him

Stop

Jotaro kicked the man before I could hit him

"I don't know where the stand's real user is, but it seems Y/n's fallen under their spell. Polnareff you should stay back" Jotaro says. I began laughing

"Don't forget that I, Anubis, have learned all of Star Platinum's moves. Someone I've fought before can never, ever hope to defeat me!" I say as I swing. Jotaro dodges

Why can't I move?

I continued swinging and he continued to dodge. I then swing once more and Jotaro pulls out Star Platinum to block the sword. His other arm goes to punch me but my stand S/n appears and puts up a shield

"Hey, now" I say laughing. My body continues striking at Jotaro and he continues to deflect. Jotaro went to catch the sword but missed

"It sped up!" Jotaro says

"I'll have your head!" I say

No

It hits Star Platinum and part of the sword broke off. Jotaro began bleeding

"Wha-" I began but I was cut off after getting hit in the face. My back hit a tree and I broke it

My back is in pure pain

"Jotaro!" Polnareff yells. I began laughing once more

"To think you'd escape from a failed blade-catcg with a headbutt. I almost had you. Too bad, but I know that move now, too. Jotaro. You're thinking about how you could possibly kill Y/n trying to defeat me, right? How weak of you. Weak, weak! I'm going to show you something so amazing, it'll finish you off right here and now. Can you beat this? S/n plus Anubis: Blade wielding!" I say

My stand isn't made for offense, idiot

My body begins walking closer. My stand begins spinning the sword. It then begins attacking and Jotaro hits it to deflect the move. I watch blood come from Star

Oh, no. I'm so sorry. I promise I'll heal you later

"What's the matter? Did you fall asleep, Jotaro?!" I ask. Star the suddenly kicks my stand

The pain I'm feeling right now

"Star Finger!" Jotaro yells and hits my stand, piercing my shoulder

"My right arm is now defective. I see. I guess that was one option" I say switching the blade to my non dominant hand

I can heal myself but you don't know that

"You look shocked. Here I go!" I say as we exchange blows once more

"You fool! There's no way your "ora ora" can withstand a master stand's sword!" I say. My stand throws at tree at Star but he breaks through it

"Your chest is wide open!" I say as the sword pierces Jotaro's stomach

Please don't die

"I've got you now!" I say

"Jotaro!" Polnareff says

"Stay back" Jotaro says to Polnareff. Jotaro coughs out blood

"I did it! I won! Lord Dio! I've taken care of Jotaro! I, Anubis, have defeated Jotaro! Yes!" Anubis says inside my head. Jotaro pulls out Star and grabs the blade

"Don't think you'll be able to stop the blade or pull it out. This cursed sword has already memorized and surpassed the power of your Star Platinum. I'll just push it in further" Anubis says in my head and my body begins to push the sword in

"Y-You're going to push it in?" Jotaro asks

"Yeah, that's right! Indeed I will! Lord Dio will be pleased!" I say

"S-Stio. Don't push it any further. It'll be murder" Jotaro pleads in a soft tone

I'm sorry, I can't do anything

"I will not stop! I'll push it in and tear your guts to shreds!" I say laughing. Jotaro uses Star Platinum to break the sword

"Wh-What?! I-I'm going to snap! I-I have to pull free! Stop!" I yell as the sword no longer has a blade

I'm free right?

"By the way, didn't you say you were going to tear me up?" Jotaro asks. He then breaks the rest of the sword. I felt Anubis disappear from me. My senses came back but I fell to the floor purely exhausted

I think I'll sleep for a little bit

"That's why I said that if you pushed it any further, it would be murder. The sword stopped moving. So it was easy to target-" Jotaro began but I felt myself knock out

~Time Skip~

I woke up in the hotel room bed. My body felt exhausted, that's when I remembered what happened

Jotaro!

I quickly healed myself and then ran to find Jotaro. I found him outside and healed him

"I'm so sorry for what happened, I couldn't control my body" I said

"I know, sorry about your shoulder" He mutters

"I-It's fine! It's all better now anyway" I say laughing

"Polnareff.." Joseph trails off

"To think, all of that happened without us" Avdol says

He must've just explained it

"The Anubis stand, huh? That must have been rough, Jotaro. Especially going against your girlfriend" Joseph says muttering that last part so I couldn't hear. Jotaro's face went bright red which made Joseph begin laughing

"Wait what did you say?" I ask

"You'll understand soon enough" He says as Jotaro pulls his cap down

"I'm never going anywhere with him again" Jotaro says changing the subject

"Stop it already, you stupid mutt!" Polnareff yells out as Iggy attacks him
