Y/n's POV

We arrived on land. You could hear the seagulls. They sure were loud

"Hey, now. Does someone actually live here? It's such a tiny little island, and it looks deserted" Polnareff says

"Indeed. Mister Joestar, does he really live here?" Kakyoin asks

"He lives here by himself. That's what he told me back in India" Joseph says

"Eh? Who do you mean by 'he'?" Kakyoin asks

"What? Indian curry" Polnareff says

Idiot

"Hey. Someone's watching us from the grass over there" Jotaro says. We all turn

"What?" Polnareff asks. We all then see a white haired man run away

"He's running away!" Polnareff says

That's Avdol!

"From the back, he looks.." Kakyoin trails off

"Yeah. That's definitely familiar!" Polnareff says chasing after the man. We all follow

"Hold it! Please wait!" Polnareff says

"Come, now. Are you hungry, Michael? Prince? I kept the nutritional balance in mind and mixed in the shells you love, too. There's more over here. Get nice and fat so you'll be a tasty chicken, Lionel" The man says

"That man. He can't be..." Kakyoin says

"It can't be.." Polnareff says in pure shock. Joseph holds his arm out infront of Polnareff

"Hold it! I'll go talk to him. All of you, wait here. My name is Joseph Joestar. I'm traveling to Egypt with these four-" Joseph began

"Go away! I won't hear it!" The man says

"That voice" Polnareff says

"D-Don't talk to me! No one comes to see me with good news! It's only when something bad happens! I don't want to hear it! Go away!" The man says

"Mister Avdol" Kakyoin says

"Avdol.." Jotaro says

Looks run in the family

"Go away!" He yells

"I-It can't be!" Kakyoin and Polnareff yell

"That's Avdol's father" Joseph says. Everyone looks shocked

Avdol really said copy and paste

"He left the world behind and lives alone on this island. I didn't tell any of you about this because if Dio were to find out that we had stopped here, the peace Avdol's father enjoys could be compromised. I didn't want to let that happen. But telling him about his son Avdol's death won't be easy to do" Joseph says

Way to rub it in Joseph. He's not even dea- OH I GET IT NOW THAT'S EVIL JOSEPH THAT'S EVIL. That man is Avdol

Polnareff visibly tensed

"Avdol's death was not your fault" Joseph says putting his hand on Polnareff's shoulder

You're messed up for that one

Polnareff walks away from Joseph

"No, it's my responsibility. I have to carry that" Polnareff says

"Is his father a stand user, as well?" Kakyoin asks

"Yes, but I don't know what sort of stand it is" Joseph says

"Given how his father treated us, it's hard to imagine he'll help us" Kakyoin says

"Leave this all to me. I'll try talking to his father" Joseph says. Polnareff walks off

~Time Skip~

It was sun down and Polnareff wasn't back yet. By this point my suspicion was confirmed that the old Avdol was our Avdol

"Miss Y/n, I must thank you. As I would not be alive had it not been for you" Avdol says

"It's no problem, but I must say you still look attractive even as an older man" I say. Jotaro began paying close attention to the conversation. Avdol began to laugh

"You flatter me too much" Avdol says. I felt someone burning holes into my head.

"Ooh is my grandson perhaps... jealous?" Joseph asks giggling like a school girl. I turn with a smirk. Jotaro's eyes slightly widen

"If you want me to say that I find you attractive. All you have to do is ask. I mean you certainly have good looks but Avdol has you beat in that department. Luckily for you, I don't fall for a man just because of looks" I say with a wink
(If you can't tell, I literally love Avdol. He's so under rated so we're giving him extra love)

Jotaro's cheeks turned pink as he pulled his hat down

"Whatever" He says looking away. I stick my tongue out

"I'm going to go look for Polnareff. He still is not back" Avdol says as he walks off

~Time Skip~

About an hour later Polnareff came back all bloody with Avdol

"Polnareff what happened?" I ask pulling out my stand as I began to heal him

"Hey! You'll never believe this, guys! Who do you think I met?" Polnareff asks

"Polnareff! We were worried about you!" Joseph says

"Where did you get those wounds?" Kakyoin asks

"Were you attacked?" Jotaro asks. Polnareff walks towards them. I yank him back

"I'm not done healing you, sit down" I say as he falls to the ground

"Ow! Who cares about my wounds? Listen! Don't be shocked, Jotaro! Don't let your back go out in shock, Kakyoin. Who do you think I met, Mister Joestar? Behold and rejoice! Tum-ta-da-da! Here he is! Avdol is alive! Doo-do-doo!" Polnareff sings as I finish healing him

"Well, let's go" Joseph says

"You're so mean, Joseph. I'll be honest Polnareff. I saved him back when it all happened. I just lied so they wouldn't actually kill him. My acting skills were perfect" I say boasting about my own abilities

"Wait, you knew?" He asks

"You're loud mouthed. If Dio found out, Avdol wouldn't have been able to recover" I say

"I'll help carry your luggage" Avdol says picking up the luggage

"Hey, Avdol" Jotaro says

"It's been a while. How are you?" Kakyoin asks

"Avdol, is that would on your back all right?" Joseph asks

"It's fine. A bit stiff, though" Avdol says

"Hey" Polnareff says hurt

"Sorry Polnareff" I say as I walk with them

"Has it really been two weeks? Thank goodness we're all still okay" Jotaro says

"Jotaro, you still wear all that stuff? Don't you get hot?" Avdol asks

"HOW COULD YOU ALL KEEP THIS A SECRET FROM ME?!" Polnareff asks as he begins to cry. We all felt bad

"Oh, Avdol, your dad is on this island! Let's let him know you're alive" Polnareff says

Oh my

"Oh, that was me in disguise" Avdol says. Polnareff falls to the ground at those words

"Wh-What?! Th-Then you guys. That was all. Did you have to go that far?! How dare you guys leave me out like that?!" Polnareff says crying even more

"I agree, that was just too far" I say looking at Joseph

"Hey, now. There's no reason to cry"  Joseph says

"I'm sorry. I didn't think you'd be this hurt" Kakyoin says

"I'm sorry, Polnareff. There's a reason I came to this island in disguise" Avdol says

"A reason?" Polnareff asks

"It was partially so the enemy wouldn't find out, but I also had Avdol do a little shopping for me" Joseph says

"A little shopping?" Polnareff asks

"It was a very conspicuous purchase. So I disguised myself as a rich Arab when I bought it" Avdol says

"Now, everyone, we're gonna ride that and leave! Polnareff, cheer up already. Come on" Joseph says

"Wait, what's almost here? There's nothing-" Polnareff cut himself off. We all saw a submarine appear

"What?! A submarine?!" Polnareff asks

"That's right. From here, we'll ride to Egypt in this!" Joseph says

"Y-You're kidding! You really bought something like this?!" Polnareff asks
