Role: Member of 'The Jade Wing's army. A living disappointment to the Icewing tribe, hopelessly in love with another hybrid called Crystal and stalking her because of it. He later joins a group called 'The Hybrids' to try and help stop the war but in their own ways.

Personality: Chionea is a gentle, protective dragon. He sighs a lot and has only The Hybrids as his friends. (When I say 'The Hybrids' I'm referring to a group of hybrids that {eventually} abandon their sides and group together to become a gang that attempts to save everyone by taking over and enforcing their own {peaceful} new laws) He is obsessed over an Icewing-Rainwing hybrid called Crystal for reasons he can't even explain himself. Chionea fell in love with Crystal as soon as he saw her- in the Rainforest, while he was there to collect something for his friend Darner. Ever since he has devoted his life to loving her... by that, I mean following her around in the shadows and getting impossibly jealous of anybody who even smiles at her. Only now is he finally starting to do things for Crystal, such as leave flowers where she will find them.

Abilities/quirks: Frost breath, and he can produce a poisonous gas, which is also freezable.

Human appearance (draft concept):

Pale skin, dark/black eyes. Tall and lanky with a thin face, and a small, sharp nose. Spiky black hair, with slight dark circles under his eyes, and he wears light blue and black clothes (not sure exactly what his outfit would look like yet... any ideas?)
