He lives in a hut with his husband, which is decorated with a rainbow assortment of flowers and oddly-colored leaves. Charm is in the village at all times, and if you are having a bad day, need help or advice, are lonely, or just want a hug, he's your guy. He is secretly burdened with guilt over the fact that he never went out to search for the kidnapped Rainwings that were taken to the Nightwing island. Charm had just assumed they were off doing something else every time they failed to turn up to any occasions. Now he gets a little worried when dragons are late to things, and likes to check in on everyone he knows- just to make sure they're there, and they're safe.
