Aizawa turned from the stove, opening his phone and seeing a message from Hizashi

Hizashi, Y: Hey, just letting you know that Flore wanted to come drop off something for Y/N

Aizawa, S: Oh? 

Hizashi, Y: Yeah, she wasn't to specific on the details but apparently it'll help with the pain and energy. Looks like a Myers' Cocktail, but portable? 

Aizawa, S: Yeah, I'm prepping breakfast for him. Read the dietary needs.

Hizashi, Y: Oh, that explains it. Yeah, Flore said that he expends a lot of his body's resources on healing himself so he has to do supplementary. 

Aizawa, S: Yeah, I'm honestly worried about him. He's lying in bed rn.

Hizashi, Y: Your bed? 

Aizawa caught where the conversation was going and set the phone aside to continue with his cooking, ignoring the incessant buzzing of the phone. Eventually, he got another phone call from Flore's number. He picked it up and held it to his shoulder while he carried on with the cooking:

"Scarf-Boy... did you and Sunshine do the thing?" 

"No, what is it with you and Mic?" 

"Mhm, we'll be over in a few minutes. Take it Mikey has already explained the entire Myers' situation?" 

"Yeah." 

"Can I trust you to give it to him without ... you know" 

"I'm hanging up the phone now."

"Mm'kay, Scarf-Boy. See you in a bit and my Sunshine better be able to walk." 

Aizawa hung up and put the phone on the counter. His brows were furrowed, and his face was exceptionally hot and every part of him was deciding whether to scream or laugh. He hadn't noticed that Y/N had walked into the kitchen, wearing one of his shirts which was baggy enough to not cause major discomfort on the skin. When Aizawa turned around with the pan, he found himself staring at the sight. A part of him was warm with the idea that they were wearing his shirt; granted, they'd look good in anything... and not- 

Aizawa snapped out of his thoughts and began to dish up the breakfast on the plates. It was a good quantity of eggs and some chicken. He planned on making a trip past the store later to stock up on more specific foods, though he didn't know why. It wasn't like Y/N lived with him, as much as he hoped it was. 

He watched them eat with a sense of unease filling him. It was the way their mouth wrapped around the fork. It was their half-sleepy demeanor. It was the way that his shirt clung to their body in certain places. Whoever was testing him, they were doing a good job. 

"Your friend is coming over later to drop off something." 

"Flore?"

"Yeah..." 

"Suppose I might as well get dressed then." 

"I don't think that will be necessary." 

"Why?"

"They may or may not have assumed that we've done things already."

A/N: 

A Myers' Cocktail is a sort of saturated mineral-vitamin solution used in IV Therapy. My pa used to call them banana bags because of their yellowish colour. When I was in the psych unit for the first time, they used to use them to help supplement patients with eating disorders who had starved themselves or patients who had suffered from malnutrition, neglect of either themselves or neglect by other people.

It contains Vitamins C, B-Complex, B12, Calcium, magnesium, Zinc, Glutathione, Saline (which is also used in a few others, I believe it helps with electrolyte balance). It is also used for treatment of chronic fatigue, low energy, athletic performance, for dehydration patients, withdrawal symptoms, depressive disorders, and, as mentioned, patients with eating disorders. I've never used one personally but I've had family members as well as friends in the psych that have been given it as a result of underlying conditions. The idea behind giving the character a banana bag as supplementary was somewhat inspired by not only the actual usages of the IV but also vitamin shots which are available in pharmacies. It is also sort of akin to the Engine Quirk which needs some sort of fuel to work. In this case, since the Regeneration Quirk draws on bodily resources, it would make sense that the fuel was more to sustain the body as to heal on its own without the need of the quirk, while still supplementing the body in case the quirk had to be used. 

This was meant to be a filler chapter but also help with some smaller exposition and allusions to work that Flore, Y/N and some other characters did. I hope to have some minor exposition chapter from Flore and Mic out at some point but the Medic's Trial looks to be a bunch of disconnected chapter one shots when I had ideas that I knew I'd forget that I now need to piece together into a storyline. So, yeah.
