Author’s P.O.V

The tranquility of the morning was shattered by the blaring of Riel's alarm, its raucous melody echoing through the room.

"Nappeun Nyeon, Aju Geunyang, Nappeun Nyeon, Nappeun Nyeon, Aju Geungyang, Nappeun Nyeon. Nappeun Nyeon, Aju Geungyang, Nappeun Nyeon."

The lyrics played on until Riel, with a groan of protest, silenced the intrusion.

"Time to rise and shine!" her father's voice boomed from below.

"I'm up, Dad!" she called back, stretching away the remnants of sleep. After her morning rituals, she emerged dressed in a chic black turtleneck, cream trousers cinched with a black belt, and a long, elegant jacket. Her father greeted her with a smile at the breakfast table.

"Good morning, Princess!" Mr. Kim's voice was warm with affection.

"Morning, Dad," Riel replied, returning his smile.

Time Skip to 04:39 A.M. 

In the pre-dawn stillness, Riel and her father made their way to the airport, where their private jet awaited to whisk them away to Korea.

Time Skip to 06:12 P.M.

Ri-El's P.O.V

The wheels of the plane touched down on Korean soil after a lengthy 14-hour flight. It had been three years since I last breathed in the air of her homeland, and the anticipation of reunion filled me with an indescribable joy.

"I've missed this place," I whispered, taking in the sights and sounds that had transformed in my absence. "And soon, I'll see my baby."

"Let's head home," her father suggested, leading the way to their awaiting car.

The drive was short, and soon they were stepping into the grandeur of their mansion.

The staff greeted them with respect and warmth, some familiar faces among them.

Riel quickly checked her room before announcing her next mission.

"I'm off to pick up my baby," she declared, excitement in her step as she headed to the garage.

OTP

"Hi, Baby!" Riel's voice was a mix of joy and anticipation.

"Hey, Mom!" came the enthusiastic reply.

"How's my little one doing?" she asked.

"I'm great, Mom," he assured her.

"I have a surprise for you," she teased.

"Really? When will it get here?" curiosity tinged his voice.

"In just a few seconds," she promised.

As if on cue, the doorbell rang, and Riel could hear the excitement in her son's voice as he called for Uncle Woo to answer the door.

The door swung open, and Woo's surprise was audible. "Aahh!!"

"Why the shock, Woo? It's just me, Riel," she laughed.

"I thought I was dreaming! Give me a pinch," he demanded.

Riel obliged, and his yelp confirmed the reality. "Ouch!"

"Inho-yah!" The young boy's voice was filled with disbelief as he rushed into Riel's arms, holding her as if she might vanish.

Time Skip
09:27 P.M.

Riel and Eunwoo chatted idly while Inho packed his belongings. Soon, he descended with his bag in tow.

"Got everything?" Riel asked.

"Yes~" Inho's voice was sweet and small.

"It's time for us to go," Riel informed Eunwoo.

"Visit again soon," Eunwoo replied.

"Goodbye, Woo!" "Bye, Uncle Woo!" Their farewells echoed as Riel and In-Ho left for home, where a quiet dinner and the promise of rest awaited them.
