"Hector?"

"He's not as badly banged up as I thought he would be." 

I slowly opened my eyes. Everyone was staring at me. Adira helped me up. I look at them. They look at me. 

"Here drink this." Adira said.

I drank her herbal thing. It didn't taste as bad as I thought. Seth nuzzled my leg. 

"Ughh, my head." I mutter.

"Are you alright?" Quirin asked.

"Eh. Fine as being thrown into a wall." I say.

I stagger up. This has gotten too far. I had to stop her. I call for Ibis. I get on his back.

"Hector, where are you going?" Adira asked.

"I see now no one here has the guts to do what is done." I say. 

"There has to be another way." Edmund said.

"I'm going to find someone who knows how to get the job done." I say.

I rode off.
