"Look Blondie, I'm all for making new friends and all that, but Hector? Why are you so focused on Hector? He doesn't seem like the snuggly type." Eugene said.

"I know, I know, but even someone as hard as Hector has a softer side. I'm gonna prove it." Rapunzel said. 

"But why is that so important to you?" Eugene asked.

Rapunzel handed a picture of me and Frederic back when we we're still friends. Back when we were so young. 

"See this? I found it in my dad's closet. They look so happy, and now they're full of hate. I want them to fix themselves like me and Cassandra did." Rapunzel said. 

Eugene took it.

"Wow, he looks so happy." He said.

"Right?? Deep down, I think they can be really good friends." Rapunzel said. 

"Alright blondie, if you believe in this, then so do I." He said kissing her hand.

"Thank you, Eugene." Rapunzel said.

"It's just a dinner. Why are you so tense?" Arianna asked.

"It's just that me and Hector have a rough past that I don't think he can forgive me for." 

"You just need to let him try. You also need to try."

"I just don't want Rapunzel to discover our past. She would hate me for the rest of her life."

"Even if she does somehow find out the truth, I don't think she wouldn't forgive you eventually." 

She hugged him.

"You're right Arianna, I have to try to make amends." Frederic said.
