ʀᴀɴᴋ [ɪғ ᴡᴀʀʀɪᴏʀ]:: 1 [ backup: 3 (besides also being one of my favorite numbers-9 being WAY TOO HIGH YEESH and 6 already being chosen by someone-I don't wanna be arrogant and also this is based on his non-combat related ability! As well as his personality.) ]

ᴀʙɪʟɪᴛʏ:: cordyceps militaris [ 冬虫夏草  ミリタリス ]

ᴀʙɪʟɪᴛʏ ᴅᴇsᴄʀɪᴘᴛɪᴏɴ:: the name of his ability often just shortened to 'cordyceps' [ 冬虫夏草 ] , this is a healing ability which is why his rank is like- *has plummeted down to three*. In short it's like a regeneration ability, it lets him completely heal himself and other people. However it will not work if it's an insta-death because his brain needs to be working properly to activate it and you can't do that if you're d e a d-. As long as he has this and his brain is still working and he's still breathing he can use this and completely heal himself or someone else (even organs and such). Usually in battle he can use this to ease any fatigue or aches in his body to enhance his senses (such as hearing, eyesight, helps him not like lose all his breath when he's running/jumping). When he uses it like that a soft blue-green glow surrounds him. When he's using it to heal someone else or himself, he will first hold his hand (or hands) over the wound and a greenish-blue light will shine. Then the skin on top of his hands will 'crack open' and glowing light green-blue tendrils tipped in green-blue 'droplets' will spiral out. These tendrils will then elongate and reach onto/into the wound he's healing, then with a poof of gold-blue light presto-moondo! The wound is healed and the person is as good as new! No drawbacks in their system either they can just pop right back up (although if they're unconscious they have to be woken up first) and everything is just peachy as always, they can go right back to fighting! When using this his eyes glow green-blue.

however, if you didn't already know 'cordyceps militaris' is a type of parasitic fungus that is found in insects. That means overuse of this ability will backfire heavily on him, eating away at his own life force until he drops dead. Every time he uses this ability it requires some of his own life force in order to use it. Also, it takes some time for his 'tendrils' to come out and heal the person and himself; about five seconds for it to fully activate if he's rushing (although rushing the process will ultimately lead to his downfall as pushing it = pushing his time remaining on Earth) and ten seconds if he's not rushing it. The whole process then takes about thirteen seconds (not rushing) including the time it takes to heal (3 seconds) and the time for the tendrils to come out (10 seconds). If rushing it's shortened to eight seconds but it takes a big toll on himself, especially if he's healing someone else. 

[ if you need more drawbacks just tell me! the reason why his rank is so low is because even though he has a really helpful ability it's not very useful in taking down kontons and such. ] 

ᴘᴇʀsᴏɴᴀʟɪᴛʏ:: to put things quite simply, Eita is one of the most gullible, naive, and optimistic people you'll ever meet. He likes to believe in the best and gets tricked a little too easily into things by either being guilt-tripped or being told a convincing lie. He's the type of person who will always look up! Towards the bright sky! And towards the future. He doesn't like dwelling too much on past mistakes because it's too easy for him to get drowned in feelings of the past, so he pushes that aside and uses that to help him move forwards. In actuality, he's a person who feels very strongly-stronger than most humans do, as in perhaps three or two mores times than a normal person does. Those emotions become overwhelming for him, so he prefers to hide the negative ones away and enhance the positive ones more. This makes him a very bright, cheerful, outgoing, friendly guy who isn't afraid to speak his mind but also knows when not to push. He's very kind and empathetic, even towards those who he doesn't know or knows they don't like him, and always makes an effort to reach out to them. You cannot discourage this bean. He is a stubborn person. Heck he'll even try and be nice to those he doesn't like! Eita is great at taking care of people because he had to work to support his mom and himself [ see: backstory ] and as such usually ends up being the 'Mother Hen' of the group, always fussing passive-agressively over his friend. He is also super selfless-a little too selfless, because he usually ends up worrying so much about others that he completely forgets to take care of himself, emotionally or physically. He subconsciously likes to project himself outwards as someone that is likeable to many people; that is his personality will shift in order to suit different people, because simply he's afraid they'll leave him alone if they don't like his true self. Eita is a naturally curious person and quite talkative; he can literally hold up a conversation totally on his own with little to no trouble. He also tends to be frantic and apologetic at times, bowing everywhere when he feels he's done something wrong.

Despite being super gullible and naive, Eita is really deep down at heart a selfless, stubborn, hard-working person who will do anything to achieve his goals and the happiness of others. He hates burdening others with his own problems and has a hard time opening up about his own true feelings; he prefers to push them down and be cheerful instead, which w i l l lead to something bad in the future... [ if he gets accepted-hope, hope!-I cordially request an arc where he learns how to stop pushing aside his own emotions and learns to accept them! ] He's quite the bright and attentive student and loves to learn about new things; at the same time he can also be quite the troublemaker and does enjoy playing pranks/jokes with friends at times ^ ^

ʙᴀᴄᴋsᴛᴏʀʏ:: eita's father was once a well-respected leader among the warriors. Their life was good-they lived in comfort, and with his position his father got a KON injected into Eita when he was only ten (that can be changed, it's just something I threw in) -but everything changed when one day his father failed to successfully kill a group of wild kontons at a sea town, resulting in the deaths of many innocent civilians and the entire group of warriors save for a few. He was blamed for the deaths, was executed, and as a consequence the family lost everything, moving to the slums. There Eita and his mother all tried their best to make do, but it was still hard since the slums were cramped and survival necessities were hard to get. He was often bullied for one, his sexuality (at that time he didn't hide he was gay), second, his father's failure, and third, his strange ability once the bullies found out the origin of it was from a parasitic fungus. However you've read his personality, he just kept his head up and pushed down how hurt he felt, resolving to work harder to get back into the Warriors and earn back the respect his father and mother used to have. One day he was wandering around the dark alleyways of the slums to avoid the bullies when he stumbled upon an unconscious woman bleeding heavily from her stomach. Naturally he was like "Oh no there is a person bleeding to death!!!" so before even considering if she might be evil he whipped out his ability and healed her. (It was only after he did so that he realized "Wait this could be a trap shieeeet-") As it turned out it was not a trap which was good, but he still hid until the woman woke up. When she did she explained that she was a warrior, and she realized he was the son of that leader. He braced himself for the typical bullying that usually came with that realization, but all she did was thank him heartily and offer to bring him to Warriors Training Academy. Dumbfounded Eita took the woman back to him to their house, where the woman worked out a deal with the mom: she would take Eita to the academy and whatever he earned from that he could send a portion there to support his mom. He didn't want to leave his mother but that was the best deal they'd gotten in a while, and his mom encouraged him, so after bidding her farewell he left for WTA with the woman.

ʟɪᴋᴇs • ᴅɪsʟɪᴋᴇs:: likes- reading and writing, chatting/rambling nonstop about things he likes with his friends or just to himself, making friends, success over 'evil', cool/handsome men (yes i did just write that), cute things (or people), cooking, giving strange nicknames to people (like Yu would be 'Yugame' because her ability is based on a game-rock papers scissors- and Toshiro would be 'Shirosum' because his ability is 'summon', etc.), helping other people, spicy/sweet/sour things, sweet and sour chicken • dislikes- being left behind, loneliness, bullies, the sea (he's easily susceptible to seasickness if he doesn't use his ability to help his equilibrium), failure, dogs (got bitten by one before and it hurt. A lot.), people making fun of his past, people who stand by when someone's getting hurt, stomachaches (despite this he has quite a delicate stomach; he has to regulate what he eats or he'll end up with a killer stomachache), headaches (otherwise known as: LIVING H E L L ON E A R T H FSJFKDJKSFD-)
