~Flashback To Before Wall Maria Fell~

Y/n's POV

Me, Eren, Mikasa and Armin were watching the Scout Regiment depart.

So cool.

"In battle Captain Levi is as mighty as an entire brigade" A person says. We look over to Captain Levi in astonishment. I notice he seems irritated though.

~Present Time~

"Kill..kill...kill" I hear Eren mutter. We all sweatdrop.

This is not good. They're gonna kill us.

"DID YOU HEAR THAT?! HE SAID KILL!" A soldier says

"It's a misunderstanding" I say

"ARE YOU A TITAN?!"

"Am I a titan..? NO I'M HUMAN!"

"YOU GUYS PROTECTING HIM! IF YOU DONT HAND HIM OVER. WE'LL HAVE YOU CHARGED FOR TREASON AND THEN HAVE YOU EXECUTED!"

We're gonna die.

"ARE YOU HUMAN OR ARE YOU A TITAN?!" Eren doesn't respond.

"WE SAW YOU COME OUT OF THAT TITAN! WHICH MAKES YOU AN ENEMY!"

"We should kill him while he's still in human form" Another soldier says.

"I will kill anyone who tries to hurt Eren" Mikasa says.

"Mikasa and Y/n are some of our best soldiers. It would be a great loss if they were slain" Dietrich says.

"We should flee" Armin says.

"What is going on?" Eren asks as he looks at his left arm.

"WHAT ARE YOU?!"

"I AM HUMAN!" Eren yells. The Captain must not have bought it.

"GET THE CANNONS READY TO FIRE ON MY COMMAND!" Mikasa grabs Armin and Eren.

"You guys need to flee. Me and Y/n have your backs" Mikasa says. I nod. They then aim the cannon at us and right before they fire, Eren bites down on his hand. As the smoke clears I see Eren partially transformed into a Titan and saved us all from the cannonball. We then watch Eren try to move but it fails.

"SOLDIERS STAND BY AND PREPARE THE CANNON FOR A SECOND SHOT!" Commander Woemann yells. I look up to see Eren getting out of the titan. He then walks over to us and the Titan begins to evaporate.

"I have two plans of escape. I become a fully-formed titan and return to Wall Maria. The basement has the answers to everything. Now I have to work alone" He says. I tear up.

"Oh yeah I forgot. You don't need us. We're holding you back" I say as I turn away.

"I'm not letting you do this alone" Mikasa says.

"I have a second plan. If Armin can persuade the Stationary Guard that I am mankind's ally, I will stay" Eren says.

"Why would you rely on me?" Armin asks.

"Had I not told Hannes to go after them... We'd all be dead" Eren says.

"I'll do it! I'll convince them!" Armin says. Armin walks towards the Stationary Guard.

"WHO ARE YOU?!" Woemann yells

"ARMIN ARLERT OF THE 104TH CADET CORPS! I'M HERE TO CONVINCE YOU THAT EREN JAEGER IS AN ALLY TO MANKIND! HE HAS STRATEGIC IMPORTANCE AND WE MAY EVEN BE ABLE TO RECAPTURE TROST WITH HIS POWERS!" Armin yells.

"We should consider his plan" Dietrich says.

"GET THE CANNON READY!"

"Stand down! I would like to listen to what they have to say. Woemann go organize the reinforcements" Commander Pyxis says.

~Time Skip~

We're all on Wall Maria.

"Did you mean what you said back there Armin or we're you just trying to save Eren?" Pyxis asks.

"It was both. You see that Boulder over there. If we can get Eren to carry the Boulder. He can seal up the breach with it. Which means Titan advances will be halted." Armin says.

"Would you do this Eren?" Pyxis asks

"I don't understand my abilities all that well, nor will I be able to control it" Eren says.

"Let me rephrase my question. Are you will to attempt it?" Pyxis asks. Eren turns around and then agrees to the plan. Pyxis smiles.

"You Eren... are a real man." Pyxis says.

"I'm calling a meeting" Pyxis says.

"I'm not sure this plan will work. I'm being highly optimistic" Armin says. I put a hand on his shoulder.

"Commander Pyxis is aware of the situation. He will plan accordingly" I say as I ruffle his hair.

~Time Skip~

"HELLO IT IS I, COMMANDER DOT PYXIS! I HAVE A PLAN TO RETAKE TROST!" Pyxis yells.

"We don't have the technology to do this" R/s(Random Soldier) says. Daz begins to panic and Marco tries to calm him down before he gets in trouble.

"You could be executed for treason" R/O(Random Officer) says.

"I'd rather be executed than eaten by a titan" Daz says as he takes his sword out. Marco attempts to stop him. Other soldiers begin to desert the area.

"SOLDIERS!" Pyxis yells. We all turn and look.

"HERE IS THE PLAN!" Pyxis yells as he begins to explain the plan.

"How will we accomplish this?" R/s asks.

"MEET MY NEW FRIEND EREN JAEGER! HE WILL BE THE ONE TO SEAL THE WHOLE!" Pyxis says

"What?" Reiner asks. I squeeze his hand and smile at him. He looks at me and smiles.

"EREN JAEGER IS APART OF A TOP SECRET GOVERNMENT EXPERIMENT TO TURN A HUMAN INTO A TITAN! EREN CAN MAKE AND CONTROL A TITAN'S BODY!" Pyxis says.

"I don't understand what Commander Pyxis is saying. Am I just too stupid to understand?" Connie asks Ymir.

"Shut up" Ymir says. Pyxis continues to explain the plan. After he finishes a lot of people begin to walk away.

"I'd rather spend my last days with my family" R/s says.

"Yeah I don't want to be here if we're all gonna die anyway" Another R/s says.

"IF YOU WALK AWAY YOU WILL BE PUNISHED BY THE CAPITAL!" Woemann yells.

"LISTEN. WHOEVER WANTS TO LEAVE CAN! YOU WILL NOT BE PUNISHED FOR LEAVING! I'M SURE A LOT OF YOU HAVE SEEN THESE TITANS FACE TO FACE AND THEY'RE SCARY! THAT FEAR YOU FEEL IS ACCEPTABLE AND IF YOU LEAVE THEN YOU'LL BE PUTTING THAT SAME FEAR ON YOUR LOVED ONES!" Pyxis yells. Everyone stops moving. They all then walk back. Pyxis then began explaining what happened at Wall Maria 4 years ago.

~Before The Operation~

I'm on the wall standing next to Armin.

"Ian Dietrich, Rico Brzenska, and Mitabi Jarnach. You will be guarding Eren" Pyxis says.

"Will this human weapon even work?" Rico asks. Dietrich then tries to scold her.

"You’re also unsure about the plan Dietrich" Rico says.

"Do you three want to lose to the titans that badly?" Pyxis asks

"We don't want to lose to the titans" They all say.

"I too, do not want to lose to the titans. I want to beat them all." Pyxis says.

"Now Dietrich you will be the leader in this operation" Pyxis says.

"I don't think I'm fit for the job" Dietrich says

"If I didn't think you could do it... I wouldn't have picked you" Pyxis says.

"Alright!" Dietrich says. I then turn to see Armin apologizing to Eren.

"I'm sorry Eren. I've made you responsible for everything" Armin says.

"I have believed in you from the start. You are an excellent strategist" Eren says.

"Eren I'm joining the elite team so I can protect you" Mikasa says.

"You can't. You're apart of the decoy team with Y/n" Eren says.

"I can't let you be alone. Something bad will happen to you if I don't come" Mikasa says.

"I'm not your little brother, nor your son" Eren says in an annoyed tone. I roll my eyes

She's just worried about you.

"Hey Mikasa, Y/n. You're joining the Elite Squad" Dietrich says. We both nod.

Great now I have to protect this asshole.

"Get into your positions" Dietrich says. We all nod.

"Armin don't die" I say.

"Same to you" Armin replies back. With this the operation begins. We head off to the giant Boulder. Luckily we came across no titans.

"Soldiers are not pawns, they all have names, families, and feelings. You have the responsibility of making sure their deaths have meaning. Don't forget that Jaeger" Rico says. We reach the Boulder and Eren bites his hand. He transforms into a titan.

"Eren will accomplish this mission" Mikasa says.

She's always looking out for him.

Eren took one look at Mikasa and instead of picking up the Boulder he attacked Mikasa.

"WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!" I yell
