As explained, there has barely been any evolution in this spieces, other than that when in their human form, they're senses are heightened. 

Advantages.
•Somewhat Nocturnal.
•Good hearing.
•Good sense of smell. 

Disadvantages.
•Once in their wolf form they are not in control.

Deadly:
•Silver Bullets- in their wolf form.
•Human weakness- whenever they aren't in their wolf form, they basically a normal human.

Extra information
A werewolf isn't someone that can turn into a wolf, the process is extremely painful and leads to them becoming a humanoid, with wolf features, like a Minitor.
