Jimin's pov
Jungkook pulled out of me getting up to take a shower. I waited for him to come back before I went to take a shower.
When I got out, Jungkook was on my bed looking at his phone. He looked up at me meeting my eyes. I suddenly felt embarrassed at the thought of what happened and how desperate I must've seemed. "I..uh..I'm sorry." I apologized.
"Why? Did you not like it?" Jungkook asked turning his phone off. "No, but-" Jungkook's voice cut me off. "Good, because I liked it too." He smiled showing his bunny teeth. "We should do this again sometime." He smiled and left my room leaving me standing there emotionless.
I sat on my bed feeling even worse than before. Not only did I feel guilty that I used Jungkook, but I also cheated on Taehyung. I mean we weren't official or anything, but we are in love. "We are in love." I repeated to myself. It felt forced in a way like I didn't really mean it. Was I beginning to fall out of love?
I shook my head and lay down to sleep.
Jungkook's pov
The entire way home, Jimin's moans rang in my ears. It was great, but I couldn't shake off the fact that he kept moaning Taehyung's name. I don't think he even realized it.
I drove my car to my house and stepped out. It hurt. Really badly. Last time I checked, I was still in love with Jimin. Fucking him just made it worse. I tried to clear my head by changing clothes into something I could work out in.
I pulled on some black joggers and a black muscle shirt. I went to me in-home gym and pulled on my boxing gloves. Without hesitating, I punched the punching bag with all my strength. All of my stress and anger went into my punches as I threw them left and right.
Jimin punch Jimin punch Jimin punch Jimin punch
I remebered how Jimin moaned Taehyung's name and punched even harder. My eyes widened in shock when feathers came out of the other side of the punching bag. I sighed and pulled my gloves off throwing them to the ground.
Hating Taehyung wasn't going to fix any of this. Feeling defeated, I showered again and plopped down on the couch with my dog Bam. He rested on my lap as I surfed the channels. Nothing interesting seemed to be on, so I tookout my phone instead.
I had an unread message from Jimin. It read; I had a lot of fun thank you. I smlied thinking about how I pleased him. I replied with; np 😉 I was almost sure I could see Jimin blushing. I got up and walked to my room instead to sleep.
Taehyung's pov
I had to get out of here, no matter what. I needed to see him. I promised myself that if I ever made it out alive, I would ask Jimin to be my boyfriend. The truth is, Iwanted to all along, but I wanted to give him some time so he wouldn't regret being official in the future. I knew how I discouraged him, but I hoped he had trusted me.
I felt insecure often whenever I was around him. I never felt insecure before, but after seeing how perfect he was, I couldn't help, but feel unsure about myself. Especially when we went out together, I was always worried he would leave with some other guy.
I laid my head on the cold floor trying to gain warm by pulling me knees to my chest. A sharp pain was felt from my stomach. I clenched onto it with all the strength I had, begging the pain to go away. It only got worse as I moved. I screamed as the pain got worse. A man dashed into the room and met eyes with mine.
Tears were already falling out of my eyes and the pain was getting worse and worse by each passing second. The man had a panicked look on his face. I watched as he pulled a walkie-talkie out from his pocket and spoke into it.
"Sir, I think he can feel the diamonds" The what?! The reply from the other side was a bit muffled, but I managed to understand. "Knock him out" The man put away his walkie-talkie before coming to me apologizing quickly before harshly pushing two fingers against my neck.
I felt weak, and before I knew it, I was knocked out.
I woke up hours later. I didn't know where I was, but I was sure I had been there for at least a day. My fingers were pretty much frozen off at this point. I had on some ripped jeans (not the stylish kind) and a plain white short-sleeved tee. I looked down at me feet and saw that I was wearing sandals.
Okay, where am I? What is going on? I looked at my surroundings. I was sitting on a lonely bench at a park. I looked around to see if I could figure out what time it was. To my luck, there was a clock. 11:33 it read. It was night fall and itwas really dark in the park.
No one else was here. I really had no idea where I was. All I know is that it's freezing. I pulled myself off the bench feeling extremely tired. I trudged my feet following a light from afar. I rubbed my hands on my bare arms in repetitive motions while blowing air out from my mouth. My teeth were chattering and the only thing I could see was my hot breath. I slowly made my way to what looked like a gas station.
I walked in instantly shivering from the feeling of warm air hitting me. "Excuse me sir. Can I help you?" I was greeted by a man at the cash register who was holding a newspaper. 'March 7th Daily News' it read. March 7th?! It had already been that long? There was no way I've been away that long. "May I see your newspaper..uh..sir?" I coughed awkwardly. "Buy your own. It's 50 cents."
I cursed silently. "I'm sorry, I don't have money with me." I say trying to look sad and helpless and hopefully gain the mans sympathy. "Complain to the mayor. Not me. I don't have enough money to feed my family, don't think I'd feel bad for you." The man gruffed in a low tone. I was about to turn around and walk away when I heard a voice.
"I'll buy it."
I whipped around meeting eyes with a raven haired woman. Her features were astonishingly beautiful. She had big, round eyes, a button nose, a pair of pinkish lips, and a sharp v line. Her hair was shiny and smooth looking it was tied into a messy bun. She was wearing black slacks with a white blouse that was loosely worn on her shoulders. She also had on a black blazer draped over her shoulders. In her hands were a small, red, handbag and in the other hand, a coat.
"Done staring?" She smirked throwing the coat at me. "Wear this." She ordered walking towards the cash register. "The newspaper please." The set the money down on the counter. I watched her heels touch the floor with each graceful step she took. I was in a trance. Who was she? She paid for the newspaper before turning to me. "Want anything else?" I didn't say anything. She raised a brow. "Last chance pretty boy." I hesitantly walked to the fridge grabbing a water and a bag of popcorn setting it on the counter.
She looked at me with a 'really' face before ordering the register. "Get him a hot bowl of chicken noodle soup too." The man returned with a styrofoam bowl covered by a lid with smoke coming from it. "$8.42 ma'am." He totaled up the amount. She reached into her bag to pull out some money before stopping. "Get a pack of hand warmers too" her fingers made their way into her bag. They emerged holding a black card. Who is this woman? I stared intensely.
After paying, she pointed me to her car allowing me to sit in the passengers seat. She gave me my soup, snack, and water. I thankfully ate it and slowly sipped my water. She looked at me expectantly. "What? No Thankyou?" I muttered a 'thanks' and turned my head to face the other way.
"You don't have any questions?" She asks. I turn back around. "Who are you?" I ask bluntly.
"Choi Nari." She replied. "How do you know me?" I ask. "Oh.." she chuckled. "I don't." I looked at her amazed. "You don't know me, but you're willing to help me?" I was unconvinced. "Sure, why not? I need a boyfriend anyways." She says smiling. My heart aches at her statement. "You want me to be your boyfriend?" I ask. "No, but after I help you, you might consider asking me out. I'm more amazing than you think."
Cocky, huh?
I smiled. "No, thanks. I could use your help though." I answer. She scowled for a moment giving me the newspaper she bought. I opened it reading the headings DIAMONDS FOUND AFTER A DECADE, NEW MODELING AGENCY HIRING TODAY, SERIAL KILLER ON THE LOOSE. "Anything interesting?" I looked at her. "I need to get home." I say. "Where would that be?" She asked turning her keys. "Seoul" she stopped. "We're in Daegu, you know?" I wasn't surprised.
The people that kidnapped me just had to take me somewhere far, far away didn't they? "Let's go" I shrugged.
Very long chapter! What do you think about Nari? I hope you liked this chapter. I worked really hard on it. I've been brainstorming a lot of outcomes for this part, and this is the one I stuck with.
