Nᴏʀᴍᴀʟ Dᴀʏ's Sᴛᴀʀᴛ (Dᴀʏ 4 - 1/6) - Rʏᴀɴ
I woke up early again. Looking at a text from my sister, there had been no activities planned, except for that it was apparently mandatory we all be very close to the campfire, and be in a circle. I thought it was pretty odd, but who cares, right? I got changed, and went out into the hallway.
I guessed that I didn't really need to wake up anyone today, so I just went into the living room and sat down on a wooden chair. Suddenly, I heard a knock at the door. I looked out the window to see... Charlie? What were they doing knocking at the door?
I opened it for them anyway. "Charlie, if you're gonna just walk in through the front door, why even make a tunnel?" I asked them. "Sshh! Close the doorr!" Charlie immediately said after they came in. "Char-" "I know what you said! Now, reason why I came from the front door is because I asked for some spare things from the counselors, and they said 'yes, just make sure to to put what you don't need in there' and pointed here! So it'd be kinda suspicious if I went over from the side and just disappeared, am I right?" They said quickly.
"Okay, I get your point!.. But what are you even needing? And why today, we're supposed to be relaxi-" "I'm needing a lot of things! And the other things I might use for later! Also, the activities, food, etc, etc, were my relaxing things! But today, we only get the mandatory campfire meeting! SoooOo, I'll practically be working on this cabin the whole day!" Charlie interrupted, clearly happy. "...Have you ever considered being a construction worker in your future?" I asked, baffled. "Yes, it's either that or being a house designer, or a musician." They smiled, looking around through the first crate of mostly junk.
"Okkaayy... yooouu doo thhaatt..." I chuckled, sitting back on the chair. "You do realize we're only being here for two weeks, right? Until the forth of July?" "If we get caught being rebels.. and chances are 100%, and if we stay as who we are, another 100%, we're staying till September, Ryan." Charlie said plainly, pushing up their glasses with their thumb. "I-.. Okay." I sighed. I then saw at the corner of my eye, my sister going into Charlie's room.
