That night, Yudhishthir came back to the room, extremely guilty.

He was guilty as it is when Nakul and Sahdev were hurt, now that he knew he hurt my hand he was even more so guilty.

"Yudhishthir. I am your friend and wife. I am the one you come to with your troubles. I will listen to you complain, talk and mutter anything, cry on my shoulder, break my hand when worry surrounds you . I will be here. You need to believe that. You say you love me. Don't you trust me? " I asked, moving close to him on the bed, putting a hand on his cheek.

He leaned into it, holding it close with one hand.

"I trust you. More than myself. I just was so worried during the day. I was unable to protect my brothers and I didn't know what to do-" He said, furiously swiping away the signs of his pain.

It is said, that when the heart weeps and the mouth has no words left to speak, our eyes express it as tears.

I sat closer,hugging him, holding him close. He lay his head down in my lap, holding me by my waist as he cried.

"You are the greatest elder brother anyone could ever ask for Yudhishthir. They are proud to have you. Sometimes, no matter what we wish, time plays its own games. We can't compete with time my dear heart. You are the strongest man I know and I know you are one of the bravest too. You are the most peaceful man I know and I am proud to be your wife. " I whispered.

He slowly got back up, wiping the tears, with the smile I loved most in the world.

" You should know something. "

"What? "

"I met Angraj Karn recently. I asked him to teach me about weaponry, but he left,laughing it off as a joke. Today he came by himself to say he's willing to teach me. He did. Did you know I learnt how to hold a spear today? " I told him,excited , as he smiled at me.

"That is truly wonderful. I will see what you learnt in one class. I am so happy that you have found friendship with him. " He said, holding my hand and cheek.

"I'm not sure if it counts as friendship if I threatened him the day I met him." I said shyly and he laughed.

"Why? What did you threaten him with? A tiny dagger again? " He said.

"Tiny dagger? Hello! That dagger scared Duryodhan off so easily that nothing mattered to him then running away from the dias. Also no. I didn't threaten him with a dagger. I threatened him with my words. "

"Is that so? How did my dear wife manage that? " He said, pulling me to his chest as we lay back down.

In my excitement I didn't notice that.

Now, in hindsight, when my husband now tells me that this was his favourite night talking to me, I understand why.

"So I told him how my brothers are apologetic for their actions.

He's like 'really', I can't believe that.

So I said, well you better believe it, because if you don't forgive them, you'll be fighting me. " I said, and he smiled.

He kept looking at me.

"Hello? How was the story? Was it even a good threat? I don't know -" I felt a finger on my lips.

So I did the next best thing. I put my head on his chest and my hand next to it and closed my eyes in peace.

" I think today's events warrant no pretending. " I said looking back up.

He picked the hand next to my head and pressed a kiss to it.

"Good night my beautiful wife. "

"Good night dear husband. "

The next morning I woke up with my head still where I had put it, but my legs... I still consider them traitors for this.

They were entangled with his, while a big arm held me close.

As quietly I could, I moved away, when I heard , " My dear wife. I said don't kick me. You climbed on top off me. I think I'm enjoying this too much." He said, his voice deep in the morning.

"Yes well. I can't control my mind when it is asleep- aah. " I winced, my leg hurting me.

"What's wrong? Are you alright? Does the hand hurt? " He got up, inspecting me immediately, moving around to see what was wrong.

"Hold on. How long have we been here? " I asked, calculating mentally.

"I think about five weeks... Why?"

" No... That's not related to my pain. That was a leg cramp. But if we've been here five weeks, it means AJ has been here for three months now. Which means, we should be getting a letter from him soon. "

"Letter about what? " He asked, picking up my feet to locate the source of pain. Seriously. I was fine.

" I sent him a letter telling him about us being here and how we must discuss something important. "

"So it'll come soon. Don't worry-"
