As you can see, these are their original designs and you can probably see how some of them changed.

Alexis- Her hair was a lot more puffier/curlier than it is right now- 

Autumn- Originally planned to have ginger hair, green eyes and freckles, but there was a color mix up-

Alpine- Didn't change too much, the hair was just a little bit longer-

Ash- Opposite of Alpine, the hair was just shorter

Mindy- Nothing actually changed, except for the skin tone, because she's still kinda new-

Silver- The hair was shorter and straighter than it is right now- 

Rouge- Her hair was longer, but that's just it-
