Embry pov

I looked out the window and saw Lantern city being covered in ice. 

My ears twitched as I heard the cries of the citizens, trying to run away but they were too late, as they were covered in ice. 

I couldn't bear to look anymore.

I turned my head away and sat back down on the seat. 

Then I felt something wrapped around my arm, I looked and saw it was Macaque's tail.

"Don't worry, peaches. Everything will soon be over." Macaque said, I smiled.

"Thanks Macaque." I said.

"Um...So, Mr. King, sir? I don't want to rush you or anything but..." Tang said, before he was cut off by Mk.

"I'm okay with rushing him! What's the plan Monkey King? We got all four rings of Samadhi! So, how do we use them to make LBD go boom?" Mk asked, but ended up falling to the ground due to the ice on the tracks. 

I was looking at Mk and Tang, who also fell on the ground, when I felt eyes on me. 

I turned to the direction and it was Monkey King, when our eyes met, he quickly looked away.

I knew something was wrong...I could feel it in my chest.

"It's a bit more complicated than that. In order to reforge the Samadhi Fire, we'll need to reach the summit of that mountain." Monkey King said, I looked out the window to see the mountain, and my eyes widened.

"And that's where we'll find the fifth ring, huh? Ain't that right, Monkey King?" Pigsy asked.

'Fifth ring? What is Pigsy talking about?' I thought, I noticed Huntsman and Macaque were glaring at him. 

'Just what the hell happened when we were separated?'

"Fifth ring? What fifth ring?" Mk asked.

"Oh, Pigsy. I think you're confused. Monkey King said they split the Samadhi Fire into four rings. Four rings hidden by the four great warriors. Monkey King, DBK, Fuji and..." Tang was about to say the last name of the warrior, but the train was hit by something. 

We all looked out the window and saw hover mech.

"What the hell...?" I asked.

"Uh...Who dat?" Mk asked, as the mech went in front of the train, and split apart, making the train hit the brakes.

"What's happening?" I asked, as Huntsman and Syntax held onto me, Monkey King yelled.

"Everyone, get back!" Monkey King said, but something cut through the train and the tracks. 

Monkey King grabbed everyone, Macaque opened a shadow portal for the people, so they can go somewhere safe. 

Once the people were evacuated, someone landed and I felt Ume get severely angry.

"I ƬӨᄂD ΉIM ƬӨ ƧƬΛY ΛЩΛY..." Ume growled.

"Sun Wukong! Finally!" It was Nezha!

'Oh crap, Ume don't!' I thought.

"Nezha! My old friend. Don't tell me you tracked all the way out here to hang out with little old me?" Monkey King said, Nezha glared at Monkey King.

"You know exactly why I'm here!" Nezha stabbed the ground with his spear. 

"I will not let you reforge the Samadhi Fire and doom this world!" Nezha said, as he and Monkey King glared at each other, Tang went up to Nezha with an excited look.

"I can't believe it's really you! The legendary 3rd Lotus Prince Nezha! I must be the luckiest Tang in the world!" Tang said, before Nezha could do anything, I grabbed Tang with my belt and dragged him away.

"Not now, Tang!" I snapped, making everyone slightly scared.

"How did you find us?" Monkey King asked, gaining everyone's attention back.

"With all the destruction that we leave behind, who wouldn't follow that?" Macaque said, with a deadpan look, Monkey King flinched like an arrow hit him.

"As I was saying...You took a sneaky peek at the map while you were supposed to be guarding it. Now who's untrustworthy?" Monkey King asked.

"I didn't have to. I knew the ring I had been tasked to hide was safe in Chang'e's care, until you stole it!" Nezha said, as he pointed at Monkey King.

"Actually she gave it to us as a reward for being with her for a bit." Syntax said, making Nezha look at him.

"I had a feeling DBK would've kept his instead of hiding it as instructed. No surprises there." Nezha said.

"Yeah, I think we all saw that one coming." Monkey King said.

"Then there was Fuji's ring....I had no idea you would stoop that low....TO USE EMBRY AS A DISTRACTION!!" He yelled, eyes glowing, making everyone back up.

"Whoa whoa, flower boy! Embry wasn't a distraction. Fuji wanted to see you, so she used her power to get us there! We didn't know that would happen to Embry until now." Macaque said, holding my hand.

Nezha sighed and calmed down a bit.

"Which brings me to your ring...Worst kept secret ever!" Nezha yelled.

"He's not wrong." Huntsman said, as Strong and Sandy nodded.

"I mean, what kind of a dumbass hides a ring, DEAD CENTER of a town and think 'No ones gonna find it'?" I asked.

Monkey King fell to the ground like he was defeated, Nezha gave him a smug look.

"This is exactly why the ring of Samadhi should've been entrusted to me alone!" Nezha shouted, as he started charging toward Mk.

But before he could get closer, something stomped on his back, making him fall to the ground.

"UME!!" I yelled.

Nezha gasped and clawed at the ground, as blood spilled out of his mouth.

Ume panted and glared, as a eerie smiled appeared on his face.

"ӨΉ, ПΣZΉΛ~. YӨЦ JЦƧƬ ПΣVΣЯ ƧΣΣM ƬӨ ᄂIƧƬΣП DӨ YӨЦ? I GΛVΣ YӨЦ Λ ƧƬЯΛIGΉƬ ӨЯDΣЯ ƬӨ ƧƬΛY ΛЩΛY FЯӨM ƬΉΣM." Ume growled, as Nezha looked at him in fear.

"Dear gods, Ume. I warned him to go easy on him!" Fuji said.

"Ume, stop!" I cried out, but Macaque held me back.

"ƧƬΛY BΛᄃK ΣMBЯY. I ƧΉӨЦᄂD'VΣ DӨПΣ ƬΉIƧ YΣΛЯƧ ΛGӨ. ƬΉΣ ӨПᄂY ЯΣΛƧӨП I DIDП'Ƭ ЩΛƧ BΣᄃΛЦƧΣ I PЯӨMIƧΣD ΉΣЯ I ЩӨЦᄂDП'Ƭ. ПӨЩ...ƬΉΛƬ PЯӨMIƧΣ IƧ DΣΛD." Ume hissed, as he stomped on Nezha's arm, breaking it.

Nezha yelled in pain, as Pigsy covered Mk's eyes, Sandy covered his and Mo's eyes, Wukong covered mine, but I pushed him away.

"YӨЦ ЩIᄂᄂ ᄂΣΛЯП ᄂIƬƬᄂΣ ᄂӨƬЦƧ. ƧӨӨПΣЯ...ӨЯ ᄂΛƬΣЯ." Ume said, as he broke his other arm.

Nezha screamed in pain, as Ume continued to stomp on him.

We just watched in fear.

Was this really Fuji's older brother?!

Ume laughed, as he grabbed Nezha by the neck and kicked him in the gut, sending him flying.

"U-Ume...?" I asked.

He looked at us.

"ƬΉΛƬ'Ƨ ПӨƬ GӨППΛ ƧƬӨP ПΣZΉΛ FӨЯ ᄂӨПG. GӨ! YӨЦ ΉΛVΣ ƬӨ GΣƬ ƬӨ ƬΉΣ MӨЦПƬΛIП, ПӨЩ!" He said.

"And then what?" Mk asked.

"Wait for me there. I'll explain everything. Including you Embry." Wukong said.

"What? What do you mean?" I asked.

"Then, I'll stay here and help Wukong. Spiders, watch over peaches." Macaque said.

"You gotta remind us? He's literally apart of us!" Spider Queen said, as she pulled me close to her.

"I'll help too!" Mk said.

"No! There's no time bud. The fake mayor could be here any second." Monkey King said, making Mk feel hesitant. 

"Go!"

With that said, we all agreed to meet up with both Monkey King and Macaque at the summit.

"Ume." I said, sternly.

He looked at me, sighed and vanished.

'The hell is wrong with him?' I thought.

"Both of you......be careful." I said.

Macaque and Wukong smiled at me.

"Don't worry, Embry. We promise to come back and whatever happens, please don't hold a grudge against me." Monkey King said, making me look at him, confused.

"What?" I asked.

"You better start following the others. Hurry!"  I left the train to catch up with my friends.

Nobody pov

As Nezha was trying to recover from those hits, his arms began to heal.

He looked down at the train and saw Embry, along with his friends jumping off the tracks. 

He looked at both Monkey King and Macaque, Monkey King put the rings in his shirt, summoned his cloud and took off.

"You're not getting away this time!" Nezha started to chase the two simians.

Once he caught up with them, Nezha started to fight against them.

When Monkey King and Macaque crashed into the mountain, Monkey King went to check if he had the rings, but they weren't in his shirt where he left them. 

He was quickly searching for the rings, while Macaque sighed. 

Then Nezha landed between the two.

"You might hit hard, but I'm still faster." Nezha said, as he pulled out the four rings, Monkey King smirked.

"And dumber." Monkey King said.

Macaque facepalmed in annoyance.

"Why can you never just let me have the last word!?" Nezha yelled, as he looked at Macaque.

"And why are you helping him? Isn't he your enemy?"

"Let's just say I'm paying off a debt I have for my peaches." Macaque said, showing him the butterfly crown on his head, then they heard an explosion. 

They turned to see, but saw a blast of ice heading towards them.

"Oh crap." Macaque said.

"Not good." Monkey King said, as the ice hit all three of them, making them trapped in the ice. 

They tried to break free, when they heard the sound of clapping and an eerie chuckle

"Well, well, well. What do we have here?" The fake mayor appeared before them, with his eyes glowing blue.

With Embry and the others - At the summit

The group were reaching their limit after climbing up all the stairs.

Sandy was the first one to make it to the top, feeling tired along with Mk and Mei, who ended falling to the ground due to exhaustion.

"Whoa. What is this place?" Sandy asked.

"I think...I think this is where they originally split the Samadhi Fire." Tang said.

Then everyone looked around the ritual site, with amazement in their eyes.

"Does anyone else feel like..." Mei trailed off.

"We've been here before? Yeah, that's weird, right? But I know I haven't." Sandy said.

"Me neither, and yet this place feels so familiar." Tang said.

"That's because your ancestors have been here before, even Fuji herself helped with the ritual. Meaning, you all have inherited your ancestor's senses, or in similar terms as you humans call it, Deja vu." Syntax said, as everyone looked at him.

Embry looked around, seeing many things.

He saw flashbacks of Fuji, Sanzang, Wukong, Nezha, DBK and Baby Redson.

But he didn't know why he was seeing these things...

"Yeah, not gonna lie. I thought it was gonna be more important than this." Tang said, as he spread the map across the pedestal. 

"It has to be, right?" 

All of the sudden, both the map and the pedestal started to glow, freaking Tang out, then everything started to glow and making the torches light up.

"What the hell?!" Huntsman asked.

"Okay. Yep, looks like it's definitely important." Mk said.

"Tang! What did you do!?" Pigsy yelled.

"Me?! I didn't do anything!" Tang shouted.

"Oh? So, a piece of paper just magically made a bunch of lights?!" Pigsy yelled.

"That's exactly what happened, and you know it!" Tang yelled, as the center of the ritual started to glow. 

The rings that Mk had, started to react, when the rings got to the center, a beam of light was shot out. 

Embry felt a sudden pain in his chest.

"AGH!!" He screamed.

"Embry! Are you okay?! What's wrong?!" Spider Queen asked, as she rubbed his back.

"Embry, can you hear me?!" Tang yelled.

"Bàba...What is this sudden pain I feel in my chest?" Embry asked,  as he held his chest.

Tang eyes watered a bit, as he helped him up, but Embry felt the same pain again but stronger 

"AAAAAH!"

"What are we gonna do?! Embry is in pain!" Tang said, as Strong picked up Embry.

"Em, what's wrong?" Strong asked.

Embry gasped, as tears ran down his face.

"Mune ga...sugoku itai!!" He whimpered.

"Huh?" Strong asked.

"He said his chest hurts! Whenever Embry got too panicked or upset he started speaking in Japanese!!" Tang said.

Embry panted as he cried out again.

"Don't worry, guys. I'm sure both Monkey King and Macaque are on their way." Mk said, trying to keep everyone calm, but they heard a familiar eerie chuckle.

"I'm sorry to say, but I believe both of those simians won't be here for a while." The fake mayor appeared behind Strong, kicking him and making Strong let go of Embry. 

As Embry was falling, the fake mayor grabbed him by the neck.

Mei was about to save him, but she was covered in ice. 

Mk noticed how all of his friends except Tang were covered in ice. 

Mk was about to jump in, but stopped himself.

"I wouldn't do that if I were you." The fake mayor turned his arm into sharp ice, and it was pointed at Embry's neck. 

Mk gritted his teeth and glared at the fake mayor. 

"That's a good monkey boy. Scholar, I want you to finish the ritual." The fake mayor said, as he went towards the center where the rings were.

"No! I won't do it!" Tang shouted.

"I believe you don't have a choice. Either you finish the ritual or say goodbye to your friends and son!" The fake mayor said, as the ice was few inches closer to Embry's neck and while Mei, Pigsy, Sandy, Mo, and the spiders were struggling from the ice. 

Tang looked with tears in his eyes.

"TANG, NO DON'T!!" Embry screamed, as his eyes and hair turned purple.

"Ah, ah, ah." The fake mayor said, as the ice pierced his neck a bit, making everyone freeze.

Blood ran down the ice, making Embry whimper in pain.

'Fuji...Ume...Ao Lie....ANYONE?!' He cried out.

"All right. You win....just don't hurt my son." Tang said, making Embry look at him with teary eyes.

Hey guys, so sorry for the lack of uploads. School has been kicking my arse and with testing coming up, I might be even more stressed than usual. Hope you all understand.

Now...I don't like to ask for anything too much, but can some please draw this scene in the book! I would love to see this scene drawn out.
