Nobody pov

(Okay if you noticed, I'm making 72 transformations and Shadow Play in a same chapter. I decided to make Embry save the spiders, because they didn't deserve what happened to them, so...enjoy!)

(What he's wearing)

Embry was walking to the theater with Pigsy, Tang, Mk and Mei. 

Tang said they were going to watch a shadow play, Embry was excited. 

When they got to the theater, they paid for the tickets and went to get a seat. Mk was getting really excited.

"I'm so excited! I haven't been to the movies in ages!" Mk said.

Embry raised an eyebrow, confused.

"Uh, kid. This ain't a cinema." Pigsy said.

"It's a shadow play, with puppets." Tang said, making Embry nod.

"Wha? Puppets? No!" Mk said, pulling out a poster. 

"I thought we were seeing Kung Fu Monkey Cop: The Movie!" He said.

"Eh, check the back." Mei said.

Mk turned the poster and grew confused.

"Hey, Mei, Embry. Isn't that the guy who gave us that weird key?" Mk asked, as Mei and Embry looked at it.

Embry nodded, remembering the incident with Redson last year.

"You mean the key that could unlock anything? Yeah, I'm pretty sure that's him and I'm also pretty sure he's still not actually the mayor." Mei said.

Embry agreed. He' had a creepy feeling from that guy since the first time they met after the great race.

Embry turned and nearly passed out.

The not mayor was waving at them, but creepily, making Tang creeped out.

"Point is, whatever we're watching, you earned a break kid." Pigsy said, making Embry smile and nod.

"I have to warn you." A voice said.

Embry looked around and saw a ghostly figure of the girl again, next to him.

"Macaque is here. Keep your eyes open....and keep him safe from that...creep." She hissed.

Embry nodded, determined, before getting called out of the trance.

"Wait! I just realised! We didn't bring snacks to enjoy the show!" Mk said, as Mei whined about needing snacks.

Embry deadpanned and facepalmed.

Mk got up and ran to get the snacks, while it got dark.

"Welcome viewers. To the shadow play." 

Macaque said, as Embry sighed. 

'Here we go. Let's get this over with.' He thought, as everything went to darkness.

 Timeskip

Embry woke up and found out the shadow stage play had been destroyed. Shoot, everything was destroyed.

'Wait...where's Macaque?' He thought, looking around.

"What the?! What happened?!" Mei asked, as he turned and saw Mei, Pigsy & Tang were confused, until Mk hugged them all. 

"Guys! Your okay!" Mk said, as Mei, Pigsy, Embry and Tang were confused. 

Mk saw Macaque leaving and quickly went after him as the others watched him go.

"Mk, wait for us!" Mei said, as she, Tang and Pigsy went after him.

"Quick, find Macaque." The girl said.

Embry ran to the stage and to the back, before hearing footsteps.

He hid behind some broken benches.

He saw Macaque walking on the broken stage, fixing his lantern. 

He was about to leave when he heard clapping.

"Bravo! Amazing performance! Very amazing!" The not mayor said.

Embry growled at the sight of him.

"Um... Thanks. I was about to go..." Macaque was grabbed by the not mayor, causing Embry to jump and growl.

"Embry, give me control." The girl said, sternly.

'Got it.' Embry said, as he felt the girl take control.

"My lady wants to have a word with you. And, she'll be needing that to." Mayor said, as 'Embry' came out of his hiding spot and punched the life out of him. 

He sent the mayor away from Macaque, he hit against the wall. "Back away from my son, you creep!" 'Embry' growled, as Macaque looked at him in shock, with teary eyes.

The Mayor was unconscious, thank goodness. 'Embry' picked Macaque up, much to his surprise and teleported to his apartment.

They landed in the front room. 

'Embry' placed him down and knelt down to his level.

"Are you okay?" He asked.

Macaque nodded, shakily.

Y-Yeah, I'm good. Killer punch by the way." He said.

"Well, he learned from the best." 'Embry' said.

'Embry' rubbed Macaque's head, causing him to freeze slightly.

"I think you know who I am...it's okay." 'Embry' said, opening his arms.

Macaque's eyes filled with tears, as he crashed into his embrace, letting his heart out.

'Embry' rubbed his back and his head, in a calming soothing manner.

Macaque hadn't cried like this in years, ever since Fuji died.

His cries rested to soft sniffles and coughs.

Then, 'Embry' felt something on his wrists, he looked and eyes widened.

"Macaque...look." He said, as Macaque looked over and gasped.

Then he felt something on his head

"But...that means...-"

"You're no longer in debt to her...never again." 'Embry' said, caressing his cheek.

"I have to go now. You need to explain things to him." He said.

Macaque was about to say something, but nodded in silence.

Embry got back in control of his body, looking confused.

"Okay...thank you first of all." Macaque said, bowing down a bit.

"Secondly, the reason the bracelet and crown are there is because...you know how in the legends, Monkey King had a crown right?" Macaque asked.

Embry nodded, fiddling with the beads.

"Well...it states that if a human saves a mystic being stronger than others, they become indebted to the human that saved or helped them." Macaque said.

Embry nodded in understanding.

"So, that means I'm indebted to you. Thank you." He said, bowing.

Embry smiled and rubbed Macaque's head.

"Keep him safe for me." The girl said.

Embry smiled, before his ears twitched in alarm.

"What is it?" Macaque asked.

Embry got on all fours and growled lightly, as his ear were moving like crazy.

He heard a familiar scream and perked up. 

It was Syntax!

He grabbed Macaque and teleported to Spider Queen's lair.

"Uh, kid? What're we-?" Macaque was cut off, when Embry dashed down the hall.

He saw something purple and blue up ahead. 

He dashed and grabbed the purple thing, running ahead.

He stopped behind a crate and panting.

He felt something grab him, tightly.

"Y-You? What're you doing here?" Syntax asked, as Embry let him go.

Macaque came out of a shadow and froze seeing him.

"Uh? Kid?" He asked, before Embry dashed off again.

"Does he always do that?" Syntax asked.

Macaque nodded, as Embry came back with Strong and Huntsman, who looked like they saw a ghost.

"Thanks kid." Strong said, as Embry nodded, before looking around.

Then, something orange dashed them.

'Mk?! What's he doing here?!' He thought, as Syntax grabbed him.

Mk screamed, but calmed down when he saw Embry.

"Embry! What're you doing here?!" Mk asked.

Embry pointed to his twitching ears.

"He heard them and came to get them." Macaque said, causing Mk to jump.

"Wait...the queen!" Syntax said, looking down the hall.

Embry froze, feeling a cold chill go up his spine.

Huntsman saw Embry shiver a bit, before he dashed off.

With Embry

Embry dashed until he found Spider Queen, about to be sucked into a furnace.

He grabbed her before she could fully be submerged.

He growled at the Mayor and LBD.

LBD was shocked, before laughing.

"Looks like she was right. You really are a descendant of Fuji." She said, as Embry let Spider Queen go.

Embry growled, summoning his weapon.

"No! We have to go, now!" Spider Queen said, grabbing his shoulder.

Embry nodded, grabbed her by the waist and dashed away, hearing LBD's cries.

He dashed down the hall and turned, too see everyone.

"My queen!" Syntax said, as she looked shocked to see them.

"We gotta go now! She's not happy!" Spider Queen said.

Macaque nodded and summoned a portal.

"Jump in!" He said, going in.

Everyone went in after another.

They ended up in Embry's place.

Macaque closed the portal as everyone panted.

"Hai?" Embry asked, looking at everyone.

"Yeah, we're okay." Mk said, standing up.

Embry sighed and nodded, smiling.

Then he turned...and saw the spiders bowing down to him.

"Uh..?" Embry asked.

"Thank you...for helping us." Strong said.

Embry smiled and bowed as well.

Then his phone rang.

"EMBRY, MK, WHERE ARE YOU?! WE HAVE TO GO, NOW!!" Mei screamed, as everyone shot up in alarm.

"She's making her move...where are they?" Macaque asked, making a portal.

"Where are you guys?" Mk asked.

"ON SANDY'S SHIP, NOW HURRY!!" She screamed, as the phone hang up.

Embry nearly broke his phone as he shook in anger.

'I swear...I'll kill that little brat.' He thought, as they went into the portal.
