Nobody pov

Embry was with Mk and Monkey King. He, somehow, made a purple wisteria dome, to keep himself in to meditate. Monkey King told him to try to reach into his subconscious mind, Embry did just that. 

Subconscious mind

Embry woke up in a black area. He stood up, but heard something wet. He looked down and saw he was standing on water, but it didn't feel wet. He heard a voice.

He saw someone...that looked...too familiar

She giggled.

"You sure took your time, little one." She said.

Embry tilted his head at her.

She giggled and turned to face him.

She gestured for him to come to her.

Embry obeyed and went to her, eyes not leaving her figure.

She smiled and rubbed his head, causing him to purr.

"It's nice to see you, little Embry." She said.

Embry's eyes widened as he realized who she was.

"F....Fu.....Ah.." He said.

She shushed him and pulled him into her lap.

"I need you to listen to me. Do you remember what happened a few days ago?" She asked.

Embry shook his head.

"When you were captured by Spider Queen, I took control of your body for the first time. Whenever I take control, you won't be in control, which means, you won't remember anything. What happened back there...you to in control and tried to kill her." She said.

Embry's eyes widened.

"I know that you would do anything to protect your family, wouldn't you?" She asked.

He nodded, looking down.

She smiled and hugged him.

"Listen little one. I know that you would do anything...but...I must warn you. Someday in the future...you will hurt someone...severely. I know you won't hesitate, but this time...you went too far. You have to control your anger, okay?" She said.

Embry nodded, until he shook.

"Embry!"

"Embry!" 

'Mk?' Embry thought.

The girl laughed. 

"Seems like your friend is waiting for you. I'll let you go, see you again soon, little one." She said, touching his nose.

Embry giggled and woke up.

The dome vanished, as he saw Mk.

"We need to go! Mei called and said there's a monster attacking the city!" Mk said. He grabbed Embry's hand and pole-volted to the city.

In the city

"That's the monster?" Mk asked.

Embry paled when he saw the monster. He saw Pigsy on the ground, injured. 

Embry jumped up, pulled out his sword and was about to cut it, before it grabbed him with its ribbons. 

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!" Embry screamed, dropping his sword.

"Embry! Don't worry! I'll save you!" Mk said, as he jumped up to fight the shadow monster. "Here comes Monkie Ki-aaaaahhhh!" The shadow monster grabbed his leg with it's ribbon and threw him back to the ground.

(Okay. Tell me why, I cracked up at this image. Why they gotta do him like that?!)

"AAAAH!!" Embry cried out to Mk. Embry tried to break out of the monster's grasp. Then he felt it let go.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAH!!" Embry yelled, as he felt himself falling. Then, he felt someone catch him. He opened his eyes and saw a dark furred monkey, holding him. He looked around and saw the monster was gone. They were on a rooftop of some building, Embry felt a bit safer now that the monster was gone.

"You alright?" The monkey asked, letting him go.

"Mhm!" Embry nodded, smiling widely.

"Yes, Monkey King!" Mk said, but fell down, causing Embry to scream out in fear.

The monkey was about to leave, until..

"That was awesome! I can't thank you enough for saving Embry!" MK said, he got a good look at the monkey. "Ooh...This is awkward. You're not Monkey King." That made the monkey laugh a bit.

"I get that a lot. Monkie Kid, right? And that's your friend, Embry?" He asked

"*Gasp* How did you..?" Mk asked.

"Your staff kinda gives you away, dude. Not just anyone can lift that thing. And you just told me your friend's name a second ago." He said

"Ara....eh.." Embry asked.

"Macaque. Actually, the uh...Six-Eared Macaque is you know, my full name." Macaque said. "Well, see ya around Mk, Embry." Macaque said, walking away.

"Uh! Can you teach me that awesome thing?!" Mk asked, getting in front of Macaque.

Embry furrowed his eyebrows.

'Something about him feels...odd...and why does he has the same name as my cat...wait a sec-' Embry was pulled out of his thoughts.

"Um...yeah! Yes. He'd totally be cool with it." Mk said. 

"Heh. Alright then." Macaque said, as he grabbed his shoulder, his hand ran through his back and the logo changed on his jacket. "Oh yeah. Embry, do you want to train too? I can help train with your weapon of choice and help you learn to use other weapons too." Macaque asked.

Embry just stared at him, before shaking his head.

'No way...something doesn't feel right...he's...' Embry thought, shaking a bit.

"C'mon, Embry! It'll be fine! He'll teach us, and you might even find out what your true power is." Mk said, holding Embry's hand. 

Embry looked at him, then...he saw something.

Embry 's eyes widened slightly. 

Embry sighed and nodded.

"Alright. But before we leave..." Macaque said, as a small portal appeared next to him. He reached his hand through the portal, his hand ended up in Embry's room. He grabbed the object that he left behind as a present for Embry, but he didn't notice it. He grabbed the object and pulled his hand back. "Here ya go sweet thing." Macaque said, handing him a necklace.

Embry was hesitant, but nodded to say thanks.

"Want to put it on?" Macaque asked. Embry nodded and moved his hair to the side. That made Macaque stare at his neck. He wanted to leave a mark on his skin so bad, but he controlled his urges and put the necklace around his neck and clipped it together. "It looks nice on you." he said.

The next day

Mk and Embry went to Macaque's dojo. Macaque and Mk were fighting using their staff while Embry was practicing, using his sword and fighting some dummies. Embry was wearing a pink crop top and a pair of black shorts. He was sweating non-stop, but he kept going, until he felt a hand on his shoulder.

"Alright peaches, that's enough of sword fighting. Let's have you try using your fists." Macaque said, as he handed him some hand wraps and some weights for his wrists and legs. Macaque wrapped Embry's hands and put the weights on his wrists. Macaque led Embry to a punching bag.

"Alright, now try to-" Macaque was cut off.

Mk and Macaque stared in shock.

"....Wow." Mk said.

"...Nice one, kid." Macaque said, slightly scared at the fact that he hit it with no hesitation.

"Okay, can you try to-"

'Just how strong is this kid?!' He thought, as he saw the dummy's head roll on the floor.

For the next few days, Macaque trained Mk, he was trying to make Mk use his all of power in his staff while he trained. Macaque looked at Mk's back and saw the glow is nearly full, he smirked. After training, Mk left the dojo, leaving Macaque and Embry alone. So, Macaque started training Embry, his progress is growing greatly.

Embry, however, knew what Macaque was planning, thanks to a certain goddess. Embry stood clear around him. Whenever Embry looked at the necklace, he felt weaker and slightly odd. 

A few days later

Macaque had taken Mk to where the shadow monster was. Embry was meditating, Monkey King had told him he would be right back. A sharp pain entered his head. He saw a glimpse of Mk, Monkey King and Macaque, but it wasn't good.

Embry shot up and dashed away to their location. 

With the guys

Macaque was laughing to himself as he saw Monkey King, under his shadow clones.

Then a purple beam shot right at him. He turned and blocked the attack. He was shocked to see Embry, growling at him with rage filled eyes.

(What he's wearing)

He smirked when he saw the necklace glowing purple.

"Well, looks like the cutie finally came! Came to join the show?" Macaque asked, kicking Embry off him.

Embry landed on his feet and dashed towards him again. The sword transformed.

He yelled as he swung his hammer. 

Macaque ducked and blocked his attacks. He was honestly surprised that Embry wasn't affected by the necklace. It should've drained his power, but Embry didn't seem to care. Embry swung his hammer down, before swinging around it and kicked Macaque in the chest. Macaque coughed and stumbled back a bit.

Embry felt an energy surge run through him, causing him to scream. He fell to his knees, coughing.

Macaque laughed.

"Seems like it worked, peaches. You may be Fuji's descendant, but...I'll admit it. You really surprised me kid." He said. Then...

Macaque doubled back, in shock.

'T-This kid...' He thought, as he fell back.

"Kid! Get back to Mk, quick!" Monkey King said.

Embry panted, nodded and dashed towards Mk.

"Embry!" Mk cried out. Embry grabbed the staff and pulled it.

"Sorry kids. Nothing personal!" Macaque said, they screamed in terror. Macaque had turned into a giant shadow monster. He formed a fist and aimed it towards them. Embry tried to conjure a shield, but the necklace prevented him from doing so. They closed their eyes, Monkey King blocked the blow of the punch, just in time.

"Come on! Show me the real Sun Wukong! The old you would've leveled this whole mountain range to stop me! But you're scared of hurting some kids? Pathetic!" Macaque yelled.

"You need to stop! How would Fuji react if she saw you like this?! She'd be disappointed!" Monkey King said.

'Little do they know...' Embry thought, as he continued to pull on the staff.

"Oh yeah? Then when are you planning to tell Embry about who he really is?!" Macaque yelled.

"He already knows!" Monkey King said.

"Come one, staff!" Mk yelled, as he pushed the staff.

Embry felt the necklace, lodging in his chest. Letting out a yell, he grabbed the necklace and ripped it off, crushing it in his hold.

Mk then, grabbed the staff and pushed it off, shocking Embry. 

"Stay close, Embry!" He said.

"Step into the strike!" He said, as he threw the staff. It hit Macaque's shadow, when the staff came back to him, the shadow exploded. Monkey King ran over to them and protected them from the rocks. Embry conjured up a shield, protecting them all.

Later

Embry was healing Monkey King and Mk.

"I glad you remembered what I told you." Monkey King said.

"I'm sorry." Mk said.

Embry looked at him, sympathetically.

"Oh! You totally should be! I can't believe you two time me on your training!" Monkey King said, looking upset.

Embry shot him a look.

"I just wanted to be good enough. Like you." Mk said looking sad.

Embry whimpered a bit and hugged him.

Monkey King sighed and sat next to them.

"Hey, your heart is in the right place kid. We can work out the rest." Monkey King said, patting Mk's back.

"Of course, bud! In fact, I got something special in mind." Monkey King said.

Embry giggled and shook his head.

"Hey kid, you okay?" Monkey King asked.

Embry nodded and felt his chest. 

'That...was...scary. I felt like...my power....was...getting stolen. Will this...happen again?' Embry thought. 

"I...don't know, little one." 

Embry had tears going down his face.

Monkey King and Mk pulled him into a hug. Embry sobbed and cried.

"I'm sorry, Embry." Mk said.

Monkey King kissed his head, hugging them close.

'Fuji...I'm sorry.'
