|Personality|
So far in her form, I think you might already have a pretty good idea about what kind of person she is. Jo doesn't care about anything the world does. Clothes, hair, boys, politics, big whoop. She couldn't care less, and zones out whenever anybody mentions it.
She's extremely hard working and calling her a Go Getter would be an underestimation. She's very straight forward, straight to the point and wants things done BETTER then the right way.
She's the granddaughter of The Lady Of The House (Head Maid) and has far surpassed her grandmother as far as skill, and sheer capability to get things done. Every staff answers to her, and whether they hate her, love her, or could care less, none of them can deny their respect for her skills.
Her only priority in life is her work. She pours everything she is into it and thinks of nothing else. She's spent her entire life doing it, and in more ways then one has, used it to define her.
She's incredibly impatient and has no time for mistakes or people that make them. She's not a mean person, but she sure as heck is strict. In fact, her grandmother has had to call her out on letting loose a little bit.
She dislikes almost everyone and finds people incredibly annoying, especially when they're trivial or just plain stupid.
She's constantly in a hurry and has a hard time coming out of the zone, and often can ignore the world around her.
She feels incredibly anxious when she's not doing something productive or with her hands and will feel very tense and uneasy if something isn't right.
She uses the excuse of "I don't have time for people" when in reality it's just her way of running away from them.
She has a huge desire to fix any kind of problems, whether they be personal, physical, mental, trivial, whatever. She wants to fix them, and it's her way of showing that she cares.

I feel like I very obviously explained a lot of those in her personality, and I really don't want to type all of those out again.
It's late. I'm tired of making characters. I'm tired of reading characters. I'm tired of spelling, and thinking. I hate thinking, it sucks butt.

She's basically a huge ball of negativity and hates the world, which is why she surrounds herself in piles of work, so she doesn't even have the time to think about how stupid it is.
She's harsh, and doesn't think about people's feelings at all. Everything is practical with her, and it can hurt a lot of people, especially those who care about her.
She's also very dense when it comes to her own feelings, so if for some random reason she fell in love, she wouldn't even know what was going on.
She is so busy, she has no time for anything or anyone else and ends up pushing everyone away, and she doesn't even realize how lonely she is because of it.

|Fears|
Chaos, and Dissaproval are her biggest fears. She gets so pent up and anxious when people aren't doing what she says or things aren't orderly, and it has even given her panic attacks on multiple occasions.
She also cares a lot about what others think, and over time, the palace has become her baby. She cares for it, looks after it, makes sure it's in the best shape, and she is happy when people are pleased by it. The palace looking nice is her pride, and anything happening to it is a fear of it's own. She loves when people notice her hard work, and it's actually one of the things that keep her going, so she's afraid of what would happen if some came along that didn't approve of it, but then again, because she's good at what she does, that's never happened before.
She's also developed a fear of The Rebels. After they broke in and assassinated the king and queen, she realized how unsafe the castle really was.

|Hobbies/Skills|
Where do I begin? Let's see, the obvious, cooking, backing, cleaning, sewing, crocheting, knitting, tinkering, pulling out the old tool box and fixing things herself, also managing. But aside from that she also enjoys whittling, though she never has the time to do it.

She doesn't really have time to form a correct opinion on them.
But after cooking and cleaning up after them for years, she finds that she knows them all pretty well.

It was, by far the Queen. The respect she had for that Women was unparalleled and Evangaline just isn't the same without her.

|Backstory|
Jo's family was always very very poor, they had never even seen three meals a day, clean water, or a warm bed in their lives. Because Joana is quite a bit older then the rest of her sisters, from the moment she was able, she was sent off too find a job. And that's how it's always been. Her sisters are still very young, and her parents struggle more and more to find work with everyday.
Despite hating the idea of leaving her family, despite not liking to work, despite having her own dream of being a princess, Joanna sucked it up, rolled up her sleeves, and went off to work in the Evangaline Palace with her grandmother. She hated every minute of it at first, but her family needed to eat, and she was the only one able to do what it took. With time she grew to love her job and the sense of accomplishment it gave her, but the thing she loved most about it, was that when she visited her family, she could no longer see her sisters ribcages, the window that had been freezing them out was fixed, the color on her mother's face was slowly returning and her father had smiled for the first time in a long time. Although the changes where subtle, she was making a difference in people's lives, and providing a way for her family to be happy.
Seeing them slowly get better and better, is what keeps her going, and is the only thing that has stopped her from rolling over from exaughstiom.

She's just not too thrilled about having a bunch more people to clean up after and organize for.
