It was around 12:23 at night, and PC and Ruby were up and watching a movie. Well, mainly Ruby. PC was switching between awake and asleep.
As the movie got to a more...intimate part, PC turned away, disgusted.

"PC, dear? Why'd you turn away?" Ruby asks, placing a hand on PC's leg. They huffed. "...It just seems disgusting." PC mutters.

"But...it's no different than what we do~  Huh~?" Ruby teases, causing PC to giggle and push her away. "Shut up." they mutter, smiling softly.

Another movie was playing and this time, PC fell asleep. They kept tugging at Ruby's sleeve occasionally, prompting her to pet them, but other than that it was mainly peaceful.

Until a sudden groan was heard from PC. Ruby quickly looks at her sleeping partner, cocnerned amd scared. "..Babe? You okay?" she asks, her voice quiet and soothing.

PC mumbles before scooting closer to Ruby, hugging her waist tightly. "PC?" Ruby asks, a bit more loudly this time.

PC grumbles before slowly waking up. They face Ruby with an almost teary-eyed look. "Yeah...?" they said. "What's wrong? You're hugging me very tightly, and you're also kinda shaking." Ruby says, caressing PC softly.

"Probably another stupid nightmare..my Parasite loves making me endure those." PC says, growling softly and not letting Ruby go. She sighs before rolling her eyes. "That Parasite's a real pain in the a**, huh?" she says.

"Hell yeah it is." PC says. "Hey! I heard that y'know!" the parasite suddenly spoke, startling Ruby a bit. "Nobody f#cking cares. Shut up." PC retaliated.

"Psh. Well, good luck trying to get any sleep tonight. I'm gonna make you endure these nightmares whether you wanna or not." the parasite said, causing PC to groan in annoyance. "Hey, leave them alone! Give them ONE night where you aren't causing problems for them, please!" Ruby says, pulling PC up onto her lap.

The Parasite didn't respond. It only scoffed before shutting up completely. After a few minutes back and forth between PC and Ruby, the two eventually fell asleep.

Anyways, again, sorry for not updating this in a while. School has me tired out, and I have zero motivation. But I'll try to get chapter eight out soon! ^^"
