Students gathered around Aiger's tent. "What the heck is he doing?" y/n muttered.

"I am the champion! Oh yeah! I totally blew Valtryek and Luinor away!" Aiger yelled from inside the tent.

Naru sighed and ran into the tent. "Aiger..."

"Who's next? I'll take you all on!" Aiger yelled.

"Aiger," Naru said again.

"I don't believe this. Hey!" Ranjiro said, stepping forward. "Some of us were trying to get some shut-eye, you loudmouth!"

y/n leaned her head in the tent too. Aiger yawned and sat up. "This had better be important. I just wiped the floor with Valtryek and Luinor and became the world champion," Aiger said. Everyone sweatdropped.

"What'd you say about being the world champion? Don't make me laugh," Ranjiro snorted and stepped back out of the tent.

"Hang on! What is that supposed to mean?!" Aiger replied. "I dare you to say it again!"

"Oh, you wanna go right now?" Ranjiro yelled.

"Yeah, I could use the warm-up!"

"Break it up, boys. I hope you're talking about a bey battle," y/n said as they stared each other down.

"Knock it off," a voice said from behind them.

Everyone turned to face the newcomer. It was Fubuki. "If you're gonna battle, do it elsewhere. This is a school you know."

"Well, actually, this is none of your business," Ranjiro retorted.

"Yeah, what he said," Aiger agreed.

"That's one thing you can agree on. But he's right," y/n said.

"Believe it or not, I'm not trying to butt in. I'm just telling you to take it somewhere else," Fubuki replied, pointing away from the school.

"Which is a prime example of butting in!" Ranjiro said.

"That's right!" Aiger yelled.

"Boys," Naru and y/n sighed as they facepalmed.

"I wasn't really asking for a definition. Just have your battle away from the academy," Fubuki said.

"Look at you, soundin' so high and mighty," Ranjiro said.

"Cap'n!" Tobisuke, one of the Wild Bey Gang members yelled. "You have to see this, sir. It's bad."

"People everywhere are talking about it," Gumita said.

"What is it then?" y/n asked.

Tobisuke held out his tablet. "The W.B.B.A. has just announced the hosting of the Luinor Cup. This tournament will prove once and for all who the Asia Champion is," Hanami said. "The blader that wins the tournament will be granted the privilege of challenging the current Asia Champion, Lui Shirosagi."

The screen turned on to show Lui. "Have fun kiddies, though I doubt any of you could beat me," he said then started his evil laughter.

"Geez, that dude real gets on my nerves," y/n snorted. "Oh well, that just makes it that much more fun to beat him!"

y/n walked away from them and started her morning jog. I will be the one to beat him. She thought.

She jogged past the training center and saw Fubuki and Suoh enter. I wonder what they're up to? She thought. Almost right after, Ranjiro and Aiger rushed in.

They're going to see Lui, aren't they? This gives me a perfect opportunity to study Luinor a bit more before the Luinor Cup!

y/n jogged in after them. She got inside and saw Aiger, Ranjiro and Fubuki challenging Lui to a battle.

"Oh, it's you again. Want to battle me too?" Lui sneered, turning his attention towards y/n.

"As much as I would like to, I really want to see how this plays out," y/n replied.

"Playing spectator, are you?" Lui scoffed. "Typical, especially from a blader like you."

"It's called being smart, which is something I'm capable of, unlike you," y/n retorted.

"Ooooh," Aiger laughed.

"Psh, whatever," Lui replied, looking away. "Be honored that you get to watch me crush all of your little boyfriends here at the same time!"

"Boyfriends? Ha, as if. Like any of them could handle me," y/n replied.

"Oof, you just got friendzoned," Naru whispered to Aiger who turned bright red.

"I mean, not like one of you couldn't be my boyfriend, just we're not quite there yet. So there! Ha!" y/n said and everyone facepalmed.

"Anyways, the battle royale will take place right here tomorrow," Lui smirked.

Then he walked away laughing. "Ugh, idiot. WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE?!" y/n yelled.

"Um, the Asia Champion?" Naru replied.

"Oh, right... Well anyways I think you three should get training!" y/n exclaimed.

At the school...

y/n walked over to the fighting bladers. "What's going on between you three this time?" she asked.

"Those two are going to slow me down!" Ranjiro yelled, pointing at Fubuki and Aiger.

"Well there isn't anything you can really do about it is there? It's not like they're gonna back down and let you fight all by yourself," y/n sighed.

"I think you mean win all by myself," Ranjiro replied.

"Nope, I said fight all by yourself," y/n said. "Anyways, do any of you need a training partner? I mean, you have to all work together but I'll train with ya."

"I am not training with him!" Aiger and Ranjiro chorused.

"ALRIGHT LISTEN UP DREAM TEAM! You better learn to start working together or I'll make you work together," y/n yelled.

"I'm gonna figure out a battle strategy. See you," Fubuki said nervously, he ran off in the other direction.

"I'm gonna go do some actual training!" Aiger yelled. He stomped off followed by a very annoyed Naru. y/n shook her head.

"I guess it's just me and you then," y/n said. "And the rest of the Wild Bey Gang of course."

"Yeah, I guess it is," Ranjiro said. "What should I do first? I mean, since you're my training partner."

"The first thing you can do to get your arm muscles stronger is to carry me to where you train," y/n said. She flung herself lazily into his arms and his cheeks turned pink.

"Yeah, yeah whatever," he said, looking away. "Let's just go!"
