Third person pov:

y/n walked through Beigoma's flower garden, inhaling the lovely scent. There were hundreds of roses, lilies, and lots of other flowers.

She sat down by a cherry blossom tree and leaned against it. "Hello, y/n. I didn't expect to see you here," a voice said.

Suoh came around from the other side of the tree and sat next to her.

"Oh, hey Suoh!" y/n replied. "I like coming here to take my mind off of things. I think it's good to think about something other than blading all the time."

"I totally agree. I do the same thing," Suoh said. They sat in silence for a moment, staring at the flowers.

"What is your favorite kind of flower?" y/n asked, turning back to him.

"I think every flower is special in it's own way. Just like every person is special in different ways. Some people just don't realize that," Suoh said. He picked a cherry blossom and tucked it behind y/n's ear.

y/n blushed slightly. "Whoa." She took another cherry blossom and tucked it behind his ear. "That was deep."

They both stood up and started walking down the winding paths through the flowers.

"I know we weren't going to talk about blading, but are you going to join the Luinor Cup?" y/n asked.

"Why, of course! Why wouldn't I? Taking down Lui would be an amazing experience," Suoh said.

"Taking down Lui does sound very fun. Especially since it got him so riled up when I tied with him," y/n laughed. "We should battle sometime."

"Yes. Sometime," Suoh said. "There are some things I want to save for the tournament though."

"Oh, so you're keeping secrets now? I see what you're- whoa!" y/n exclaimed as she tripped over a tree root.

She winced, waiting for her body to hit the ground but it never happened. She looked up and saw Suoh holding her hand, preventing her from falling any further.

"You should be more careful," he muttered, helping her back up.

"I'm always careful! Except for just now," y/n growled and crossed her arms.

"Sure you are, darling," Suoh said.

"Did you just call me darling?" y/n asked, nudging him with her elbow.

"No! Where'd you get that idea?" Suoh asked frantically. He blushed and looked away.

y/n smirked. "Yeah, yeah... Darling." she burst out laughing and patted him on the back.

"I am totally calling you darling from now on. Darling," she said. Suoh rolled his eyes.

"It's getting late. I need to get back to my house for dinner," Suoh said. "I'll see you tomorrow."

"See ya, darling," y/n laughed. Suoh pinched her cheek and walked off in the other direction.

y/n smiled and touched the cherry blossom tucked neatly by her ear before skipping off to the dorms.
