•Trigger warning: Self harm•

Alison ran down the hallway with her gun in her hands. They were working a vengeful spirit case, and Sam and Dean had gotten separated from Alison.

They were in an old abandoned hospital, and one of the nurses that used to work there was killed by a doctor who also worked there.

Ali started down another hallway, and was almost immediately thrown into the wall.

She cried out as she hit her head before falling onto the floor.

"Son of a..." She started as she slowly made her way up off the floor.

Ali saw her gun on the floor so she bent down and picked it up but once she stood back up, the spirit was standing right in front of her.

Alison went to shoot her but her gun was jammed.

Before she could say anything, the spirit threw her across the hallway, she slid across the floor with a groan.

She heard a gun go off, and the spirit shriek. She looked up to see Sam and Dean standing there, Dean had shot it, while same was rushing to her.

"Here, I got you." Sam held his hand out to her to help her up.

Alison reached for Sams hand, her sleeve coming up a little, Sam just so happened to get a glimpse of the scars, and fresher cuts on Alisons wrist.

He froze, not knowing what to do, or even say.

"Thanks, Sammy." Alison thanked her uncle before brushing past him.

Sam was really hoping he was only seeing things. He turned and saw dean playfully punching Alison in the arm as they were joking about something, father-daughter humor Sam never really understood.

He came over to Alison and Dean, and decided not to say anything, he put it off as it was just the busted and flickering lights, making him see things.

"Me and Sammy found out where the bones are." Dean told Alison.

"Where?" She asked.

"In the wall." Sam stated.

Alison raised her brows as they started walking down the hallway.

"Yeah." Dean said. "Doc murders her, tried finding somewhere to hide the body, and where's the perfect place to do that?" He questioned.

"The wall." Alison scrunched her nose up a little.

"Right. We think she's somewhere in the morgue walls." Sam said.

"The morgue?" Alison asked.

"Yeah, I mean, think about it, body starts decomposing, the smell isn't unusual in a morgue. Nobody suspects a thing." Sam told her.

"It's smart." Alison stated as she made a face. "But sickening."

Dean raised his brows in agreement.

~~~
Alison looked around the morgue while Sam and Dean walked around, looking for anything that could lead them to exactly where the bones were.
Any brick out of place, any chipped paint, anything.
Alison started looking over the walls as well. As she walked she could feel that the building was still sturdy, the floors didn't creak lot.
So when Alison stepped on one part of the floor and it creaked, she knew something was off.
Before she could say anything, the spirit of the nurse appeared, and threw her into the wall.
Sam and Dean immediately looked back.
"Damn!" Ali cried out.
Sam raised his gun and went to shoot the spirit but before he could, she disappeared.
"Where'd she go?" Dean questioned, looking around.
"I don't know." Sam stated.
She heard Alison groan so they looked over and saw the nurse on top of her, digging and trailing her nails into Alisons face, leaving a bloody scratch across her cheek.
"She's in the floor!" Alison painfully called out to the brothers.
Sam shot the spirit off of Alison, while dean started stomping on the floor. Once the floor boards broke, revealing something wrapped up in a blanket, dean quickly went to his duffel bag.
Sam helped Alison up again, but then they were both thrown into the wall and pinned there.
"Dean!" Sam called out.
Dean was now pouring gasoline and salt over the bones, he fished the matches out of his pocket, and lit it.
He then dropped it onto the bones, and it all lit up in flames.
A moment later, the spirit went up into flames, and Sam and Ali were released from the wall, and fell onto the floor.
Dean rushed over and helped them up, helping Sam up first, then Alison.
"Damn." Alison breathed out.
~~~

Sam, Dean, and Ali sat at the table in the bunker, eating their dinner.

It was simple diner food that they picked up on the way home.

Everyone got their usual, Ali and Deans orders were the same, a bacon cheeseburger with extra bacon, fries, and whatever drink, then Sams order, a Caesar salad with water.

"It's looking better." Dean told his daughter with a chuckle, talking about the bandaged scratch on her face.

Alison let out a slight breathy chuckle.

She reached up on the table, grabbing her coke, but as she did, once again, her sleeve came up and both Sam and Dean saw.

"The hell is that?" Dean questioned her making her look up at him.

"What?" She asked confused.

"On your wrist." Dean stated.

Alison tensed up a little.

"Nothing, don't worry about it." She shook her head.

"Alison." Dean said, making the girl glance at him with slight tears in her eyes.

"I saw them earlier." Sam told her. "When I was helping you up."

"And you didn't say anything?" Dean questioned his brother.

"I thought I was just seeing things, the lights were flickering a lot." Sam stated.

"Alison." Dean said as he looked back to the girl who was very quiet.

"I have my days, so what?" She said.

"So you come and you talk to us!" Dean told her.

"It's not exactly easy to talk about it, Dad!" Alison stated.

The table went silent for a short moment.

"I'm sorry, okay? It's just a way to cope with things." Alison said, breaking the silence.

"Cope with what, Ali?" Sam asked.

"My life, Sammy." She said. "Look everyone I know, everyone I've ever loved has either died, or left me." She told them. "You've both left me many times, so why isn't my turn?"

"Because I said it's not." Dean stated.

"That's not exactly your decision, is it?" Alison looked up at him.

Dean clenched his jaw, holding back his own tears.

"I'm trying to do better, I'm trying to be better, and I was doing good." Alison said. "But I did it again last week. I was thinking too much and I-I let it get to me." She looked down at her food. "I wanted it to stop, I couldn't handle it—"

"Alison." Dean cut her off as she was now in tears. "It's okay." He told her.

"Ali, you can come to us. If you need to talk, we're here, and we're gonna listen." Sam told her.

"You don't have to keep it in all the time, okay?" Dean said, Alison nodded slightly. "From now on, when you feel bad, even just the slightest bit down about anything, come to us, do you understand?" He told her.

"Okay." Alison nodded.

"We love you, Alison." Sam told her.

"I love you guys." Alison smiled a little, wiping her tears away with her sleeves "Alright, no more chik flick moments." She said.

Sam and Dean both chuckled lightly.
