John had just recently left for a hunt, leaving Alison and dean by themselves like usual. But Dean had found his own case, so everything worked out.

Alison slept next to Dean, her pacifier lazily hanging out of her mouth.

It was about three in the morning, and Dean hadn't gone to sleep too long ago, so he was pretty out of it.

Alison stirred, rubbing her eyes sleepily. She sat up, looking around. Her eyes landed on Dean, who was still asleep, snoring softly.

Ali slid out of the bed, fixing her pacifier in her mouth. She made her way to the bathroom. She was potty trained at an early age.

After Ali was done in the bathroom, she used her stool to get up and wash her hands. She hummed a little song as she did so.

Ali hopped off the stool, then headed back into the room. She looked from Dean who was still asleep on the bed, to the window.

Alison loved going outside!

She giggled excitedly as she rushed to the window. She climbed up onto the chair and pulled back the curtains, looking out the window.

Ali saw a black and white Boston terrier out in the parking lot, going through a knocked over trash can, she tilted her head. She smiled as she quickly got off the chair, and rushed to the front door.

She reached up for the doorknob, but she couldn't reach it. She huffed, falling back onto her bottom.

Alison then got an idea. She ran to the bathroom, and grabbed her stool. Then she ran back to the door.

Ali placed the stool by the door, then climbed up on it. She grabbed the knob, and twisted the it, and it opened.

Dean had forgotten to lock it before, because he was so tired.

Alison giggled and ran out the door, leaving it wide open.

Her little feet pattered on the pavement as she ran through the parking lot, towards the dog.

"Doggy!" She cheered, scaring the cat and making it run away. "Doggy?" Alison tilted her head, as she spoke, her voice a little muffled do to her pacifier still in her mouth. "No go bye!" She chased after it, into the street.

~~~
Dean stirred in the bed as he yawned. His hand moved up the other side of the bed, feeling for his daughter. But she wasn't there.
Dean opened his eyes, furrowing his brows. He immediately sat up, his eyes landing on the bathroom door that was open, the light on, but nobody in there.
His eyes then landed on the front door that was wide open, and the stool sitting right by it.
"Son of a bitch!" He quickly got out of the bed.
He rushed around, getting his boots, thinking the worst thing possible.
Alison could be dead for all he knew! God knew how long she had been out for!
"God, you're such a idiot! How could you leave the door unlocked?" Dean muttered to himself as he tied his boots.
~~~

Alison giggled as she followed the cat to an abandoned building. She watched the dog get in through a vent door on the side of the building, so she followed it.

Ali dropped her binky on the ground as she went to crawl through the small vent.

"Doggy, wait!" She called out.

Once Alison got in, she stood up, looking around for the dog, but she couldn't find it. She huffed as she went to go back, but she gasped, falling back onto her bottom as she came face to face with a spirit.

One her father had currently been working on getting rid of.

Ali whimpered as the spirit reached for her.

The terrier Alison had been following, now standing up on a box, barking at the spirit.

~~~
Dean cursed as he walked out into the parking lot, now dressed. He was surprised he put everything on right, considering how fast he was dressing himself.
He was scared.
He knew Alison was the exploring type of toddler, and every chance she got to go outside, she took it. Immediately running out the door.
Dean went towards the impala, but stopped as he saw a black and white Boston terrier sitting by the car. He furrowed his brows.
The dog barked at him. Dean watched the terrier go behind the wheel of the impala, and pick something up.
Dean crouched down to him as he brought it to him. The terrier set the item down, and deans face fell slightly.
He picked up the item. Alison pacifier.
"You know where she is?" Dean asked him, as if he would respond. "God, I'm talking to a dog." He groaned a little, but sighed. "What's your name, buddy?" He asked, looking for a collar.
He saw the tag, and read "Ace."
Dean hummed slightly.
Ace took the pacifier out of deans hand and started running towards the street with it. Dean was quick to follow him.
~~~

Dean followed the dog to the abandoned building he had just been at the previous day.

"She's not in there, is she?" Dean asked the dog, hoping she wasn't in there with the evil spirit.

Ace ran up to the steps to the door and started scratching at it. Dean grabbed his gun out of his waistband, and came up the steps.

He kicked the door in and ace immediately ran in, Dean followed close behind.

Alison cried as the spirit pushed her back against the wall, making her hit her head, and fall to the ground.

The spirit gripped its knife tightly as it started towards her. It raised the knife, Alison whimpered, putting her hands over her head.

Just as the spirit was about to stab the little girl, a loud gunshot filled the room. Ali screamed, hiding her face.

"Alison!"

Ali looked up with teary eyes as Dean sprinted towards her. Alison quickly got up, holding her arms out to him, but instead of hugging the crying, sobbing, obviously scared girl, dean put his hands on her shoulders, crouching down in front of her.

"What the hell, Alison! You know better than to wander off like that, or even leave the room without me!" Dean yelled at her. "You are in so much trouble, young lady!"

Alison sobbed. She was still scared, and didn't understand what was going on.

Dean closed his eyes, dropping his head a little. This wasn't helping anything. He was only scaring her more. He needed to calm down.

Dean pulled his little girl into his chest, picking her up into a tight hug.

"It's okay, babygirl." He gently told her. "You're okay, daddy's here, daddy's got you." He whispered, as the girl grasped a fist full of his jacket. "I love you so much, baby." He kissed her temple. "It's okay. Everything's okay, you're alright."

Alison had slowly calmed down, now dozing on deans shoulder as they left the building. It was now starting to get light outside, meaning it had to be at least five or six now.

Dean carried Alison back to the motel, ace followed them. Dean laid the now asleep girl in the bed, giving her her teddy bear, making sure she stayed asleep.

He sighed as he turned to ace who was laying next to her. Dean gently grabbed the tag on his collar, and turned it around, seeing an address on it.

"I'll get you home, buddy, don't worry." He pet the dog who was dozing off beside alison.

~~~
The next day, Alison and dean took ace to the address on his tag.
Dean knocked on the door as he held ace in his arms, holding Alisons hand as she stood next to him.
The door opened and the woman who opened it smiled.
"Ace!" She cheered.
"Hi, I found your dog." Dean chuckled lightly, giving the woman her dog.
"Thank you so much!" The woman smiled, her eyes shifting to Alison. "Hi, there!" She smiled at the little girl.
Alison shied behind dean.
"Sorry, she's shy." Dean chuckled, picking the little girl up.
"Well, thank you so much for bringing him back." The woman thanked dean.
"It's no problem. He helped save my daughters life, so, I owe him." Dean said with a small sigh, glancing at his daughter who laid her head on his shoulder.
"Wow. You really are a good boy." The woman said, scratching ace's head.
"Yeah, he is." Dean smiled. "Alright, me and Ali have to head on back."
"Okay, oh, I'm Tiffany, by the way." The lady said.
"Dean. And Alison." Dean chuckled.
"Well, thank you again." Tiffany smiled.
"You're welcome. We'll see you around, Tiffany." Dean said, turning and heading back towards the car.
Tiffany smiled at them, then closed the door.
Dean sighed, setting his daughter up on the roof of the impala.
"I love you." Dean told her.
"Wove you, daddy!" Alison giggled, reached up and playing with deans hair.
Dean smiled, and kissed her nose.
