Trauma
Alison had been taken by a pack of werewolves while on a hunt. She had ran after a werewolf on her own, and the next thing she knew she was waking up in a basement.
That was six weeks ago.
"Morning, sweetheart." She heard a familiar males voice.
She barely looked up, her eyes landed on a man. She wanted to speak up, but she was too weak. Alisons head dropped off to the side which resulted in her getting punched in the stomach. She groaned in pain.
"Look at me when I speak to you." The man demanded.
Alison mumbled something.
"What did you say?" The guy got closer to her.
"Screw you." Alison said with the little energy she had.
She then spit on the guys face causing him to back away in disgust. He raised his hand and wiped it off of his face.
"You little bitch." He punched Alison in the face.
He then picked up a blade and shoved it into Alisons abdomen, she cried out.
The werewolf beat her and by the time he was done, Alison could barely feel anything.
She had tears streaming down her cheeks from the pain, and puddles of blood below her.
Her head hung and she was barely conscious.
Then she faintly heard the sound of doors being being kicked down then people running in.
A sound she had been waiting to hear for what felt like forever.
"Alison! Ali, baby!" Dean ran up to her and placed his hand on her cheek raising her head up slightly.
She didn't show any sign of paying attention, she looked like a doll just hanging there.
"Hold on, baby, we're gonna get you out of here." Dean said with tears in his eyes.
Sam cut Alison down and she groaned as she fell into deans arms.
"It's okay, you're okay. Daddy's got you, daddy's here." Dean stroked the girls hair that was matted with her own blood.
"We're gonna get you all fixed up, I promise." Dean told her as he gently picked her up bridal style, earning a wince from her. "I'm sorry baby. Hang in there."
Dean carried Alison through the abandoned building with Sam beside them, Alison noticed the werewolves, including the one that tortured her in the floor, dead, in their own puddles of blood.
Her eyes were slowly closing and dean noticed.
"No. No, Alison, you keep those beautiful eyes open babygirl. You keep them open." He told her.
The blood slowly started coming out at the corner of her mouth, and deans lip quivered.
"You're gonna be okay." He said.
They got her outside to the impala and dean put her in the backseat, he stayed with her and laid her head in his lap.
"Stay with me, babygirl." Dean said grasping her hand into his.
"Dean, she'll never make it to the bunker, we have to get her to the hospital!" Sam said as he sped down the road.
"Okay, okay! Just go!" Dean told him.
"Daddy..." Alison breathily said making Dean look down at her.
"What baby? What is it?"
"I love you." She told him.
"I love you, baby, so much." Dean replied. "Just stay strong, hang in there, we're gonna get you help." He told her as he stroked her hair.
Then everything went black.
Alison shot up with a gasp as she awoke, her cheeks stained with tears. New ones were forming in her eyes as she broke down and sobbed.
She had been having the same nightmare ever since she was found. A reminder of what she went through.
Sam and dean rushed into her room and stopped when they saw the crying girl.
"Ali?" Sam asked as they went to her side.
"I'm okay." She told them.
"You're lying. What's wrong?" Dean asked her.
"It's that stupid nightmare!" She sobbed.
Sam let out a small sigh.
"Ali, it's okay." Sam told her.
"No it's not! I hate it!" She raised her voice. "I hate it! I hate it! I hate it!" She slammed her fists on her bed.
"Alison, okay, calm down." Dean grabbed her arms and held them down.
"I can't!"
"Yes, you can." Sam said. "Just breathe."
Alison followed sams breathing and it calmed down.
"See? You can calm down." Dean stroked her hair. "Okay, now you have to go back to sleep." He told her.
"No." Alison shook her head.
"Ali..." Dean started.
"I don't wanna go back there!" She told the two.
"Baby, it's gonna be oka—" Dean started.
"No! Please don't make me go back!" Alison begged her father.
Dean felt a little heartbroken. His daughter didn't even want to go to sleep!
"Okay. How about this." Dean started. "If I lay down with you, will you try to go to sleep?"
Alison hesitated but then nodded slightly.
"Okay." Dean looked over at Sam.
Sam nodded and got up off the bed, he kissed Alisons head, then left the room, leaving the father and daughter.
Dean tapped Alisons thigh, telling her to slide over in which she did. Dean laid down and Alison slid down so she could lay her head on his chest.
"Daddy?" Alison asked quietly as her voice cracked slightly.
"What babygirl?" Dean asked her in the same tone she used.
Alison was quiet for a few seconds.
"I'm scared." Her voice cracked.
Dean turned his head to look at the girl who was silently crying.
"Alison, you have nothing to be scared of. All right, not as long as I'm here. I am never, and I repeat, never going to let someone or thing do that to you ever again." Dean told her.
"Promise?" Alison held up her pinky.
"I promise." Dean linked his pinky to hers, then kissed her forehead.
Alison buried her head into deans chest, dean wrapped his arm around her and nuzzled his nose into her hair.
After a few seconds, dean heard Alison snoring softly.
"Goodnight, my baby." Dean whispered as he closed his eyes. "I love you."
