Saay is I think, the best alternative out of all the ones here. She's got the exact same God Is A Woman unique vibe Irene gives, her visual is really piercing and cold but her personality is very quirky. My first Hello Venus bias!!! You probably recognize her as Oh Sooah from the very popular drama Itaewon Class. Although she rose to fame because of it, Nara has been active as an idol for a really long time. She has a very feminine and elegant vibe that I think matches Irene well, she's got a lot pictures with different hairstyles so you can totally experiment with your character's styling throughout the eras. She also has a lot of gifs and gif icons from her role in Itaewon Class.

Irene and Sunmi would be the perfect sadistic vampire duo in a noir film. Her Femme Fatale vibes are just out the chart, and if that is the aspect of Irene you most want to highlight in your character I strongly advise you use her!  Being an recognized artist Sunmi has a LOT of resources, she uploads regularly to her instagram where you can see her laid back personality and puffy eye smile.
