Finally making my in-ring debut, I was announced to have my first match against Becky Lynch, a woman who made her debut months before me and had more experience in the ring. I was feeling nervous whilst overthinking about how my match could be tonight.

I've met many of the superstars who have been in this business for years such as the likes of: Dolph Ziggler, John Cena, The Miz, and Kofi Kingston. I've learned more about the company over the course of time and even held conversations with almost everyone to get a better understanding of what it's like to be a part of the main roster. I've always kept things short with them every time we had a simple conversation due to my bashful nature.

RAW

My match with Becky Lynch began tonight. I stood near the gorilla and I felt chills lingering down my spine of nervousness when it came to performing in front of a huge arena full of people. Suddenly, I felt a hand pressed lightly onto my shoulder and I slightly jumped.

"Nervous?" Asked a random voice.

I looked behind me and seen a tallish man who had long and wet, jet black hair that went down his shoulders; that was put into a bun with a tribalistic tattoo sleeve, wearing a black bulletproof vest, and had a scruffy goatee looking down at me with a smile on his face, and he was holding the WWE World Heavyweight Championship on his shoulder.

I was shocked enough to be greeted by the champion of the company, Roman Reigns. I've heard tons of things about him back in NXT. He was always willing to give opportunities in the locker-room for his championship. Personally for me? I admired that about Roman.

"Um, yeah." I replied.

"Don't be nervous. I can tell that you're new around here, and I have a feeling that you're going to do outstanding in your match tonight. I believe in you!"

"Thank you! I need all the luck I can get." I grinned.

"Hey," He paused, "Before your match starts, mind if I ask what your name is?"

I replied, "My name is Ashley Kay."

"I'm Roman Reigns, but my last name is Anoa'i." He smiled. "Nice to meet you." I shook his hand with a smile.

"It's nice to meet you too, Roman. My match is about to begin. I'll see you later!" I stood at the gorilla, waiting to make my in-ring debut down towards the ring.

I was still shocked that I was finally making my debut against one of the best female wrestlers on RAW at the time; even though I barely knew anyone from around this business personally.

...Well, except for one person.

Making my entrance, I walked down the ramp as thousands shouted my name and cheered for me. I thought only a few people would watch NXT, but I was wrong. It felt incredible hearing the crowd saying my name as the arena erupted into cheers when I stepped into the ring.

Becky Lynch began making her entrance with a mixture between cheers and boos. I was still feeling anxious due to the cameras everywhere at ringside and I began to tremble slightly. When the bell rung, I started attacking her with Facebusters and Superkicks. Becky began performing Irish Whips and I finished the match with the Crossface submission.

I stood up as the crowd was cheering for me while hearing the announcer say on the microphone. "Here is your winner, Ashley Kay!"

I almost cried tears of happiness when I won my debut match. I walked backstage and randomly received a hug from the interviewer, Renee Young,

"I'm so proud of you, Ashley!"

"Thank you so much, Renee!" I smiled. "I'm finally glad to be where I belong after years of hard work!"

"I'm so happy that you're here, Ashley! I've heard so many amazing things about you back in NXT! How does it feel to be a part of the main roster such as Monday Night Raw?"

"It's incredible, Renee! I never thought I'd be called-up to the main roster. There's so many new opportunities waiting for me, and I'd love to get my hands on the title in the near future."

"You definitely have my vote, Ashley!" She flashed a smile, "I cannot wait to see what you do here on Raw."

"Me too, Renee. It's breathtaking that my dreams are slowly becoming a reality."

After the interview, I walked backstage and relaxed for awhile before heading back to my hotel room for the night. Everything was slowly coming into place, and I couldn't be anymore happier.
