A warm hand worked its way into my boxers, startling me awake as it began massaging me. I sighed, basking in the buzzing warmth from Mione's specially made wake-up charm, remembering the first time we talked about having sex.

When she'd told me about losing her virginity to Victor Krum, it had blown my mind. At that point in time, I didn't even know she'd kissed someone other than me and if that hadn't been shocking enough, she'd proceeded to tell me that it wasn't just Viktor, that she'd slept with several others over the years as well.

I was both shocked and impressed. The idea that she was anything other than a nerdy, nervous and awkward mess where sex was concerned was beyond my imagination. I mean, that's the type of person she always appeared to be.

     I was very wrong.

Mione knew precisely what she wanted, how to get it, and took it every time.

During the proceedings of Snape's trial, I couldn't draw my eyes from her seductive lithe body. The passion she'd spoke with was incredibly titillating and I wondered who in their right mind wouldn't believe her every word.

The instant she'd won the case I knew that the fire burning through her system was going to need an outlet and I was thrilled to be that release for her. I'd planned on staying awake until she called me to her but the hour got late and I couldn't help but drift off to sleep.

I sighed heavily when the warm pressure from Mione's charm dissipated and considered asking her to make its effects last just a little bit longer.

I rolled over to my side, listening to the sounds of Harry's heavy, evenly paced breathing before getting out of bed. I quickly slipped on my robe and loafers, padding silently across the room and out of the house.

The grass was wet with dew as I crossed the sprawling lawn on my way to the secret meeting room above the garage. The anticipation I was feeling seemed to be sizzling like a live wire sparking against my skin, exciting every cell in my body.

I opened the door, and the light floral smell of her shampoo was laced together with the warm summer night air, flooding my system with every lungful, intoxicating me.

"You should always wake me up like that," I suggested, a smug smile on my face, as I closed the door behind me.

The moonlight coming through the window mixed with the flickering light from the lone candle worked across her small heart-shaped face, contorting it into different mysterious yet beautiful complexions. The hungry look in her dark-velvet eyes was enough to freeze me in place, and my pulse raced uncontrollably.

I tried to swallow the sudden lump in my throat as she seemed to glide slowly towards me. The rhythmic sway of her hips was making me jumpy and excited at the same time.

I hadn't realized until the whole back of my body had slammed against the wall that I was feeling intimidated by her.

"Mione, are you..." she shook her head to quiet me before running her hands into my hair and pulling me down to claim my mouth with her strawberry flavored lips.

I moaned at the taste and feel of her body now pressed along me, and I wrapped my arms around her, holding her possessively. She nibbled on my lower lip and worked her arms free to run her hands into my robe and down to my boxers, quickly moving them out of the way.

I jolted slightly at the touch of her warm, skilled hand wrapping around me. Her tongue rubbed against mine in time with her hands skill full movements as she drove me to the brink of insanity.

"Mione." I shuddered minutes later knowing I wasn't going to last long if she kept this up.

She let out a satisfied chuckle before bending down to suck me into her silky smooth mouth.

I forgot how to breathe as her tongue swirled around me, making me gasp for air with each skillful movement. She worked her mouth on me for a few moments more, ensuring I was hard as a rock before she stood upright.

Hungry brown eyes locked on mine as she slid her single piece of clothing off to the floor and pushed me down to join it.

She straddled me, and we began moaning together with each pleasure-filled inch she slid further down, engulfing me inside her velvety heat. Rocking her hips, she tilted her head back, long butterscotch hair swirled around, driving me wild with the light tickling across my legs.

Sweat coated her soft porcelain skin, and I ghosted my hands over her, worshiping every inch I was lucky enough to touch. I wanted to be everything for her, and I matched her pace, thrusting deeper inside her to give her more of what she was already taking.

She placed her hands on my chest, sending tingling sensations through my body. I couldn't help but admire her perfectly sculpted body; she was more beautiful than anyone I'd ever laid eyes on in my life.

I felt her muscles began quaking around me, and I rolled us over to thrust hard, just the way she likes it. She wrapped her legs around me to get me to hit the right spot, knowing she was very close to an orgasm.

My hips jerked as I suddenly burst forth inside her, my body quaking in ecstasy.

"Mione! I love you!" I yelled before collapsing upon her, my eyes growing heavy as I struggled to stay awake.

I was roused by sunlight flooding across my lidded eyes, coloring the world red as I came to. Squinting, I glanced around the room to locate Mione bet she was gone and my clothes were back in place. I couldn't recall if she'd finished or what had happened and I worried over it while making my way back into the house.

Everyone was up because it was late in the morning, but I was fortunate enough to make my way inside without anyone saying anything if they'd even seen me.

After a quick shower, I made it back down to the kitchen, where Harry was eating a bowl of oatmeal. Mione, Ginny, and mom were making a huge mess, and my stomach rumbled at the delicious smells floating around the cramped kitchen.

Something smelled delicious, and I made my way over to Mione.

"Good morning," I peeked my head over her shoulder and kissed her cheek, looking at what she was attempting to create.

"Morning," her tone was neutral, giving me no idea if I'd screwed up earlier.

"How did you sleep?" Ginny asked while giving me a knowing look. I glanced at mom to make sure she had no clue about last night's activities as my stomach sank uncomfortably at the verbal jab.

     "I slept all right."

Mione started noisily pounding the dough she was mixing, her mouth held in a hard straight line as she worked. It was apparent that she was upset about last night. I moved away to get something to eat and tried to ignore the uneasy feelings burning through me.

     "What are you making?"

     "Shepherd's pie," Mom offered.

"Is that dinner?" I asked as the flavors of meat pie began flooding my mouth.

"No." Mione's heated eyes turned and looked at me. "I'm making it for Severus."

I nearly choked on my heart as it jumped in my throat at her words. I must have heard her wrong, "What?"

She cocked her head at me, "Did I stutter Ronald?"

Ice flooded my veins with dread at the tone of her voice and use of my full name. I wasn't the only one who figured out that something was amiss because everyone froze at her heated words and began glancing nervously between the two of us.

"So... you're taking it to him later today?"

She nodded before going back to kneading the dough.

"I could go with you to drop it off." I offered hesitantly, not certain that I wanted to see Snape ever again.

"No, Ronald. I have some business to discuss with him."

"What about?" I asked, trying not to sound worried or jealous.

She huffed heavily, "Some paperwork, some additions to his pain medications, and I want to make sure he's eating."

"He can do all of that for himself, can't he?"

Hermione's heated brown eyes glared at me before mom spoke up, "Ronald Weasley, we all know how you feel so you don't need to keep behaving like an overgrown baby by saying it all the time! Hermione is a good girl for taking care of him, and you'd do well to remember that!" She shook her pointer finger in my face while scolding me, bringing heat to my humiliated face.

Out of the corner of my eye, I could see Harry and Ginny trying not to smile at my discomfort, yet both were exchanging knowing looks, adding to my high strung emotions.

I slinked over to the cupboard and pulled out a bowl and spoon for my breakfast.

After eating, Harry and I went outside to get away from the other food and Mione's irritation.

"I don't know anymore." I kicked at a rock, hoping I was being silly about my inadequacies.

"Don't be ridiculous, Ron, we're talking about Snape after all. The old guy that is..." he rolled his bright green eyes around looking for the right word. "Well, that's the only bad thing I can think of."

"He's old. That's all you can say?"

Harry shrugged a little and gave me a small nod.

"That doesn't make me feel any better Harry." I was very aware of the fact that Snape was older, way more intelligent and experienced than me. He was stiff competition, and I hoped I was being stupid in thinking that taking food to him and continuing their acquaintance was more than it really was.

The word experienced came stomping back into the forefront of my mind. I became nauseated with my shriveling confidence when thinking about him being able to stay awake long enough to fully satisfy Mione's needs, when I couldn't.

"Ron, you're being dumb. There's no way she's interested in him in a... a... sexual way." He scrunched his face as if eating something sour and my stomach shifted uncomfortably. "You know how she can be about fighting for a good cause. Just look at all she did for house-elves rights."

"Yeah, but that was house-elves and this is Prof... Snape." Harry tossed the zap-ball at me and I caught it gently to avoid the punishment for not handling the silver orb right.

"Are you really concerned about her leaving you for him or is there something you're not telling me?" His green eyes studied me intensely, stirring up more anxiety.

I shrugged and tossed the ball back, hoping he couldn't read my mind. "I don't know. When we kissed, after she destroyed Helga Hufflepuff's goblet, I was positive we were going to spend our lives together."

I thought back to my favorite memory of Mione. It was in the Chamber of Secrets and the water had completely soaked us. The electricity in the air from that event was zipping happily along my adrenaline-charged skin and my heart was pushing blood through me at a rate I'd never experienced before, making me feel powerful. Then I looked over at Mione, her wild excited velvet-brown eyes and the panting of her breathing was more than I could take.

As if we were magnets we came together, the feeling, touch and taste of her was more than I'd ever dreamed of and that kiss made me want her more than I'd ever thought possible.

The way she'd kissed me back said she must have felt the same way and it blew my mind.

But, I haven't felt our connection burn like that nor have we kissed as passionately since then. I was worried, especially after waking up alone and her cold shoulder treatment this morning.

"Honestly, I'd be surprised if you two didn't get married." Harry stated, bringing me back to the present.

"But Harry, she was making Shepherd's pie to take to him. She doesn't cook for me or bring me food."

"So that's what this is about... food!" He shook his head, "She loves you and I'd know because I watched her struggle as her love-sick feelings for you grew to ridiculous proportions for years. I'm sure she's just invested in making sure Snape's alright. She did go through the trouble of saving his life and kept him from Azkaban. By the way, he deserves to have someone look in on him." Harry gave me the same look Mione did when I said something stupid and wondered if he was right, but that nagging voice in the back of my mind was completely disagreeing with him.

"Doesn't he have friends for that?" I whined before tossing the ball at Harry's head.

"Hey!" He jumped as a zap sounded and he shook his left hand from the numbing jolt he'd just received. "You don't have to try to make it zap me. George created it to be hard enough to handle on the lowest setting." He scrunched his face up in mock anger before shrugging it off with a loud laugh and tossing the ball back with more heat on it than I expected.

"I'm sure he has to have at least one friend." He chuckled before stating seriously. "I thought of going over to see him, but every time I think about it..." He shook his head. "I don't know. I owe him many thanks but I can't bring myself to see him."

"It still freaks me out a little bit that he's a good guy. Well, kind of a good guy." I conceded.

"Personally, I'm grateful to her for taking care of him."

"I guess so. Hey Harry, I'm going to propose to her."

He looked at me like I had lost my mind, "You just told me you think she is interested in Snape and now you're saying you're going to marry her!?"

"Well yeah, I mean, if I marry her, she won't even be tempted to think about Snape." I felt a sticky sick lump in my throat and tried to swallow it, knowing full well that my logic was flawed.

Harry, being the helpful friend he always is, burst out laughing. "Right, because marriage has always stopped people from cheating on their significant other."

"Yeah," I hollered before throwing the ball at his head, hoping it would connect. When it didn't, I sighed at my rotten luck.

"Sure," he mocked louder. "Just look at all the married celebrities in the papers getting divorced because their significant others were being incredibly faithful."

I gave him an irritated look, "You just told me that you know she loves me."

"She does, and she'd never cheat on you, regardless if you're married or not. Besides, if she was, we would know because she can't keep a secret like that without making herself sick." He chuckled lightly before adding, "Or, at least walking around looking continuously constipated."

I laughed as the mental image popped into my mind. "Okay. I guess I'm just being paranoid. She was brilliant at the Wizengamot."

     Harry chuckled, "When isn't she?"

I nodded in agreement when he added, "We would have lost the war without her."

     "Yeah."

"And Snape." He smiled mischievously before throwing the ball, hitting my leg, numbing it momentarily.

"Thanks," I mumbled as all the worry about Mione's need to go over to his home with food, all alone, continued creeping around inside my mind.
