I sit up. He cuts off a piece of lembas bread.
"Eat this." He puts it up to my mouth.
I turn my head.
"Brother, I will not force you unless I have to. So, please eat. You need the energy for the path we have ahead." He says.
"I will not accept anything from you." I spit in his face.
"I'm not that mean surely." He says.
"Perhaps not but you were out of my life for more than two thousand years." I point out.
"I know. It wasn't by choice." He says.
I look at his face. It looks slightly more eleven. I could see the sadness in his eyes. I let out a breath. I should meet him halfway. He might not be a monster like I have seen before. I take it and start eating it. The taste doesn't offer that much comfort. But it does fill me. He lifts me up.
"Where are you taking me?" I ask.
"Oh, what fun would it be to tell you little brother?" He scoffs in my ears.
"Stop calling me little brother." I hiss.
"Perhaps. Little Legolas." He chuckles.
That's even worse.
