"The darkness has already taken hold." Malachi says.
"What have you done to him?" Father asks.
I jump down. I take up a sword from the ground.
"I believe it's called justice." Malachi charges.
I charge as well. I slam my sword into his. Malachi's was also blocked. He pushes me aside. I throw myself at him. Malachi swings around. Father jumps back. I slam my sword into his again. He pushes me aside. I slam into a column.
"Stop this madness Malachi." Father turns to him.
"I will not." Malachi says.
"...why?" I mutter weakly.
He turns.
"What?" He asks.
"You said you loved her." I charge.
I slam my sword into his. Malachi charges from behind. He jumps up. Father slides to the left and kicks us both. I grip my sword. I feel the black smoke around me, gripping me. Tethering me to the ground. I throw myself at him.
"What are you going on about Legolas?" He asks.
"He's talking about our mother!' Malachi yells charging.
"It was never my fault." Father yells.
"You knew what would happen, didn't you?!" I charge again.
"Legolas, stop this at once." He says.
I throw him back. I charge.
"He can't hear you father." Malachi chuckles.
Our swords clash again.
"Legolas, I do not wish to fight you." He says.
"...You killed her." I breathe.
"No. I did not. It was her wish to die." He throws me back.
I slam into the ground.
"What??" Me and Malachi both say.
"You're lying..." I mutter.
Father kneels before me.
"She knew it was a battle she could not wind. Perhaps she was so guilty of what she did to you, Malachi." Father looks at him.
