Chapter 5: "Antisocial Social Club"

Just a normal Saturday afternoon, listening to alternative rock songs with Virgil, like we used to. We're vibing, we always do. With him, it feels like we understand each other on a deeper level.. we're emo nightmares. Our own "Antisocial Social Club".

"You ever just think about what it would be like if we hadn't met?" "I've thought about it, yeah, but it includes various scenarios of how I could die, all of which ended up being suicide. So, yeah-." "Virge- am I that much of a help?" I didn't know I was that important. "Leilah, you're like a sister to me. Plus, you're the only one who understands me. You're my human translator when the others come around." We both laughed at that, and the fact that it was true just made it better.

The next few months went by pretty fast, which really left us with December in mind. "Caaaaassssseeeeeeyyyyyyy"
"Leeeeeeiiiiiilllllaaaaaaahhhhhhh"
"Wha- Why-?" Roman begins to chime in. "Oh, shut up, Ro." Casey and I both laugh, saying it in sync.

"Does anyone have plans for new years?" I asked. "Just wondering." "When do I ever have plans for anything?" "True, Virge, true." "Sooo, I'm guessing we're all hanging out then?" Casey asked, expectantly. "As long as everyone's alright with it. Logan?" Logan slightly hesitated, trying to sort his words out. "Sure, I don't have anything to do." "Perfect. Princey, I know you're free, you have no reason not to come. Plus, I want you to meet someone." "Who though?" Roman asked. "My two friends from the past year, Remy and Emile." "Oh? Why specifically me? Which one has an interest in makeup?" Roman's adorable when he's excited, I swear. "Not just you, you and Patton. Remy is- well, you'll know when you see him. Patton, you and Emile will get along quite well."
