• SUMMARY •

The return of Emery's father from the Prison of Azkaban brought light to her life. She was finally able to see him for the first time since she was four years old.

She moved in with him and a Secret Society he had formed to fight He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named. Little did she know, she would be temporarily living with her soulmate. He knew it was love at first sight but it took Emery a little longer to realise that.

She had heard of the infamous Fred and George Weasley, considering she in the same year as them and they happened to share a common room, but Emery had never actually conversed with them. She never really conversed with many Gryffindor's.

The new school year would prove that could always change, despite her going into her Sixth Year. Wherever Emery was, Fred wasn't too far away. 

Little to her knowledge, this boy would shake up her life. Forever.

- Emery's mother is Marlene McKinnon

- Emery moved in with the Malfoy's after Sirius was sent to prison - everything was fine until she was sorted into Gryffindor and they started treating her differently

- She always resented them because she felt as though they were taking her away from her Dad

- While at Grimmauld Place, particularly when Harry arrives, Percy should be mentioned by another character - perhaps warning Harry not to say anything in front of Molly (if you haven't read the book, you need to find out what happens during these chapters to get a grasp of what is going on) Emery will say how she doesn't believe Percy was ever suited for Gryffindor considering he values ambition over bravery etc

- She will comment on this throughout the whole book - IT IS IMPORTANT FOR THE END OF THE STORY

- She doesn't have many friends other than Hermione as prior to the book (and maybe the first few chapters back at school) she would keep herself to herself and read in the Common Room by herself

- She is misunderstood by many Gryffindor's considering they all believe her to be a Malfoy

- No one, apart from the people in the Order and the Malfoy's, know her true identity and should be kept this way

- She wants to try out for Quidditch, after Fred and George persuading her to do so, but Umbridge doesn't allow Quidditch for that year

- She joins Dumbledore's Army

- The base of Fred and Emery's 'love story' will be during the Order of the Phoenix - they should be together by the end of this year.

- She stays in school while Fred and George drop out, however, they send Owls to one another as often as they can - implore the difficulty of sending and receiving Owls, considering Umbridge is Headmistress

- Try make the most of the time they are at Grimmauld Place - before school and during Christmas

- I want them to have a really cute moment on Christmas Day, he could buy her a really nice necklace or something

- Molly also gets her a present, being the ultimate Fred x Emery stan she is

- Sirius gives Emery a family heirloom - you may decide what this is but I want to be something she can have with her 24/7

- After Order of the Phoenix, I want Emery to help work in the joke shop

- After Half-Blood Prince, she must regularly go to the Malfoy Manor whenever Voldemort is there. This is to keep her identity a secret. She doesn't need to stay there after he has gone. She doesn't really say much in any of the meetings to not draw attention to herself. She only speaks when spoken to.

- Throughout the Deathly Hallows (after Fleur and Bill's wedding), she stays with Fred at the joke shop, while George goes into hiding with Angelina Johnson.

- Finally, FRED DOES NOT DIE. Percy sacrifices himself for Fred, ultimately proving that he did in fact belong in Gryffindor. This is why it is important to drill the fact that Percy did not belong in Gryffindor at any opportunity you can throughout the series.

- If you decide to do a '19 Years Later', they will have three children - the eldest is a girl called Marlene Dora Weasley (after Emery's mother and Tonks) , the middle child is a boy they call Percival Sirius Weasley (they call him Percy ofc), and the youngest is Alba Cissa Weasley (after Dumbledore).

- She will also fix her relationship with Narcissa, Draco, and Lucius. They keep in touch and she visits regularly but Lucius doesn't approve of Fred, considering he is a Weasley and thinks of him as a blood traitor. He doesn't say anything but gives his usual look of disapproval. Narcissa loves him.

other notes:

- Fred will always call her Em / Emmie (if you change her name, make sure he can give her a similar kind of nickname) and she will call him Fred until they start getting more loved up and she will then call him Freddie

- Molly ALWAYS mentions how much she likes Emery and immediately notices Fred takes a liking to her - she is Fred's ULTIMATE wingwoman (of course). She will always make inappropriate comments about marriage and her wanting grandchildren, asking Emery when she will be giving her some grandchildren (this will be when they start becoming a thing but not exclusive) etc

- Sirius and Emery are VERY close - they are like best friends and will often wind one another up

- Remus is like an Uncle to Emery but, again, a lot like a best friend

- Emery and Fred spend a lot of time down by the Black Lake - think of it as their place (Fred being Fred will of course always joke about how his brother nearly drowned in that lake the year before)

- Emery will ask for freebies in the shop every now and again but is told to pay - she never does. Most times, Fred will bring whatever product she was asking for upstairs and tells her not to tell George

- In the Common Room, they ALWAYS put on the 90s classics. Emery's favourite song is Whatta Man by Salt N Pepper, which is the song that Fred walks in on Emery dancing to in her room, the first day that he arrives at Grimmauld Place. Maybe for her birthday, he buys her a Salt N Pepper record?

- Every year, Molly will always knit her something - the first Christmas together she knits her a jumper with an E on it to match the Weasley's. It's a subtle way of her hinting Emery to have 'joined the family'. Nobody works this out apart from Sirius, Hermione and Remus, who all joke about it every so often.

- Emery is very close to Ginny and sees her as a little sister. She has always wanted a sister and I can imagine so has Ginny so they tell each other EVERYTHING
