a strange new guest arrived last moon. he is eagle, the mist of birds of prey. he delivered a warning about the foxes, "the foxes will not wait until you are prepared. they will come next moon, and you need cats."

the fox scent has been growing increasingly strong. they might strike at any moment during this oorp moon. be on the lookout! another patrol has been created for this purpose. waspgem and echostorm, please assign cats to this patrol!

the afternoons have been getting more rain than usual. the stream with stepping stones has flooded completely; any cat who tries to go near them may get swept away. water has also submerged the diamond pool. no cat knows the consequences of the rainwater.

eagle may be the last misted moon contact diamondclan recieves.
