"Argh! Come on!" I yell.

I slam by solution into a wall. God dammit. I was sure it would work. I was sure he'd be free by now. It's been days. Days since the princess turned her back on me. I've tried everything. I feel like I'm in a tornado of emotions. Mostly anger. I grip my head. I stare at the amber and my dad. 

"Don't worry I'm gonna fix this." I say to him.

Heh, but how? How am I supposed to fix this? I've tried everything! This was making me lose my mind. I can feel it crumbling like sand. I pound it against the wall.

"C'mon Varian! Think of something!" I yell.

Rudiger nudges me. I look at him. I let out a breath. I grip my hands.

"This wouldn't have happened if you had kept your promise." I say looking at a drawing of Rapunzel.

I hate her. I hate everything about her. I mostly hate how she pulled me out of the castle and broke her promise. She turned her back on me. She turned away from a poor boy. Everyone did. Everyone in Corona turned their back on me. Never again. I will not be something they can cast to the side. I will prove they should've helped me when they had the chance. 

I stare at my potions and solutions. 

"I need some air." I say walking out.

Time is short. I better come up with a solution, fast.
